I cant recommend Mike and his crew enough. Compared to some other businesses, Mike is significantly more helpful , responsive, and thorough. He is able to follow through with his ETAs and gets the job done well. I was shocked to see that Mike even has a "arrival tracker" to your house, something I only felt like big companies would have. When going with a mom and Pop business, you can't really ask for more than someone who takes pride in what they do. Mike and his crew are the best! My next door neighbors loved the way they installed my cameras that they are lined up on Mikes schedule to get them next. The way the cameras are installed are so clean and compliments my house. Looks like my house was prewired or something, but it wasn't. I wanted a great camera that also has great night vision and Mike recommended these and they work perfectly! I have 4k cameras and I just changed my monitor from a 1080p to wide angle 4K and I can see even more clearer. Mike was showing me how my system works and how to play back and stuff and I was all amazed at how clear everything was on my 1080p monitor. But he's like, if I get a 4k monitor to play my 4k cameras, it'll be way more clear. Hahahah.. I'm like really??? He said playing a 4k camera on a 1080p monitor is like viewing in 1080p. I don't know anything like this . When I booked him about 3 weeks ago, he was able to start like 2 days later and would of completed the job in a day, but the cameras I wanted didn't come in on time, so they came back the next day to install the cameras. They did all the wiring the first day. They wore booties every time they entered my house and then took them off every time they exit my house. They also cleaned up after them so they didn't leave me any mess. One last thing, I did get a quote from another company first, but they couldn't start right away and also, they charge $1500 more and wanted cash or check only. Mike let me pay however I want because he wants the clients to feel comfortable in however they wish to pay. Didn't ask for cash or check specifically. I'm so glad that I didn't go with the other company and continued searching through yelp and found Suntech!!! They are not just more experienced.. like doing jobs for big companies, they also are lower priced and have the ppl to start the job ASAP. First class business from the first point of contact through to completion. We had a problem with our PBX phone system and needed help urgently as our business (plumbing) relies on incoming customer phone calls. One of their reps texted me back within ten minutes giving me Mike's (one of their techs) phone number. He answered my call and told me he was at a jobsite in SF but would be able to get out to my business (Brisbane) before 4pm. Got a text about 12:30p saying he was on his way and would be arriving within a few minutes. Arrived head of schedule (awesome!), identified the problem quickly and diligently worked on it for about 90 minutes, until it was working correctly. Great communication throughout the process and charged $250. I don't know what the "going" rates are for communications service companies but frankly I feel like I got great service for a great price. I would highly recommend Mike and Suntech. read more

Positive; impressed with Mike, helpful, on time, no BS... he gave me a good price break as he didn't have to do much... relieved to find an honest person. He checked out my DVR... wasn't as problematic as i worried it might be from a previous dishonest camera person who must have disconnected three of my cameras, causing my system to not record a number of illegal home entry thefts & vandalism. Did have an in between person who reconnected the cams... But I needed to be sure my system was working correctly. He also set up alerts, which i'd paid previously to have done to two different businesses, one an LTS contractor, but which had never worked. He made sure the alerts work... Every now and again you just get lucky finding the right person. Mike is that guy. What an amazingly kind, gracious, generous, responsive, patient, and professional person he is. I give Mike and his company Suntech my highest recommendation. Our neighborhood was interested in capturing all ingress/egress points with LPR (license plate reading) cameras tied to NVR (network video recorders) with built-in AI (artificial intelligence) to determine license plate, car make and model. We raised money to install 9 of these and simply could not do it without Mike's willingness to help us, and on so many levels, including of course guiding us through making an informed decision about which equipment to get. There were a lot of houses, unique installation locations (including a few trees), a lot of people, and a lot personalities involved, and Mike and Suntech handled everything with absolute grace and professionalism. The systems work great, Mike troubleshoots any problem that arose in installation, and spent the time to do it right. The installs are all super professional. Mike is from Fiji and seemed to really get that this was a community project; he was all in, devoting himself and being amazingly generous with his time and providing us incredibly fair pricing. Mike is the BEST!!! He and his team really know how to delight the customers with their superb services. I just had my 8-camera security system installed