Worst.Service.Ever. I wish that I never switched service providers. I called the 800 number because my WiFi coverage at home was bad. The CSR said that I can go to any store to pick up a range extender for free. So, I go to this store to pick it up, but the employee told me that I was "misinformed" and that I had to call the 800# to order one. I'm the care taker of this female Elaine Salazar ! My client and the person I take care of has been having major issues with her internet and having a good signal FaceTiming her family and loved ones ! So xfinity told her just to bring in her Wi-Fi box and they'll swapp it out ! No hassle problems or issues! But when I come into the store in person with her ID photo! To Taresa she won't work with us or just be understanding! ? Taresa tells me this person needs to be here in person! And I tell Taresa that she's handicapped and disabled and she can't be here in person because of this ! And I have her ID on me ! and I can easily FaceTime her rite now on my iPhone! She absolutely doesn't care ????? And tells me sorry I don't care about your problems or that she can't make it in person? Not my problem?????? And I don't care ???? You can call the number again and tell them on the phone to make you manager of the account so you can fix this problem???? I asked her calmly if Elaine Salazar was here would you be able to swap this box out ? If she was here in person with me ? And she said yes ? So I said what's the difference if I FaceTime her rite now on the phone? And have her ID with me rite now ????? Review for Xfinity customer service. Xfinity has the worst possible help line for tech support. It is precisely designed to frustrate a caller - an attempt to force self help on them. Requiring listening through repeated menus, automated commands to power cycle, that hang up on you, and that only connect you to a tech after multiple (in my case 3 calls). If you want to beat their system, unplug the power on your cable modem, then call Xfinity. Now when it does not detect a modem (which they are checking while you are on the call) they will more likely connect you to a technician. This is no way to treat your customer that needs tech support. read more

I've always had a good experience with Comcast and this new location is large with a great staff. I just needed to drop off an old router and get some help. Very fast and efficient today. Comcast has always been able to fix any issues. I've had some dropped calls and problems with the system over the years, but that's expected with technology. I recently updated my service and was able to get a better channel lineup and internet speed. read more

Why three stars? First, it's simply impossible to get anyone at the xfinity call center to answer the phone. They only want you to use automated responses or messages. Talking to a human is a psychological lift after spending 45 frustrated mins on the phone. Good. Second, the lines move reasonably quickly even when it's crowded and you've just walked in. I've found that multiple agents were friendly and reasonably helpful. Better. Caveat: make sure you ask multiple questions. They'll answer what you ask them but don't go any further so may accidentally leave out crucial info. In a recent upgrade, it took me three visits before I got the right internet + DVR 4K box. Bummer. Also, check the hours. They open at 11am on Monday's but 10am every other day. Except the time they weren't open for posted reason. read more

