    Came in here about 3 weeks ago for a glass protector for my watch, they only had the liquid type so I stopped by again a few minutes ago and unfortunately met Arvind, I wasn't acknowledged or greeted so I waited then finally interjected and asked if they had the glass protectors available. He said they never carried them at this store, I told him about me coming in 3 weeks ago and he just laughed and said no we don't carry it. I asked him for his name , he said why , I said so I can call and let them know who I spoke to as to why they don't carry that when every other ATT store does. After asking again for a business card since he said he was the manager he told me his name and I asked if he could write it down as well as his position. He gave me the paper with just his name and I asked again if he could write his position down. Verbatim he said "are you the police?" I said no I just want to know who exactly you are since you don't have customer service at all, I don't need your last name just your position here. He refused so I took a picture to make sure he was who he said he was and began to walk out letting him know I would definitely escalate this to management. He took steps towards the myself and the door so I turned around not knowing what he wanted to do, I kind of laughed and said "what are you going to get physical?" He said "no but you took my picture", again I told him yea I did since you don't want to tell me your position on paper, and I walked out. This man should not be working here and is definitely a liability to att.

    Very slow service waited a long time finally walked away to another store. They kept going and hiding in the room all the time saying they had to check on something

Tim signed me in and we clarified that I would only have to pay for parts and William took over my computer at first he said my old backup drive no longer worked. So then he said I could get a new one for $99. then he called me again and said well the box was open so I can give you one for $119. I said OK even though I was a little miffed that he started backing up my laptop to the new backup drive. But I finally put my foot down when you wanted to charge me $100 to pack up my laptop to the new drive. I don't know if he gets brownie points or bonuses but every time I talk to him it was always a little bit more money for this a little bit more money for that. When I got home, I powered up the old backup drive. While didn't try to back up to the old drive, it seemed to operate fine to me. I simply don't trust him. Unfortunately, even though Tim seems to be a nice guy Green's slick and I'm so cool sales patter infects the entire office.

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at an AT&T store, and it was…read moreentirely due to an employee named Chris. From the moment I asked for help, his attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly inappropriate. He acted as if helping me was an inconvenience and made it very clear through his tone and behavior that he did not want to be there or assist me in any meaningful way. I came in with the intention of separating from my step father's account and opening my own AT&T plan. Instead of receiving guidance or basic courtesy, I was met with rudeness, impatience, and a complete lack of professionalism. No customer should ever feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when they are trying to give a company their business. Because of this experience, I will not be opening my own plan with AT&T. In fact, I'll be switching carriers altogether. One employee's behavior was enough to cost AT&T a customer, which speaks volumes about the lack of accountability and customer care at this location. Chris, if you're reading this, I genuinely hope you find a job that you actually enjoy, because taking out your misery on customers is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, and AT&T should do better.

Mobile Plus got huge selections of accessories for your electronic device, they get pretty busy! They do repairs also, I think they take phone payments as I saw a customer paying for cell phone bill, and also they sale used unlocked Iphones. Located at the Grand Century Mall, the business is a Gem. I am super happy that I got all of this, at a shop I did not plan on visiting and super cheap too.