today, and couldn't be happier. Mike went above and beyond to make sure the cameras are placed in the right location and orientation. He also ran cat6a cables to connect the NVR with my network switch in another room, which is more than 30 feet apart. In addition, he also added the much-needed electrical wire from the garage to the closet that houses the NVR, so I don't need to use power strips to provide electricity from outside of the closet -- it's so much better looking! Having security camera gives you and ease of mind. We had one of our cars broken into the invasion of your property is a scary and uneasy feeling. I've always had home security system with ADT but this is a super bonus. I had these cameras installed with SUNTECH surveillance over two years ago. I had previously purchased the bundle package available at Costco by Lorex. My only complaint with that surveillance camera of Lorax was that the lag time for the camera to refresh to watch current picture. And also the slow streaming From the DVR. I did have someone professionally run the wires throughout the house for the Lorax cameras but the picture quality was not as always clear. And if the Wi-Fi on your phone was low or your cellular service you would not be able to view your live footage of the cameras. You had to make sure your house Wi-Fi was also at a super high speed to work accurately. Ive also tired using cameras I had purchased on Amazon, yes highly rated. They also were a fail only because I couldn't connect More than six cameras. After having many struggles with over the self install cameras we decided to go hardwire and install professional surveillance cameras. I have to admit there is a big difference, but you are getting a quality which is most important. If I calculate the time and research I wish I had gone this route. Yes we all try to save a buck but in this case it was money spent wisely. The night vision cameras are awesome. It could be pitch black but the night vision cameras give such a precise picture you could even notice the smallest detail. When do you take pride in your purchase is when it's needed. We had a car accident if front of our house that damages our car and neighbor. Being able to watch the footage and provide it to the police is a great feeling. Also helped with our insurance claim. With all the new breaking and crime picking up with covid we just upgrade camera to higher pixel and added two more to have a better view of our street. We added a better street view after the constant speeders and sports car doing donuts on the street. Munir and his team are the ones to call. Installed and up and running in one day. Educate and teach you everything you need to know about your system. No need to watching YouTube video to educate your self. Everyone knows you're supposed to have security cameras for home protection. But security cameras themselves are expensive and installation is just so darn complicated!! Trust me, my husband tried for a year to install the cameras himself. And he COULD do it...it just took so much time. Time we didn't have. Or time that kept getting interrupted. I had one company install my camera system which was inferior at night and after the check cleared, the totally blew me off and was very allusive. I guess this the new way of doing business now in the bay area. So I went to another company to get better camera's but they did not know what to do with my License plate camera at night and their customers service was not that good either. I am a small business owner in San Jose, CA and I cannot do that with my clients. I have an expression in my company and that is, the hardest part of the job is when the check clears and you have to provide great customer service. So I called a large supplier and they give me mike with SUNTECH. Now this is a different story. Mike made his appointment and came in and explained all about the camera. He went into my system, (LTS) and started aligning and getting all of the cameras dallied in. Now my system is some just straight focus and I have some that are more advanced. Mike was very professional and explained everything to me and even went into the PTZ control area and fixed all of my focuses on my cameras. He even went deep into the setting of my camera itself and aligned those areas also. To say I'm a happy camper, yes very much so. I now have all of my cameras working and I know a lot more about my surveillance system. The money I spent on those other two bozos I wish I could get back but they don't care. Mike installed my security camera system, home theater system and even installed a high gain TV antenna in my attic and ran all the wires to my 3 TV's. Mike showed up on time and carefully followed my directions and is very good at what he does. He managed to install everything - a lot of work in my opinion, in one day. A review is long overdue for Mike and his team. They set up cctv camera system for me a few months ago. Response time was very good. Mike was upfront about the service and cost. Their quote was not the cheapest - but the quality of work was pretty good. They removed the old system and installed new cameras and NVR. Mike has been responsive to texts and calls after installation as I had some questions. He came back and fixed a couple of things that needed adjustments. All in all - very good experience.
