Walked in just wanting to add a line with an old phone for my teen, and walked out with an upgrade and so many extra perks! Shawn definitely knows how to care for his customers. I will follow Shawn wherever he goes because I know he cares about customer satisfaction.

Very disappointing experience at this T-Mobile location…read more I came in simply to make a payment. When I arrived, there was one woman already waiting, and I was next. There were several employees helping other customers. I stood there for about 5-10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, one employee told me, "We'll help you shortly." I continued waiting. No one asked for my name or added me to a waiting list. After I had been there for approximately 25-30 minutes, other customers had arrived after me. When an employee finally became available, instead of helping me, he directed another customer who had arrived after me to sit down to be helped. Then he came over to me, and I thought he was finally going to take my payment. Instead, he told me he was only going to add my name to the waiting list. I told him that I had arrived before the other customer. His response was that the other customer had "already been there" and had gone out to his car to get his phone. I had been standing there for around 30 minutes and had never seen that person there before he arrived. What made the experience especially upsetting was the way I felt I was treated. I am Latino and had come directly from work wearing my work clothes. I couldn't help but feel that I was being judged based on my appearance or background while someone who arrived after me was given priority. Whether that was the employee's intention or not, that is how the treatment came across to me, and no customer should be made to feel that way. If a store is going to use a waiting list, customers should be checked in when they arrive and served in a fair and transparent order. Leaving someone standing for 30 minutes, not checking them in, and then putting other customers ahead of them is unacceptable customer service. I left without even making the payment I came in to make. T-Mobile management should review how customers are being checked in and treated at this location because this experience was extremely disappointing.

She also told me that it would be worth driving over an hour ( from the east bay) specifically to the Campbell Verizon store to see Brian C. because, "he's the best". My bud wasn't lying b/c the phone plan offer was really good and Brian really is the best! Brian VERY kindly & patiently helped me choose the best plan for me and my family. He tried his best to get me the best deal, customize a plan that works for each person in my family, and did not try to oversell or pressure me into making any decisions. He was super knowledgeable, explained options in detail, and took solid notes to provide me with real numbers. It's worth noting that there were customers were shuffling in and out of the store while I was there but he didn't rush the process and tried his best to attend to other customers as well. 5 star experience!
