Highly recommend Orkhan !! He helped me setup a complete UniFi wifi rack (mounted rack, gateway, APs, PoE switches, etc) in the garage. He was incredibly prompt and proactive. And he remained easily accessible through every stage of the project. One of my main concerns was about cable management and aesthetics of the installation and Orkhan did an excellent job. Moreover he was very patient and supportive of how I envisioned the Ubiquiti rack setup. He didn't try to upsell anything but gave honest and ethical recommendations. Which is why I ended up getting more stuff done. His prices are very reasonable as well. Furthermore he displayed thoughtful conduct in the house (quiet, cleaned up, respectful, etc). tldr: call Orkhan for any home networking project read more

We contacted Orkhan for a kind of weird request, and he was genuinely happy to help us. We had just adopted 2 kittens, and we knew they would be very interested in chewing all of the wires in our office. I bought a wooden box made especially to hide wires, but I did not feel confident rearranging everything and messing up the router. He did an AMAZING job hiding the wires, especially the fiber optics, which are very thin. While he was here, we mentioned that we needed help finishing setting up our COVE security system. (The last guy dropped the ball) He knew exactly what to do, and we are forever grateful. Aside from his stellar skill set, he is so accommodating with his time, and such a nice guy! He deserves to have a successful business. Do not hesitate to call him. He is very smart and will get the job done the right way. Thank you, Orkhan!! read more

Orkhan completed a full Ubiquiti network installation in my home, including two access points, a PoE doorbell, chime, seven security cameras, and extensive low-voltage wiring. He was fantastic to work with throughout the entire project. He took the time to understand what I wanted, helped design the network layout, recommended the right equipment, and was always willing to listen to my ideas and work through different options to find the best solution. His attention to detail and willingness to collaborate really stood out. I highly recommend Orkhan for any low-voltage wiring, networking, or Ubiquiti installation. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. read more

Orkhan was great. I contacted 6 service professionals to hardwire our ADU. Orkhan was VERY responsive and proactively communicative, which was the main reason why we went with him. He didn't try to upsell additional services and merely advised what he'd do to connect internet from our house to the ADU. I'd recommend him any time. read more

I've had connectivity issues for years which limited my ability to work in my detached office. Orkhan installed a new Dream Router 7 and access point and rewired the office to improve bandwidth. He did a great job. Would hire him again. read more

Orkhan was amazing! He responded very quickly to my yelp request and came within the same day to come give me an accurate quote. The quote to run 2 ethernet drops to the location of my choice was very reasonable from the multiple quotes I received. He was very flexible with scheduling and even moved up my appointment to a day that was more convenient to me. On the day of the install he truly went above and beyond to run the ethernet through my attic and mount my 2 Ubiquiti APs. What I really admired was his willingness to accommodate my special requests like using a specific shielded terminal plug to terminate the ethernet wire. The plugs I got were a bit complicated so he spent an hour just to terminate the plugs so meticulously and actually tested the signal with a meter to ensure it was indeed shielded and wired correctly. He even took time to make sure my house was clean before he left and stayed late to ensure the job was finished the same day. It has been a few days since he installed the ethernet and my APs are working flawlessly. I am very thankful to have met Orkhan, would definitely recommend him for similar IT installation services. I will hire him again for any future needs. read more

Orkhan installed a full Ubiquiti network system in my home, including multiple Ubiquiti Access Points that provide excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house. He also set up a complete surveillance system with Ubiquiti UniFi Protect Cameras, ensuring clear video quality and reliable monitoring. In addition, he installed a professional door access control system using Ubiquiti UniFi Access, allowing secure entry with key cards, PIN codes, and mobile access. He configured everything perfectly, including the network rack, patch panels, PoE switching, and cable management, making the entire setup clean and well-organized. Orkhan also handled the installation of the router, firewall configuration, and remote access setup, ensuring the system is secure and easy to manage. The work was done professionally, on time, and with great attention to detail. Everything is running smoothly, and I highly recommend Orkhan for any networking, security, or low-voltage installation projects. read more

