What a ridiculously negative experience. I'll certainly not be coming back and recommend you consider alternate locations for your shopping experience. I walked in to purchase the latest and greatest Samsung phone, the Samsung S26 Ultra phone with extended storage, a $1500 phone, and possibly a matching Samsung watch between $400 and $700. That's over a $2,000 purchase. It also would have essentially resulted in a 3 year service agreement. I left canceling the order while another frustrated customer waited during my mess of a shopping experience -- the manager (at least she said she's the manager*) and sales rep, arguing with me about my sharing my perception of the service they provided me. As I reflect on the experience, I wonder if the rep and manager purposefully treated me poorly because they don't make money on these types of sales and just wanted to get out of there and go home...or something like that. Anyhow Cristina, the sales representative, seemed inconvenienced and annoyed from the start when I walked in about fifteen minutes before they closed. Her answers to my questions were curt and barely one sentence responses. Even her information regarding the comparison of my current Samsung Watch to the new Samsung8 was about one sentence based on her looking at a Google search on her phone. My same search provide at least a couple paragraphs explaining the differences with much more helpful information. Overall, I found the experience very dissatisfying, negative and disappointing. I own a small business in the area with about ten lines with Verizon and was amazed that the level of service I received was so rude and inconsiderate. Towards the end, the manager, Kaitlin, started to speak to me in a threatening manner, suggesting I grabbed Cristina's arm. I did not grab anybody's arm. If anybody at Verizon, or the owners of the store, read this review and go back to watch the video I would appreciate them coaching the staff on how to interact with customers and provide a very basic level, if not higher level of service to what is hopefully a relatively high value customer. Threatening customers is no way to grow a business. * Kaitlin, who said she's the manager, was looking at her phone virtually the whole time I was in the store. I find it hard to believe that she's actually the manager. This is my first negative review on Yelp, in a very long time. :( I went into this store on May 14th, to address issues that my mother had with receiving and hearing calls on her phone. The sales rep that assisted me, was really good at pitching the sales promotion of the day and got me to agree to trade in my mother and father's phones for new iPhones, on the basis that I'd be getting a promotion credit of $800+ or so, spread out over 36 months (~$23.33/month). So, that day, I paid off the remaining payments on my parents' old phones, and paid the taxes for the new phones. The next day, May 15, Verizon launched its red hot promotion deal where one could trade in their current iphone for a new iPhone with credit value of $1000+, ~$27.77/month and ~$33.33/month, all spread out over 36 months, depending on the phones you were getting. So, I visited the store again, to ask the store reps if they could adjust the promotion deal I had received the day before, to this one instead. I was told that the manager was busy, and was given his number, while also being informed that the manager would take care of this all for me, and make the requests to Verizon regarding the promotion credit adjustments. Fast forwarding, I received a bill from Verizon, indicating that my next bill is $900, with all the promotions charged back to my bill. I've been calling the manager's number since, and also texting, but have yet to hear back. It's been several days and it's sad to see that he still hasn't reached back out to me even though the texts I sent have a "read" receipt. I'm now on the phone with Verizon's main customer helpline, trying to resolve these issues. For those reading this review, I won't advise you to do or not do anything regarding services by this store, but do want you to know my experience. read more

Sent my father for support on a line transfer from one account to another. The Verizon representatives had very little interest in supporting and directed to call 611. How is this ok? Zero consideration on the time and effort spent to drive to the Verizon hub but seemed the employee's conversation with one another was more important than the customer's need. Last trip was ok! I returned my in home wireless router and confirmed that both cell phones were no longer being billed. I was in and out in 20 minutes. When I signed up for the service it took 2 hours and wound up cost 40% more than we were quoted. Went back to Xfinity. Update- 2 months later still trying to stop them from continued billing. Desperate times call for desperate measures and I did some research and found that Verizon does not use the same towers as ATT. So I came here to buy a wifi hotspot. RUN! Don't just walk away from this Verizon location. Three visits to this store after 611 customer service instructed us to go there resulted in nothing but confusion, headache and a ton of time wasted. The staff, including the managers, all have a "can't-do" attitude, literally saying no it's not possible before the full sentence is out of our mouth. Tyler, the manager, specifically, told us (antagonistically, even) that 611 lied to us and aren't accountable, making us, the customer, "their problem" when we come to the store. He told us to contact 611 in the store and then said "I have things to do" and walked away leaving us with the issues HE SHOULD BE HELPING US WITH! Isn't that his job?!? Two 611 reps on that call even said where is the staff at this location? Why are you (the customer) calling? The staff should be the ones that call. OMG! So after three visits of passing us off and doing absolutely nothing for us, my brother goes to the Fremont location and rectifies all the issues in ONE twenty minute visit. Wow! Was originally planning to stop by to upgrade just ONE iPhone from 13 to 16. Dee ( store manager) talked me into upgrading TWO lines because of the high trade in value. ( some special ) I agreed to Dee and Ethan was the star to set up and transfer one phone