Requested service for installing StarLink at our home. Quick response from the company. Day of appointment they arrived on time and were very professional. They explained the reason for placement of the starlink, setup everything, and connected to our existing mesh relay system. Cleaned up after themselves. Appointment was completed in the two hour allotted. Highly recommend this company! read more

When my solar panels were upgraded they removed my StarLink Gen2 and I put it in storage. I got an email in November that I needed to update it or it would be bricked, so I decided to put it up again and pay for standby mode. I called Remo group and before they could show up, my 20+ year old ham antenna was destroyed by a windstorm. So I ordered a new one and guess what? They also can set up ham gear. I installed it the first time, but that was when I was 20 years younger and no way did I feel safe at my age. So The Remo Group to the rescue. Not only are my antennas working, but the wires are much neater than before - they are hidden in the shadows of my vinyl siding. A+ again! read more

Outstanding Service! I can't say enough good things about Rhemo. He went far beyond what I expected from an installer. After discovering my Starlink system had been activated under the wrong service plan, he took ownership of the problem instead of simply saying it was a Starlink issue. He documented everything, submitted a detailed support ticket, and continued working through the process until Starlink corrected my account. I trusted Rhemo enough to give him access to my Starlink account and simply told him, "Make it happen." He accepted that responsibility without hesitation--and he delivered. Because of his persistence and professionalism, my internet was up and running correctly within 24 hours. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a working system before considering the job complete. In today's world, it's refreshing to meet someone who takes ownership of a problem and sees it through until it's resolved. Rhemo exemplifies that kind of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to his customers. If you're looking for someone who stands behind his work, takes pride in his craftsmanship, and genuinely looks out for his customers, I highly recommend Rhemo. He doesn't just complete the installation--he owns the outcome. Thank you, Rhemo, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one! read more

What a great find! My choice was obviously influenced by all of the 5-star reviews and the sincerity of the reviewers, and I was not disappointed. From the first phone contact to saying goodbye this company overdelivered. The telephone contacts with Remo were efficient and productive and enjoyable as well. Armando was able to roof mount my new Starlink antenna and managed to get the signal all the way through the house. I can't say enough positive things about him. Knowledgeable, kind, patient, creative, thorough - I could just grab a thesaurus and go on and on. I only wish every company I dealt with was half as efficient and pleasant to work with. read more

I used the Remo Group for a Starlink installation and also removing an old TV satellite dish mounted on my home. They did an amazing job. Both the business owner you coordinate and the technician who did the work were very professional, polite, and easy to talk with. As you can probably tell from your own Yelp research it is not the easiest to find an installer for Starlink that gives you confidence they can do a good job (maybe not the most common thing in my area). But after just one phone call with The Remo Group, plus looking at the pictures they have shared here on Yelp of their past work, and you will know you found the best option for a professional installation. Setting up an appointment was super easy, they know just what to do - you can really tell they are very experienced with Starlink installations. The technician who came to my home was very professional. He walked me through options of where the install would be and where we could place the Starlink router. He was able to quickly set up everything and even walk me through the setup of the app and router. You can tell they are very experienced and have a deep knowledge overall of home networking. They really did an amazing job. The dish is mounted very securely and the wiring is extremely clean. They really cared about doing a good job and making sure I was happy. If you are looking for a Starlink installer, I would very much recommend The Remo Group: they will do things right. read more

They are attentive and professional. Remo is incredibly prompt in contacting you to make sure they understand your needs and to ensure everything is done correctly. I've had them install StarLink at 2 separate locations including once with a 2nd specific audiophile connection. Both times were seamless. I also contacted Remo after a storm affected our connection. He got back to me within an hour to troubleshoot the problem. An easy 5 stars. -PM read more

I hired these guys to do a permanent mount of my Starlink antenna. I had it sitting on the roof loose which proved to be unreliable during wind and rain. They did an amazing job with a nice solid mount that won't go anywhere, and in a super tight time frame before a big storm came in. I couldn't be happier and recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

I was having trouble receiving channel 7 from san Francisco. They evaluated my current antenna and its location, and suggested many better options. For now, I found a digital solution, but I will likely call on their services as television stations migrate to ATSC 3.0, and I really need those VHF signals from Sutro tower. read more

The Remo Group was great! Remo and his colleagues worked with me on my budget and installed an OTA Antenna and DVR for for my two TV's in my my San Mateo Lauriedale home. The Remo Group - Tablo 4.0 DVR & the Televes Antenna. - Security Systems Near Me

