On monday, night my internet was out. thought it was comcast issue come to find out it was more than that. my systems is complex (VOIP with OOMA/ubiquiti access points/security camera/backup drives/cloud ubiquiti). i spent hours trying to troubleshoot the system to a point where I just couldn't figure it out. Call comcast and they were saying everything looked good on their end. I was completely LOST (i do call myself tech. savvy since I built this system from ground up) bought new equipment to start from, that's when I reached out to Tao. Tao installed ethernet drops in 8 rooms and provided an unmanaged switch for my home. We have experienced about a 10-15mS latency improvement in gaming. I called Tao to get guidance on a whole home wiring project. I gave him my wish list to future proof and provide an immediate upgrade to my system, which was based solely on Wifi 5 (802.11ac). He quoted me exactly what I wanted with all the latest equipment, service and warranty and it was a little over my budget. I thought my project was done. What an excellent and fast job by Tao. Had Tao out to run 4 network cables to power two POE APs that terminate into the garage. In a few hours, Tao had the Cat6E run and the drops placed exactly where I wanted them. The cables that ran thru the garage were neatly and cleanly tucked behind a cable tray with a decorative finish. He was also kind enough to install a GFCI outlet in our Master Bathroom ensuite to facilitate the installation of a bidet.
