He never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. He was kind, polite, professional, and really knew what he was doing. You can tell when someone is just doing their job versus when someone actually cares about helping you Cameron definitely cared.Amazing customer service and such a pleasant experience. AT&T, give this young man a raise! Thank you, Cameron, for making what could've been a stressful visit so easy!

This year, I experimented with AT&T wireless business internet as a potential cost savings measure. The AT&T internet was advertised at $65 per month. This would have been a decent monthly savings if it worked as well as Comcast. I gave it a few months but the AT&T internet did not work as well as Comcast. Additionally, it was not $65 per month, it was $77. The extra $12 per month was equipment fees and taxes. So I cancelled AT&T, and immediately sent the router equipment back. However I was charged $237 for the equipment, despite the fact that we returned it in perfect condition. I was also charged an additional month, for a total of $314. When I called AT&T, I was told that I had a 30 day grace period from the time I started the account in order to return the equipment. Since I evaluated it a few months, apparently I missed my opportunity to send it back for a refund. This was NOT explained when I started the account. Beware of these scam artist. If you sign up for AT&T business internet, you are not renting the equipment, you are buying it.

My mom's old flip phone was getting an error message regarding her sim card. Originally went to…read morethe El Camino location that is apparently closed now. Not wanting to go to the mall during chaotic xmas week, I opted to try the Sunnyvale location. David was working alone and I must say, he handled the situation pretty well considering there was a homeless woman ranting about her personal problems. He had the diplomacy to respond to her questions without engaging too much. After about 15min, he politely interrupted her spiel and informed her he needed to help his next customer (me). Very professional and polite. He struggled with popping the back panel off my mom's phone and even had more of a challenge trying to get the sim card out. I appreciated how careful his efforts were so as not to damage the sim card. Turns out the sim card had been slightly dislodged from the slot and the phone was unable to read the sim. Perhaps my mom had dropped the phone at some point. Once he reinserted the sim card, the phone worked again. He also informed us that the sim card can be replaced if we have any future issues. Lovely and respectful gentleman. Wonderful customer service!

He gave us details regarding plans on phone upgrades, told us about deals regarding accessories and future upgrades and services and was a downright fun person to chat with. In between my brother getting his phone set up (data transfer + screen protector installation done by Trevor) and paying for accessories we ended up having conversations about video games and anime which was pretty cool. I was also surprised at how fast Trevor worked and was really glad he was patient with us. He did mention that he had 10 years of service in the field and knows a lot about the products and services they offer which helped a lot especially since we had a lot of questions. I didn't catch the other employee's name (he had a big beard and wore an AT&T hat) who was also helping us out, but he was really chill and helpful too. Overall our experience today was very pleasant and it's making me want to get a phone upgrade ASAP. 5 stars, thank you Trevor!

They do not greet people when they walk into the store just let people wait and wait and wait. Been waiting 15 minutes and not one person has greeted me or said we will be right with you. Very unprofessional. I'm here for a less than 5 minute transaction and have 3 people ahead of me. And of course the pay station does not work like always.

Apparently my original review on Google (below) was reported and deleted (likely by employees and…read moretheir cohorts who wish to silence me). So, I'll just go ahead and keep posting to warn others. :) Oh, and I love how the same employee I refer to in my review - Robert (or "ROBB" on Google) - gave a 5-star review of the store, lol. It's all pretty telling; underscores what a shady, seedy, sordid and shameful place this is. AVOID IT. ****** If I could give ZERO stars, I would. AVOID THIS STORE. I was initially assisted by "Robert B." (his name is on my receipt) for a phone swap/upgrade. He was incredibly aloof and cold from the get-go, and didn't seem like he wanted to help me. About 15 minutes into our conversation, he calls over his co-worker "Kevin S." (his name is on my second receipt from a later transaction that I will get into shortly) to relieve him from his work with me so he could leave. Didn't seem like a problem - I assumed it was the end of his shift. However, while Kevin was helping me - Robert comes back out with his belongings and proceeds to speak with Kevin and another employee he called "Evelyn" (who was chronically on her phone, with iPods in nonstop). So, Robert has time to speak with coworkers off the clock - but couldn't stick around to finish assisting me? Kinda weird, unprofessional, and discourteous if you ask me. Anyway, I finalize the phone swap with Kevin, exit the store, and am in my car when I realize my new phone requires a new type of charger. I go back in the store and Kevin begins exhibiting a snarky, hostile attitude when I say it would have been nice to know I needed a new charger before I left the store. He then prints out a receipt for me and places it on a table 7 ft. away (he doesn't even hand it to me). I then simply inquire about when his manager will be in next to speak with because I found his behavior to be a little disrespectful. Kevin's response? He throws up his arm and *yells*: "GET THE H*** OUT OF MY STORE!!! B**** a**..." [I'm not entirely sure what the actual nasty profanity he uttered was - but this is what I heard]. He then meandered to the backroom out of sight. I stood there absolutely incredulous. Did he really just scream and curse *at a customer* for simply asking a question?? His co-"worker" Evelyn who is sitting 5 ft. away acts as if she didn't hear a thing; completely oblivious, cold, detached and too busy on her phone to really care. One of her friends from outside the store even came in to sit down with her within seconds, and Evelyn took priority in speaking with her than addressing what had just transpired. *Side note: I just got off the phone with another AT&T about dropping off my old phone there (I am NOT setting foot back in this place), and they informed me that this particular AT&T is NOT corporate - it's third party owned (?). Makes a lot of sense in retrospect; a truly vile, appallingly unprofessional, heinous establishment where customers are viciously disrespected, demeaned, and threatened for no reason at all. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AT&T on Capitol & McKee.
