The deals online are slightly better than what you can get in a store (strangely enough it was offering an extra $200 credit that we couldn't get through the store). However, the headache saved, we just wanted to get it done and over with. George was so incredibly pleasant and helped us with all of our questions and also getting his phone transferred over and upgraded through the trade in offer. He was patient and got everything we wanted done. The only unfortunate part is that they didn't have a stock of all iPhone colors of the newest model which was strange since it's already 2 months post launch. Regardless, we're so happy with the service and if there are any Mandarin or Cantonese speakers, they're fluent and would be able to assist that demographic as well.

Not wanting to go to the mall during chaotic xmas week, I opted to try the Sunnyvale location. David was working alone and I must say, he handled the situation pretty well considering there was a homeless woman ranting about her personal problems. He had the diplomacy to respond to her questions without engaging too much. After about 15min, he politely interrupted her spiel and informed her he needed to help his next customer (me). Very professional and polite. He struggled with popping the back panel off my mom's phone and even had more of a challenge trying to get the sim card out. I appreciated how careful his efforts were so as not to damage the sim card. Turns out the sim card had been slightly dislodged from the slot and the phone was unable to read the sim. Perhaps my mom had dropped the phone at some point. Once he reinserted the sim card, the phone worked again. He also informed us that the sim card can be replaced if we have any future issues. Lovely and respectful gentleman. Wonderful customer service!

Instead of receiving guidance or basic courtesy, I was met with rudeness, impatience, and a complete lack of professionalism. No customer should ever feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when they are trying to give a company their business. Because of this experience, I will not be opening my own plan with AT&T. In fact, I'll be switching carriers altogether. One employee's behavior was enough to cost AT&T a customer, which speaks volumes about the lack of accountability and customer care at this location. My brother needed a phone upgrade so my mom and I tagged along to see the process. Trevor, the guy…read morethat helped us, was super friendly and super courteous. He gave us details regarding plans on phone upgrades, told us about deals regarding accessories and future upgrades and services and was a downright fun person to chat with. In between my brother getting his phone set up (data transfer + screen protector installation done by Trevor) and paying for accessories we ended up having conversations about video games and anime which was pretty cool. I was also surprised at how fast Trevor worked and was really glad he was patient with us. He did mention that he had 10 years of service in the field and knows a lot about the products and services they offer which helped a lot especially since we had a lot of questions. I didn't catch the other employee's name (he had a big beard and wore an AT&T hat) who was also helping us out, but he was really chill and helpful too.
