I went in to solve a problem AT&T wasn't able to help me with over the phone. After waiting for my turn, Zeus (real name) asked what I needed and as I started to explain he started a conversation with someone else. When I asked if he was listening he said he was "multi tasking". He then walked away. Needless to say I'm no closer to having my wireless problem solved. Don't waste your time. This place is incompetent. Every other AT&T store greets you quickly upon entry to find your problem & get your name in order. Here, unless you're lucky enough to be 1 of 2 customers in the store, you'll wait approximately 30 mins before anyone even notices you. When I asked a worker if there was a list & if not, how do they know in what order to take the customer, he said "uhh well we just go by sight" in other words, they guess randomly & sure enough they were not helping people in any sort of order. If you've got 2-3 hours to waste, by all means, come here but if you've actually want to be seen in a timely reasonable order, there's other stores within 10 minutes. Go there. I went in and there were about 3 people and 2 employees. I just wanted to purchase a charging cable and I stood around for 5-10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence. I went into the store, thinking it would be a more straightforward, and honest, transaction. However, I was sadly mistaken. Zeus was the person who assisted us, and I added a third brand new line for my kid for Christmas. I happened to look at my account online however, and I noticed that for the new line he did an upcharge. So my monthly reoccurring (or MRC), I used to work in telecom too, so this especially irks me, jumped up to $50 with the premium line on my kid's new phone line. I'm sorting through this online. How ironic, I thought it would be a lot easier going to the store. I was wrong. I hate to give one star however, dishonesty warrants it in this case. I'm also looking at switching over to Verizon. I'm that mad. Again, I hate to slam a company but I was shocked to see this upcharge. The online rep also said I was supposed to have a trade in kit but that never happened. First let me say "I HATE phone stores and dental visits." I never in a million years thought I'd say this but; the young man who took care of me was extremely polite ( the kind of polite I learned as a kid ( I'm 68 yrs old now) and you never hardly hear anymore). Tried to pick up my phone and the assistant there was rude when I was having problem with the authorized user issue. We did update the site to fix the problem but since it took time and would not call customer service when requested she canceled the order. I have never heard such poor language and disrespect for a customer before. If she was my employee I would fire her on the spot. There are plenty of good AT&T stores so suggest going somewhere else rather than Bascom store. read more

With the good reviews I was sad that I waited almost 25 mins to get recognized as a person to help. Not sure if it's just 1 person working at all times but sure makes it hard for him to do all the jobs! Another lady was Sitting there that looked like she worked there but literally didn't even look up when I asked if she could help. After switching services it's been a pretty big disaster with atnt and my family plan. I went in to get answers for why my service was shut off suddenly when I pay the bill regularly. All n all. I upgraded my iphone 11 To a iphone 15 pro. The girl sales associate told me Id be getting $630 + for my trade in. My average bill before the trade in was $89 per month. I ended up getting $125 credit only for my phone. I was hit with a $90 activation fee and a $82 fee for I don't know what. Now my monthly bill is $178 WTF!!! read more

Purchased an iPhone 14 during the trade-in promotion. William, the store manager assisted us. He is quick, technically savvy and service with a humor. He activated the phone in less than 30 minutes. AT&T is horrible! I bought an iPhone from Apple store with AT&T Plan. But I returned the phone and terminated the plan on the second day. It says within 3 days of purchase no bill should occur. But~ but! After I called AT&T 3 times, each time the recipient from AT&T said the bill was cancelled. But I still get the bill in mail/email says I am overdue for the bill! Shit! The minute I walked into the The AT&T store In Campbell California in the Pruneyard I felt very comfortable and welcomed.I must've looked very frustrated The people working at this store were extremely helpful. I must say Lissette, was a stand out , helpful, kind and patient. I had a big mess ,part my lack of computer skills and an iPhone that appeared to hacked. Prior to my AT&T visit. I had decided to try and get to bottom of the problem myself , reading , hiring an IT pro and a cyber security pro, as I had an identity theft issue as well . Long story. Ashley informed me of the promo they had for the 14 pro max, which I took. I wasn't even told by my previous person in another location whom I saw just 3 days before! She was also very patient in becoming my human gps -even standing outside the store to look for me. Then, there's William. I am traveling soon and wanted to get on an AT&T International plan, with a pre-paid account. After days of frustration at one retail store and on the phone with AT&T, I finally went to the Pruneyard Campbell AT&T store, and hoped for the best. When I walked in this morning, AT&T employee Michael greeted me with a smile and spent TWO HOURS (!) assisting me. It was complicated. He had to find the correct plan for the country I was visiting, and ended up having to move me to another plan. He and I talked also to an agent on speakerphone, double-checking what would work best. Michael was enthusiastic, patient, and interested in making sure I got the best service! He said this was his 2nd day on the job. FYI, the customer service Sunday at the Westgate AT&T store on Saratoga Ave. was rude, made me feel stupid--and couldn't wait for me to walk out the door. read more