I had Orkham come out to install Unifi access points, a network switch, cameras, and a doorbell -- and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. The wiring was run cleanly and professionally, the equipment was installed with attention to detail, and everything was configured perfectly. A special shoutout for setting up an Access Intercom solution, which has made entry management so much smoother. The whole experience felt seamless -- from planning the setup to leaving everything neat and fully functional. If you're looking for someone who knows Unifi gear inside out, reasonable pricing, and delivers quality work with a clean finish, I highly recommend Orkham. Ps: As an added benefit, Orkham can also install television, and sound bars. read more

Orkhan went above and beyond to help me at short notice. I had a major crisis protecting my premises during construction with break in's happening earlier in the week. The company that installed my ubiquity system left me high and dry in an absolute time of need. Orkhan was able to diagnose issues i was having with perimeter alerts and my alarm system and set up critical notifications. He understood my concerns and was a true partner in assisting me based on very specific requests. Needless to say, he will be taking over the management of my systems moving forward. I highly recommend him to all. read more

I worked with Orkhan earlier in January/February on a project for ethernet wiring, cameras across my 3 story house in Dublin. The project was quite complicated due to the nature of the attic (not really accessible) as well as the amount of drops (30+) that I needed routing to the storage on the 2nd floor. Here's all what we did: - Moved all wiring from laundry to the storage on 2nd floor (somehow as attic access was really messed up) - Outside wiring across the house (Orkhan's suggestion) through electrical conduits running across the house. - 31 drops overall which included: 6 cameras, 1 doorbell, 1 chime, 1 floodlight, 6 APs inside/1 outside, ethernet x 2 slots across the house, garage, etc. Everything mounted/installed as required. - Full setup/configuration of the unifi hardware/software. The laundry list of things we did wasn't as important as how the job was done to ensure I saved money and time. - Orkhan recommended outside wiring (which turned out to be more complex due to the amount of wires held together) as opposed to inside wiring which would have required a lot of repairs. - Recommended against MoCa due to lower speed/reliability issues even though it would have been cheaper for me (no change to his cost really). - Moved all coax wires for future proofing to storage even though it wasn't really required as they would have been fine in the laundry. - Amazing wiring setup with 2 different conduit runs carrying about 14 wires each (cat6 outdoor). This is probably one of the best quality/reliable jobs I have seen and at a reasonable price. I am glad it was Orkhan and his team who worked on this and no one else. read more

Orkhan performed an exceptional job wiring my home. He installed wiring for all my Wi-Fi access points, TVs, offices, and bedrooms. He assisted in selecting and purchasing my Ubiquiti equipment and completed the installation and setup. Additionally, he mounted all my TVs and soundbars and wired my in-ceiling and outdoor speakers. Everything turned out perfectly, matching our design exactly. I am extremely satisfied with the results and am glad I chose CallTech. I highly recommend him and would use him for any future jobs I have. read more

We were fortunate to have heard about Orkhan and his company, CallTech, just as we moved into our new home (with in-law unit). Orkhan came to our place for a free assessment of our home and in-law unit to determine what we'd need for a proper setup. With his guidance, we elected to go with: * Ubiquity UniFi system with WiFi 7 access points * UniFi 4K cameras * UniFi doorbell with two camera views * Several other items like a UniFi Switch and Dream Machine Pro to manage the whole network and store security footage around the exterior of the home. * Wall mount several OLED TVs. * Run hardwired Ethernet network drops for multiple locations around our home for Apple TVs and a laser printer. * Set up network coverage for our in-law unit as well. Orkhan set proper expectations about the time required to perform an installation like this (about 3 weeks--few days each week). Orkhan communicated extremely well throughout the entire process, including providing a written quote upfront for labor and hardware (including CAT 6A wiring) and also about when he would arrive each day. He was also respectful of our busy work schedules and avoided coming on certain days when we were working from home and dialing into work conference calls. The installation went smoothly, and by the end of it all, we had a beautifully cable-managed network rack set up in our garage, neatly installed wireless access points in the ceiling, hardwired network drops with Ethernet jacks, neatly wall-mounted TVs, and a slick set of 4K cameras outside our place with weatherproof conduits for cabling all neatly concealed and installed in an inconspicuous manner. Everywhere Orkhan opened up walls, he was careful to patch up again, re-plaster, and even color-match the paint color! He brought in an electrician to help with some of the cabling and power outlets. And for all the work we asked of him, we felt the quoted price was very reasonable. Once installation was complete, Orkhan spent time with me configuring the network and showing me how to manage various settings. It was a terrific experience from start to finish. I want to call out two extra things about Orkhan and CallTech Pro: * When one of our Ethernet network drops was not behaving correctly, he promptly returned and resolved the cabling issue. * My 86-year-old father lives in the in-law unit. On more than one occasion, Orkhan went above and beyond the normal scope of his work by helping my father get to a grocery store! I will not forget the compassion and kindness he extended to him. Several recommendations to potential clients: * Do shop around, if only to confirm how competitive Orkhan's installation quote is. * Mentally prepare for potentially a multi-week installation, however smooth. * Per Orkhan's suggestion, order the network hardware and material yourself so that installation can take place as efficiently as possible. * Consider future-proofing your home setup by asking to have extra hardwire connections installed in various rooms in your home. All in all, I highly recommend Orkhan for his high-quality work. He knows his stuff and will treat you honestly and fairly! read more

