At home we were seeing "SOS" or only one bar for our cellular connection all day. One of us could text but not call; the other couldn't even text. So we headed over to the AT&T Store at the Pruneyard, where we were greeted with a cheerful hello and a smile. Unfortunately, no outage was showing for our area, but in the process of helping us, Zeus pointed out some ways we could save money. Now back home, we are waiting for our cellular service to return. But thanks to a great experience at the AT&T Store, we'll be saving money every month going forward! read more

Horrible experience. Provided by Alexander and Ruby. Ruby was really bad. Terrible attitude. All I wanted was internet, which I've gone multiple days without, even tho I paid for it. read more

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with AT&T. When I purchased my new phone, I was trading in my old one. The sales representative advised me to keep my old phone for a few weeks before bringing it back for the trade-in. However, he never mentioned that there was a deadline to complete the trade-in. Had he simply told me about the deadline, I would have returned my phone on time without any issue. When I finally brought my old phone back, I was shocked to learn that I had missed the trade-in deadline and my phone could no longer be accepted. I immediately called AT&T customer service and spent more than an hour on the phone, only to be told that they would not extend the deadline or honor the trade-in. There was no willingness to take responsibility for the misinformation provided by their own representative. I know I would have turned in my phone on time if I had been given the correct information. Instead, I am now paying the price for a mistake that could have easily been avoided. This experience has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Because I recently purchased a new phone, I am now locked into staying with AT&T unless I pay off the full remaining balance of the device. If I had the option, I would leave immediately. Instead, I have no choice but to wait until I can end my commitment, and once I can, I will be switching to another carrier. AT&T has completely lost my trust. A simple failure to communicate important information has cost me hundreds of dollars and turned what should have been a straightforward trade-in into a terrible customer experience. read more

Had a problem upgrading my phone in with a different location they did something wrong so I went here and spoke to Zeus and he was very helpful and got the problem solved in minutes. read more

I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff member was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to my concerns. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, he spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Good customer service starts with respect and communication, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with courtesy and professionalism. read more

Ive been coming here for the last 6 years and Zeus has been the best person to work with at all the ATT stores I've gone to! He has been very honest, friendly and supportive through very experience. I've been sending family member and friends to Zeus for many years now since he has given exceptional service during every visit. He makes everyone I send to him very comfortable while giving them the best deals. read more

I went in to solve a problem AT&T wasn't able to help me with over the phone. After waiting for my turn, Zeus (real name) asked what I needed and as I started to explain he started a conversation with someone else. When I asked if he was listening he said he was "multi tasking". He then walked away. Needless to say I'm no closer to having my wireless problem solved. If you must be an AT&T customer, try a different store or maybe Verizon (they are across the parking lot. This place gets an F. read more

Absolutely horrible service and completely useless staff. I would not recommend any AT&T service. They are both extremely useless and horrible over the phone and in person. read more

Michelle was an absolute angel to stick with me for as long as she did. She was calm and patient throughout dealing with not only me and my issue, but with people as they came inside, and phone calls that were answered. I will always come back to this store because everyone was kind. read more

Don't waste your time. This place is incompetent. Every other AT&T store greets you quickly upon entry to find your problem & get your name in order. Here, unless you're lucky enough to be 1 of 2 customers in the store, you'll wait approximately 30 mins before anyone even notices you. When I asked a worker if there was a list & if not, how do they know in what order to take the customer, he said "uhh well we just go by sight" in other words, they guess randomly & sure enough they were not helping people in any sort of order. If you've got 2-3 hours to waste, by all means, come here but if you've actually want to be seen in a timely reasonable order, there's other stores within 10 minutes. Go there. You'll save time even with the extra drive. This place needs to be shut down or get new management. 20+ years with AT&T and never seen anywhere else as close in sheer incompetence read more

I went in and there were about 3 people and 2 employees. I just wanted to purchase a charging cable and I stood around for 5-10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence. Not even a hello. The store closer to my house will immediately ask if you have an appointment or let you know there is a wait. read more

I went into the store, thinking it would be a more straightforward, and honest, transaction. However, I was sadly mistaken. Zeus was the person who assisted us, and I added a third brand new line for my kid for Christmas. I happened to look at my account online however, and I noticed that for the new line he did an upcharge. So my monthly reoccurring (or MRC), I used to work in telecom too, so this especially irks me, jumped up to $50 with the premium line on my kid's new phone line. I'm sorting through this online. How ironic, I thought it would be a lot easier going to the store. I was wrong. I hate to give one star however, dishonesty warrants it in this case. I'm also looking at switching over to Verizon. I'm that mad. Again, I hate to slam a company but I was shocked to see this upcharge. The online rep also said I was supposed to have a trade in kit but that never happened. So I'm online correcting that now as well. read more

