Marcos was very efficient! making sure I received the best possible deal. It was worth the 15 minute wait!

Store employees are rude and not helpful and they act like they don't see you we are ghost. They have no knowledge being sales person. They scared to say hi welcome or anything!

Went into the store last week to add a line and get a new phone through their promotion. Because I was receiving a credit for the phone I was trading in, I was told I could purchase a phone cover. Cool....but before the transaction was completed by RUBY LEON and before my card was charged, I said I'd prefer two charge bricks. She said she needed to finish the transaction and then she could return it. Except she could not. RUBY then told me to just come back the next day to return it, which really ticked me off because if she had just taken it off before the transaction was completed, I wouldn't need to waste driving back and forth, 20 minutes each way. Ended up going to the Brokaw store the next day and learned I could only get a credit for the phone case because RUBY provided a credit on the phone case and not the bricks. The manager at Shari provided an account credit and I told her I'd go back to the Hamilton store and return the bricks because I was out of pocket $50+ for items I was going to return because now I was ticked off. This evening, I went back to the Hamilton store and was "helped" by HECTOR MENDOZA. He refused to return the two bricks. He was disrespectful and said I had to keep them. I immediately drove back to the Brokaw store where Shari was on duty (thank goodness). She called the regional TMobile management office to ask if there was a reason I could not return them and there was not. I listened to the entire conversation and then I got on the call to file a complaint against both RUBY and HECTOR. Why? RUBY should have stopped the transaction and taken the phone case off before charging my credit card. HECTOR was rude, disrespectful and if this is how TMobile trains its management staff, they need to go back and redesign their training. AVOID this store. Employees who can't complete basic transactions properly, who can't do what a customer specifically asks before a transaction is completed, and who refuse a refund for products eligible for a refund should not be employed by TMobile or anyone else. Go to the Brokaw store on North 17/880 about 10 minutes from the Hamilton store. You'll be better off. Ask for Shari!

Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

Since they seem to handle a lot of corporate-scale installations, I initially wondered if my project might be too small--but that concern disappeared pretty quickly. The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Huge thanks to Justin and John for their precision and quality of work, and to Jim and Rodrigo for their thoughtful recommendations on equipment and access point placement. If you're looking for a team that combines technical expertise with professionalism and genuine care, I'd absolutely recommend them.

During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. I made that VERY clear to Maria from the beginning. Instead of actually listening to me, she kept pushing me toward getting a new line and had an attitude with me the entire time. After going back and forth trying to get the verification code, I eventually had to tell her to call customer service because there had to be another way to access the account. Suddenly, she tells me, "Oh yeah, I can do that." Fine. We finally get the phone. The phone was $229 + tax + activation. Everything was paid. Then Maria tells me, "Since you paid over $300, you get some goodies!" and hands me a charger adapter and a small speaker. I immediately asked for my receipt. THAT'S WHEN EVERYTHING GOT WEIRD. She told me they DON'T GIVE RECEIPTS. I asked her to break down exactly what I had been charged. She became extremely nervous, and the manager literally got up and walked to the back. At this point, the math was NOT MATHING. I was charged $353. The phone was $229, and I was told the activation fee at that location was $45, even though the activation fee should be $25. After doing the math and questioning the charges, I realized I had been overcharged $103. Then suddenly, I could get a receipt emailed to me but I was told it would take 48 hours. And let's talk about those "goodies." They were presented to me like they were a gift for spending over $300. After everything that happened, it certainly felt like those items were being used to justify the extra charges instead of being an actual gift. I worked for Metro for 14+ YEARS. I KNOW how this business works. I know what customers should be charged, and I know how sales and commissions work. If you need to make your commission, SELL BETTER. DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS. Not everyone walking into a phone store knows how the pricing works. That does NOT mean you get to confuse them, avoid giving them a receipt, and hope they won't question the charges. I questioned mine. And I'm not letting this go. Metro needs to look into this location, this transaction, and exactly what I was charged for. Customers deserve transparency. Period.