Talia Dirgin is such a con-artist. She upgraded us for something that we never got. She disconnected the wrong property and promised to give a credit and she never did! Then she was so mind-blowingly incompetent that she linked another customer's account to our account, exposing their personal info. I documented and screenshotted everything. Instead of disciplinary actions, a con-artist like her got promoted at Xfinity. It tells you everything you need to know about the company. If anyone introduces themselves as Talia Dirgin. My visit started out as a 1-star but ended at 5-star thanks to the Xfinity Store Manager, Ross. Actually I had visited Xfinity 2x times to make sure my bill was $75.29 but saw my credit card got charged for $129!!!! After explaining my situation to an associate, it seemed like the staff did not understand that it was important to get my bill corrected properly to restore trust in the company. Ross overheard the conversation go sideways and stepped in to correct the situation. He assured me that my bill would be corrected and credited next month. The reviews for this store, or any Xfinity store, aren't great so I was skeptical to come in. However, it's faster to pick up a model in store than get it shipped. I was in and out in 10 minutes! Our feelings towards the cable company are similar to our feelings toward the DMV so I never thought that I'd be leaving a review for Comcast. However, I must give recognition to the staff who helped us a couple of months ago. He understood our concerns immediately and took action and solved our problem. My partner is very appreciative that we didn't get the runaround. We do feel that, however, the customers should be notified with an explanation every time the charges increase. I have yet to have very much luck with this store. I've been in twice in the past week and waited quite awhile both times. (1st time was about a 10-minute wait, the 2nd was nearly 2 hours) I could write a long story of my grievances with this and other XFinity stores, but will keep it short. Their employees have overall been rude (although there's been a couple of friendly ones sprinkled in there), the wait atrociously long and someone always ends up messing up our account and service plans anyway. I've had the worst experience with Xfinity and I feel like I'm being stolen from. Starting from when we activated Xfinity internet in August 2020, the modem was set to deliver on the day we moved in. Internet was vital as we work from home and it was the middle of the pandemic. We had to wait a whole week without our modem. Sucks because if we had the choice for any other internet service, we would've gone with that. At the end of June 2021, I wanted to give Xfinity Mobile a try and ordered a SIM for my existing phone. After more than a week, FedEx ended up losing the delivery and an Xfinity phone rep said that I could go into a store to get another SIM. I made sure to confirm that my bill would be prorated since I never activated service nor had a delivery confirmation, but my billing cycle shows July 6-Aug 5. A separate rep confirmed this via chat. I made an appointment to get a SIM in this store and was helped by Leann who was very friendly. She gave me a number to call to activate myself however. She also didn't mention that she added a second phone line to my account instead of cancelling my first line, which later created a huge mixup with the SIM activation. On July 20, I called to activate service and port my number over. It was supposed to be a quick process yet it took about 10 calls to complete. On July 24, I received an email saying that my old phone service at AT&T was now cancelled yet I still didn't have service from Xfinity. I called on July 25 and the rep was finally able to activate the service for me. On Aug 5, I received a bill reminder that I would be paying the full amount for July 6-Aug 5 so I chatted with a rep. He told me that he could only offer a $10 courtesy credit for the misinformation after speaking with his supervisor who supposedly only suggested $5. Why am I paying for 19 days that I did not have service AND this was not my fault? I've attached the FAQs page from Xfinity explaining when the billing starts. I activated on July 25, and there was no delivery confirmation yet they are charging me starting July 6. Xfinity is stealing money from customers. I am so frustrated and will never recommend Xfinity to anyone. read more

I give the store 3/5 and the company 1/5 Lazy guy installed the Wi-Fi box and didn't do it correctly and broke faceplate to fit cable instead of putting the correct faceplate cover. The company doesn't care about its customers but just overcharging it's customers. Also extremely difficult to reach customer service. You may think oh let me go with Xfinity cause it cheaper and the mbps is a lot but wait till they triple charge you after a year. And your wife also crashes every week needing a reset. read more