I had several issues including explanations regarding billing and technical issues specific to my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. He instructed Anthony on what register to use for us, then he came back out and started entering things on it...then grumbled about that it was being used! Initially I wrote a great review for William at the ATT store in Campbell, the Pruneyard. That was before I received my first bill after upgrading to a new phone last month. I can't even say he was misleading because I asked him specific questions and he actually lied!! There were numerous charges added to my first bill this month. I was never informed of additional charges on my monthly bill when I was in the store. My monthly bill is normally $90 but this month I was charged $267!!!! I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with ATT today and they noted some charges were applied twice. I was also told that health care providers could receive a free Apple Watch in June and just pay for activation. In actuality I'm being charged $25/month for 36 months!!That means I would be paying $900 for the "free" watch. Or I pay it off now for $350. WILLIAM LIED about the charges and promotion. 12 yrs with ATT and I will be switching to another carrier after being conned and basically robbed. BEWARE OF WILLIAM AT ATT IN CAMPBELL!!! read more

This store has just opened up and still in process of setting up so they are not quite 100% filled up with their phones. I visited them to inquire about a new phone as mine is dying and they said that they were glad to sell me one however they pointed out that my insurance I was paying with at&t covered a replacement. They showed me how to file a claim and when my new phone came Shari and Ozzy helped me transfer over my data and work with the phone techs. They were so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Just what I need as I am sooo not a techy. I have high hopes for this store if they hire quality people like these. read more

Today January 13 2020 I went to the Campbell AT&T at the Pruneyard. The minute I walked in the door, Lizzette appeared to see my distress . It is now 28 hours since I have not slept . Yes, someone can hack your phone . I lost it in Brooklyn last April . But because it was not my work phone, and I had recently lost my husband , who handled all the computers . I did report it lost , but with a simple password and the phone was not suspended or de-activated . I did purchase another phone , approximately 5 weeks later ,. And assumed that the establishment I purchased it at did that part for me, de-activated and not the same number! Because of another family loss Forward to January I experienced identity theft. As well as a career change .I was going on countless interviews, as well as hiring an Advanced IT expert and a cyber security expert . My reputation was at stake . As well as my depression and ignorance playing a role . I spent 50 hours in the last 8 days reading hardware software articles , communication with support. And $500.00 . Nobody could figure out the puzzle. These smart phones are tiny and computer. Lizette was just so easy to talk to , professional,kind and handled everything with such grace , knowledge and compassion. Together we unraveled the source of the issue ( Lizette, primarily. set everything up , wrote down what to do next . As I laid on the orange couch slowly feeling a migraine coming on . (Shh store is new and quiet ) I must say , in my 28 years as a moderate - heavy consumer I have never had that much attentive and sincere care. Lizzette was just so easy to talk to, and handled everything with such grace , compassion and attention. She unraveled all the documents I had . But ,Lizzette never gave me that look , " like I was a complete nut case " ( Shh )In fact , because it was not busy , newly opened. I laid on the sofa with a migraine. I have never had this kind of service in my 25 years of consumerism. I have been an AT&T customer since 1999. As a loyalist customer and an amazing special now , I left with a new I phone and some very associated goodies to make life easier. all I was welcome very kindly for two really nice staff members actions to help with big smiles. I tried to be very clear and an emotional but so exhausted.To make us a little shorter I had lost my phone iPhone in New York around last year April early April period and I never really thought about it but purchased another phone and seen the other one was just left on the aeroplane period if it was not for Lizette Calmly went through all the details with me and made everything so comfortable I even took her for a nap on the sofa which was pretty funny!
