We recently moved into a home where Sergii had installed several systems 5 years ago. Although the owners said that everything was functioning and all ownership had been transferred. Sergii insisted a new box for one of the systems was needed ($1000), which I had no choice but to accept. More critically, Sergii was not able to get the camera system (that he installed) working. The supplier of the camera system provided specific instructions to reset the password. I am sure he did not follow the instructions and I still do not have a functioning system. He refuses to do another reset and since he insisted I pay by Zelle, I have no financial recourse. I will find another company to get the system working. read more

[Review for partial work completed, will update at the end] All our interactions were with Sergii who is polite, patient, diligent, and true to his word - the complete opposite of all our experiences with contractors in our home building process. We are building a new home and our contractor created an emergency for us by telling us at the very last minute that they will not be putting in any networking or coax cables in our home, that they were done with insulation and just about to install drywall, and that if we wanted any 'low voltage' wiring we needed to find a contractor and get it done in the next couple days. Not even knowing what all this was and having little time to do research, we reached out to a couple contractors on Friday afternoon to enquire. Fortunately one of them was Sergii. He patiently listened to our conundrum and offered to come to the site that Friday evening at 7pm to take a look. He patiently explained what this was about, our options (coax hookup, network cables, security cameras, AV wiring), stayed at the site for 1.5 hours to discuss options for our layout, and promised to send a quote later that night. We told him we would need him to start work right away on Monday and wrap up in 2-3 days. He said he could do it by end-of-day Wednesday. True to his word, he sent a quote at 10pm and after some clarifications on Saturday, we signed him on. We were still skeptical based on our experiences so far. He came out to the site again on Sunday to discuss the final plan with us (locations for cameras, outlets, network switch etc.). He then promptly started work on Monday morning and made good progress by the end of the day (we went to check up). He continued to be on track on Tuesday and Wednesday evening called to let us know that the work was done. We went over to meet him at 7pm and do a walkthrough, and (almost) all work was completed cleanly and as discussed. There was one outlet he forgot to add, which was an honest mistake. He said he would stay and add the outlet, and spent another hour to complete the job! He will have to come back once the home construction is complete to install cameras and the network equipment. We'll update this review once that is done, but so far our experience with Sergii has been nothing but a pleasure! read more