The rooftop TV antenna I had installed several years ago (by another company) at my house recently failed in a rather spectacular fashion when the metal in the tripod corroded all the way through. I found the Remo group on Yelp and gave them a call. Remo answered my call and asked me a few questions to understand what was going on. While my intention was just to replace the broken part, Remo asked how my channel reception was, and I explained that it wasn't always great. He advised that I buy a particular Televes DiNova antenna available on Amazon that was likely to work in my case, which his technician could install. I thought this was thoughtful of him because it meant he wasn't trying to sell me something himself with a markup. He explained that his technician could come out with a couple mounting options in the truck so that he could make a decision on the spot as to the most effective and least ugly installation. I'm glad he did because we wound up going with a much smaller post than what we had before. Cost for my area (SF near 280) was $200 per hour plus parts, and the technician worked efficiently to do the job. read more

Needed a 3-4 camera setup at a rental property and priced out a few. The Remo group was the most resonable and responsive. Great to work with and answered all of my questions. Great to work with and HIGHLY recommend. Great workmanship too. read more

Remo was extremely responsive and informative. Abel, the tech, arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. He stayed through setup to confirm everything was working smoothly. Even gave some tips about how he'd recommend our mesh network placements be optimized. I had great experience working with Remo group. I contacted them 2 months ago about installing Starlink antenna on my roof. Remo was very knowledgeable about it and told me it needed custom mounts and how much it will cost. I noticed that Starlink was introducing their own mounts so I waited for the long mount to ship to me. As soon as it came Remo gave me a time to install. He and his installer came before time and installed it perfectly in 1.5 hours. They had done another Starlink install the same morning. I highly recommend Remo and will definitely work with him again. read more

Remo was a pleasure to work with. I needed help in placement of a Starlink dish. My house had a number of challenging obstacles blocking the dish but the technician that Remo sent out (Abel) quickly determined the correct placement and had the appropriate mount for that spot. I am so happy to be rid of "line of sight" internet. I live in the country and really like having reliable internet. Remo set everything up and Armando came out to the property, on time, and successfully installed our new system. The difference is amazing. We went with a satellite dish. I got a bid from Xfinity that was $30,000, satellite purchased (larger satellite) and installed --$4,000 and lower level business from Starlink is $140 per month. I am so happy I saw The Remo Group on Yelp. read more

Remo and his team were a pleasure to work with. I needed my new Starlink satellite dish installed on the roof of our house in Healdsburg, CA, and couldn't find a local installer to do it because the technology was just released in this area. Remo agreed to make the drive, and we worked together through a few phone calls and texts before my appointment to strategize where the dish could be mounted so that it had clear views of the sky but would not be noticeable from the front of the house. Remo was able to fit the installation into his schedule within a few weeks and he called the day before to confirm the appointment. They arrived on time and once they were onsite, found an even better location for the dish. We talked everything through before they began working to make sure the dish was still discreetly positioned, and then they got to work. They were clean, efficient, friendly, and the install was done in no time! I was able to pay through Venmo, which was also very convenient. read more

Finding the Remo Group was a life saver. We tried the Starlink app ourselves and it showed obstructions, so we called Remo to help evaluate if there was anything we could do. He came out and evaluated our site and assured us that he could install the satellite and get us good speed and reliability. We have limited options being so rural. He came out and mounted the satellite on a 10 foot steel pole on our roof. We have no problems with our internet and we're saving loads of money every month since we eliminated our fiber which was really the only other option we had. Great service and it really helps out people who don't have an entirely clear sky without some extra help. I would highly recommend the Remo Group for any Starlink installation. read more

Got tired of paying through the nose for unreliable service and finally decided to cut the cable. However, satellite is a challenge with an HOA that doesn't want to see a dish from the street. Called Remo and he sent his tech the next morning to install a Starlink dish on my roof. It was a challenging job, but Abel had my satellite internet up and running in a couple of hours. The dish is barely visible and I'm getting strong WiFi signals throughout my entire home. I strongly recommend The Remo Group and would definitely use them again. read more

I needed to find someone to install my new Starlink antenna on our roof in Stinson Beach. I found Remo and his team on Yelp and they had fantastic reviews. I was also comforted seeing photos of many Starlink installations they had done already, since it is a specific type of system that is a bit different than others. It's not always easy to find people who will work in West Marin and Stinson Beach. Remo was incredibly easy to work with on the phone.
