So I brought my computer to TechCare, where Ray was very kind and took the time to explain what was wrong and walk me through my options. He also worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated. I felt he was honest and genuinely helpful. He was able to get my computer running long enough to recover my data. In the end, I decided not to proceed with full repairs since there was no guarantee it would work long-term. Overall, I had a positive experience with TechCare and would definitely return if I needed help again.

She also told me that it would be worth driving over an hour ( from the east bay) specifically to the Campbell Verizon store to see Brian C. because, "he's the best". My bud wasn't lying b/c the phone plan offer was really good and Brian really is the best! Brian VERY kindly & patiently helped me choose the best plan for me and my family. He tried his best to get me the best deal, customize a plan that works for each person in my family, and did not try to oversell or pressure me into making any decisions. He was super knowledgeable, explained options in detail, and took solid notes to provide me with real numbers. It's worth noting that there were customers were shuffling in and out of the store while I was there but he didn't rush the process and tried his best to attend to other customers as well. 5 star experience!

They responded quick and offered me a quote before I took the phone in. Once inside they explained the process and from there repaired my phone. I called Phone Hut Repair on Jan. 23rd and got a quote of $320 to repair my phones broken front…read morescreen and back glass. I asked if I could be provided a quote via text or email so I could provide the quote to my insurance for approval and they said yes I'll text it to you...I did not receive any text. The next day Jan. 24th I went in person and apparently he remembered my device and said he sent me a text I mentioned I did not receive anything. He took my name and phone number and stated I'll send you a text with the quote in 15 minutes. Yet again I have not received any quote so I'm unable to provide my insurance with it and continue my claim. The repair cost would have been paid out of my pocket and I would have been reimbursed. They would not have to deal with my insurance so I'm not sure why they lied to me twice and didn't want to provide a quote. Oh well taking my business elsewhere.