Nightmare continues!! Months after returning their cable box and store employee saying "everything is cancelled", Comcast still keeps billing me every month. DESPITE showing them their OWN RECEIPT which proves the box was returned, they do not take action and keep billing and billing! Have visited this store 5 times to correct but to no avail. When you return their box, make sure you get a letter from the store manager that they will not bill you any longer... That might still not stop them. The issue is STILL going on without NO ONE taking responsibility. I have been looking for a new cell phone carrier and some of my friends said I should try Xfinit. it's way more affordable. I noticed there was one by the parking garage I parked in. I walked into your location around 3:25pm. I looked around and seen a woman so I asked her if she could tell me about the phone plans they offer. she rudely said I need to sign in at the front and someone will get assigned to you. she also said and I'm going on lunch so I can't help you. was not friendly at all. I was just so shocked that this is what Xfinity hires to work for them. I heard someone say a name Angelika. shes a short filipino girl with dark brown hair. I just walked out. I went with my elderly relative. The greeting team member and the subsequent team member who assisted her were very courteous. Will brought a low chair for the elderly person to sit in. The issue was resolved easily and guidance given on next step to reduce the monthly cost for people on limited income. Where should I begin... decided to get wifi in my new home with xfinity. Flex box was defective it took me over a month to get that conclusion because the only customer service that is easily reachable is via messaging through app. A lot of circling back to the same "resolution" finally decided to call them and it is so hard to reach an actual human being v an automated machine. While I was trying to get help on the app the SR convinced me to switch to xfinity mobile.. saying I would Pay the same for the same services.. just came back from Mexico with an over $300 bill!!! EMPTY PROMISES... SCAMMERS... had to come in to the store to complain because I was NOT going to deal with another messenger or automated machine. Of course when I explained why I was complaining there first resolution.. "I'm going to need you to call xfinity" I said NOPE I need to talk to a human. Superb service, kudos to William Peyton! I had scheduled a 11AM appointment last Sunday, the first appointment of the day at store opening time, at 9PM the night before. I had stated my reason for the appointment: my Cable TV box was stuck indefinitely on "boot" stage despite multiple power plug in/out cycles, after a power outage. Upon arriving at the store with my malfunctioning Cable TV box and remote, I was amazed to find William ready with a fully saran-wrapped new CableTV box and new remote control unit with fresh batteries with my name, waiting for me! I was in and out of the store in 7 minutes flat, including William providing me a new HDMI cable from his inventory at the back of the store. Long story short, been charged more than twice as much as what Xfinity publicly advertised for the exact same service, decided to go into this store to see if they'll be able to offer anything to keep a loyal long term customer (5x years), was blatantly called a FRAUD by this rep I had, and decided to cancel, leave and never come back Not sure if the rep was having a bad day or just trained to do so to deter customers intentionally, but IMHO a good customer service would never this blatantly judge a customer, especially just within few sentences into a conversation. At least try to hear it out and be a bit empathetic. It would be OK to say due to policy there would be nothing you could help and such, but straight calling a customer fraud is just going too far On the other hand, I think Xfinity in general might be one of those companies who do not appreciate long term customers that actually look at their bill. Phone representatives never cancel service and lie and cheat and overcharge you to get better bonuses. Company does not cancel service. Even after I returned my router in person they kept billing me, and never stopped even after I called them (despite claims from employees over the phone that they would immediately). The whole purpose is to squeeze as much money out of you as they can without giving any service. Choose another ISP. Their own help forum is filled with countless cases of this happening which the company has not hidden or deleted yet. The in-store employees are better, but are not given authority to actually help with these cases, but only to sell more products. When i have enquired for a help to fix the poor network on my location, the representative 'Stefano T' was saying 'He can't help me but He will build up a new Tower and set up only for my home'. This review is to give recognition to an exceptional employee at the store. When I arrived, there were quite a few customers waiting for a representative to help them. A employee named Ron checked me in and asked what service I was in need of. He said he'd try to help me between checking people in, but there were a couple of others he needed to help first. I sat and waited. During this time, I watched Ron check people in and then switch to helping others when he had any break from that. During this time, probably 6-8 people kept coming in that he had to check in. He called me up when nobody else was waiting to check in. He started by telling me that he'll help me, but he'll need to put me on hold if someone walked in the door because checking people in was his primary responsibility. He also said that if it was more of an advanced issue than he initially thought, I'd have to wait for a regular agent. Ron quickly was able to help me resolve my issue which, was to get my device switched out. He was very friendly and polite the entire time. He finished quickly and removed me from the regular queue. Including myself, Ron helped three people resolve their issue and be removed from the agent queue. He was truly an exemplary employee that multitasked and used every spare moment to help the people he could. read more

If you do not want to help customers and be helpful, why even be a customer service rep? He was complaining to his coworkers that he had to help the last three customers. Well, if you are going to be unprofessional and waste a customer's time, perhaps it is time to look for a different job!