I got a few quotes for some low voltage cabling installation for a multistory home with crawlspace. CallTech was extremely responsive and was good at communicating options and possible solutions to the complex problem. The work was completed quickly and the overall finished solution looks amazing. Clean lines, limited exterior wall penetration, good conduit and weatherproofing at junction, etc. Overall great experience and great deliverable. Would highly recommend. As for pricing, CallTech was not the cheapest but was fair and competitive, great value as I don't want an ugly finished product by the cheapest bid in town. read more

Orkhan came to my house to give a free estimate. After analyzing the situation he gave me a few alternatives. The least expensive and simple was to buy another Deco mesh device and then run an Ethernet cable to my LAN port. The other alternative was to drill holes in my floor, get into the crawl space, and connect the wires in the wall. I appreciated that he was honest and didn't sell me on much more expensive /complex solution. read more

Orkhan was fantastic for my Ethernet installation. I would hire him again. He was flexible and knowledgeable. He installed both a ceiling mounted WiFi AP inside and an outdoor AP for our backyard. He also wired the detached garage for Ethernet when othe vendors couldn't give me a solid plan. The conduit and connections are very tidy. He was very careful with the lathe and plaster to minimize patching. I sort of knew what I wanted and had some existing equipment. Orkhan was able to work with me on the plan and fill in the gaps with his expertise. There was a loose connection after install and he was back the next day with a 5 minute fix. read more

I wanted to wall mount my tv. Quick response and quality job. Would be nice if keep us informed on delays.

Orkhan was great. He installed indoor and outdoor speaker system along with networking equipment for us (wireless access point and activated RJ45 connection in all the rooms). He came to the house first to review everything, gave me a list of equipment that needs to be bought along with the price and gave me options on whether I should use WAP or Mesh system for the home. He then came to install speakers and other networking equipment. He spent a day or so to just wire everything up properly (went to attic space, crawl space, etc.) including patching up walls where he made holes. And then came and installed all the speakers and wired them all up properly. We bought a TV stand few days later and Orkhan came to set that up along with all the wires. We would highly recommend him for your next job. read more

Orkhan is experienced and responsive. He comes up with innovative fixes and sees the work to completion. Also priced fairly! I asked him to help with AT&T fiber install, whose technicians were unwilling to reuse existing underground cable conduits. Orkhan carefully examined the conduits with a borescope camera and found the cable stuck underneath the garage wall and under some gravel, it was too expensive to rectify. Next, I wanted AT&T to hang the fiber aerially through my small 2nd floor attic, but the technicians didn't want to step foot in there. So Orkhan to the rescue! He pulled a drawstring from an existing hole outside the 2nd floor, through to the attic and into the patch panel in the laundry. He was willing to crawl through the attic beams and even thread the drawstring on the roof, only reachable through 2 ladders. To top it off, he made himself available when the AT&T techs came back, just to make sure they could use the drawstring. Even suggested a better location for the router to keep it all tidy. He did previously break a port in the patch panel, but came back another day to replace the entire panel and repatch at no extra cost. Look forward to using his services again. read more
