I had an amazing low voltage company in LA that I trusted for years, so I was hoping that we could find someone here that we could trust in the same capacity. After meeting with him and then working with him on the WIFI job, we are so happy and grateful for finding him! He is so professional, kind, communicative, knowledgable, and reliable. He is very thorough and detail oriented and his prices are very fair as well. We are now hiring him to do a full camera install on the property, and will be hiring him for any future low voltage needs. He was well equipped to deal with any eventuality encountered (installing cables in homes not originally wired for networking is seldom a fun time), and while, as expected, we ran into some challenges, he was able to solve them, and the resulting installation looks great and performs great. He was able to get the job done at a lower quote than a lot of other contractors and a big concern of mine before hiring any contractor was to match the texture of the wall. He was able to do it no problem and you can't tell he cut any holes. Tyler went above and beyond by covering the cost of material since the job quote had to increase, but he was transparent and I completely understand that hurdles come up. The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Overall, I felt scammed out of my money and extremely disappointed. Especially as a college student- this was not cheap but I wish I had just took my money elsewhere for the proper fix as I'm still stuck with a broken screen and -500 dollars. !