First let me say "I HATE phone stores and dental visits." I never in a million years thought I'd say this but; the young man who took care of me was extremely polite ( the kind of polite I learned as a kid ( I'm 68 yrs old now) and you never hardly hear anymore). He was knowledgeable, helped me easily with my problems. Switched phone device from an older phone to a new one. (Nope. I didn't even buy a phone.) It was a remarkably short time. I left with no unanswered questions. I know where I'm going in the future if I need any phone assistance. read more

With the good reviews I was sad that I waited almost 25 mins to get recognized as a person to help. Not sure if it's just 1 person working at all times but sure makes it hard for him to do all the jobs! Another lady was Sitting there that looked like she worked there but literally didn't even look up when I asked if she could help. After switching services it's been a pretty big disaster with atnt and my family plan. I went in to get answers for why my service was shut off suddenly when I pay the bill regularly. All n all. Awful. Service in person and with the actual phone service. read more

Tried to pick up my phone and the assistant there was rude when I was having problem with the authorized user issue. We did update the site to fix the problem but since it took time and would not call customer service when requested she canceled the order. I have never heard such poor language and disrespect for a customer before. If she was my employee I would fire her on the spot. There are plenty of good AT&T stores so suggest going somewhere else rather than Bascom store. read more

AT&T is horrible! I bought an iPhone from Apple store with AT&T Plan. But I returned the phone and terminated the plan on the second day. It says within 3 days of purchase no bill should occur. But~ but! After I called AT&T 3 times, each time the recipient from AT&T said the bill was cancelled. But I still get the bill in mail/email says I am overdue for the bill! Shit! Can AT&T does some decent job for customer service! It's robbing shamelessly! read more

The minute I walked into the The AT&T store In Campbell California in the Pruneyard I felt very comfortable and welcomed.I must've looked very frustrated The people working at this store were extremely helpful. I must say Lissette, was a stand out , helpful, kind and patient. I had a big mess ,part my lack of computer skills and an iPhone that appeared to hacked. Prior to my AT&T visit. I had decided to try and get to bottom of the problem myself , reading , hiring an IT pro and a cyber security pro, as I had an identity theft issue as well . Long story. Well Lissette fixed it all for me . I was exhausted and felt a migraine coming on. Shhh store is new and it was a weekday. Just laid down on the orange sofa. She wrote everything down..My job assessories and sanity requires me to have 2 phones , as well as an IPad . With At&T's loyalty program and the current promotion, I left with a the latest I phone and some very handy accessories to make life easier. A HUGE THANKS!,, To Lissette read more

I came in on a very busy evening to the AT&T store and the manager William was very efficient in helping every customer without anyone having to wait too long. I am traveling soon and wanted to get on an AT&T International plan, with a pre-paid account. After days of frustration at one retail store and on the phone with AT&T, I finally went to the Pruneyard Campbell AT&T store, and hoped for the best. When I walked in this morning, AT&T employee Michael greeted me with a smile and spent TWO HOURS (!) assisting me. It was complicated. He had to find the correct plan for the country I was visiting, and ended up having to move me to another plan. He and I talked also to an agent on speakerphone, double-checking what would work best. Michael was enthusiastic, patient, and interested in making sure I got the best service! He said this was his 2nd day on the job. FYI, the customer service Sunday at the Westgate AT&T store on Saratoga Ave. was rude, made me feel stupid--and couldn't wait for me to walk out the door. read more

THE most amazing customer service from William & Ashley! I've been on AT&T since 2007 & this has been the best visit I've ever had. Ashley informed me of the promo they had for the 14 pro max, which I took. I wasn't even told by my previous person in another location whom I saw just 3 days before! She was also very patient in becoming my human gps -even standing outside the store to look for me. Then, there's William. He was the only person who asked me what I did for work, & gave me my educator discount! The entire pandemic I've been working and nobody from AT&T has given me this privilege. I also got some freebies from him. He processed all my wireless needs very fast. My family & I will never go anywhere else. William will go beyond the best customer service you'll ever experience! read more

The employee Anthony was GREAT - very helpful! The owner, on the other hand, was cranky and unhelpful. He instructed Anthony on what register to use for us, then he came back out and started entering things on it...then grumbled about that it was being used! I went to the AT&T store at the Pruneyard in Campbell today and was helped by Jonathan Dawit. Jonathan's technical expertise was exceptional! I had several issues including explanations regarding billing and technical issues specific to my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. I couldn't of been happier with the experience that I had at AT&T, but especially with your five star employee Jonathan. I will definitely refer friends and family to him! read more