for me on the spot so I can give them my old phone at the end of the transfer. Actually the transfer process is not as straight forward. Ethan is very patient to "baby sit" the process with me. Totally professional and excellent service. When we walked in on Christmas eve, with so much going wrong with our account (by operator error) to write about here, but Ethan met us at the door, as is typical, and we explained some of what was going on. He just KNEW - you could tell, his brain was already clicking away and he knew how to help! This is the kind of helper that instills confidence in a patron (other employees were there, who were also pretty on-the-ball). Iindeed, when we handed Etham the phone, he proceeded to click away - EXPLAINED everything he was doing, asked us.questions, and when we were done, he asked about anything else that was may be having difficulty with (even MORE confidence instilled). Verizon Wireless in Santa Clara off Steven's screen blvd. This location of wireless services i had priorly made online appointment for account maintenance. As normally I have viewing online on my app account is enough but, I have been having disruption of serving so to better assist me I had need paper document of my billing statements details. This location is able to provide to me a printed country personal records. I normally do from home but since disruption took place I had been unable to have office desk workspace of privacy to complete my work needs to gather details for me. Verizon representatives has been helpful to provide service request. As interaction communications primarily in English. I normally use my own personal transporation to get to online scheduled appointments, on other occasions I would dog a drop in walk in but sometimes having to wait as other customers have been in wait. Went in for a simple service transfer for my new iPhone. I could not get the model I wanted through Verizon. So I picked it up at the Apple Store and needed this stores assistance in getting my service moved to the phone. Ethan was the employee who assisted me. While transferring my service Ethan asked me "why did you not change plans?" I replied "I am happy with my current plan.", I have had the same plan for 6 years and I get Apple Music for free which I thoroughly enjoy. After exiting the store and heading home, I get a text from Verizon stating my plan has changed and I will no longer get Apple Music and will have to pay $10.99 for Apple Music through Verizon. Ethan had changed my plan and I did not authorize it. I spent the next hour on the phone with Verizon customer support to reinstate my previous plan. Verizon customer support was extremely helpful and very empathetic to my situation. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Edit: the model I wanted was iPhone 16 pro max with 1TB of storage. Verizon can only ship this to your house. They will not ship it to the store for you to pick up. I live by SJSU which is "Porch Pirate" heaven. Hence, me picking it up from Apple directly. However he instructed me I need to go to the Verizon store at 2910 Stevenson creek in San Jose CA. The manager at the store named "Dylan" was very rude and said Verizon keeps sending people to his store and asked me rudely to leave!! He says he cannot do anything or help me. Really happy I stumbled upon this location on Stevens Creek Blvd as I was about to give up and change service providers after terrible service from two other Verizon stores. On my first visit, I was helped by Sebastian and got my problem resolved very quickly. While Sebastian was working on my phone, I was telling him about the problems I was having with Verizon increasing the fees on my account. Sebastian gave me a few suggestions on how I can reduce the cost of a phone plan and even looked up a corporate number for me to call to see if it would help. Unfortunately, I was not able to get any further help with my phone plan from corporate Verizon despite being a long-time customer. 2 weeks later, I visited this store again to buy a phone for my wife and also shop for a lower cost plan. Sebastian had the day off, so I was helped by Ethan. Ethan looked up my account, but Verizon had it locked preventing me for buying a new phone while keeping the same plan. Basically, my plan was so old that Verizon will not allow me to upgrade the phone only. Ethan looked up available plans and discounts but came up empty. I asked about prepaid plans and if he could do that in the store after being told by another store that I have to call directly to the prepaid department. Ethan said he could do the change to a prepaid plan in the store and proceeded to make the transfer. Ultimately, he had to call the prepaid department to finish the transfer. I felt Ethan went above and beyond to handle the transfer when others would have just told me to do it myself. Ethan even used his phone to call and let me use it to finish the transfer. Through the whole process, Ethan was patient and helping with the transfer was wonderful because of the time involved getting the transfer completed. Despite the troubles I experienced dealing with corporate Verizon and other stores, I was impressed by the service I received at this store and with their help, I was able to get a lower cost phone plan and new phone for my wife. I was about to switch out of Verizon until the service I received at this store changed my mind. read more

They have a lot of deals both in the store and different ones online. Know exactly where you are going because there is another store sign blocking the Verizon store and I had to loop around and fight the mall car traffic. Not only did David their Store Manager did exceptionally well, their team worked together to make sure that the customer left the store satisfied with excellent customer service. He's like "oh yeah we can help you; if we'd don't have it in stock we can ship it". He takes my account info. Disappears to the back for 5 minutes, returns and says "I don't think we can help you. All of your employees doesn't want to help. They'll only help you if you're trying to get a phone line or a new phone just for commission but for technical support, you're gonna be on your own and they'll let you call the customer service line on the phone. I would advise you NOT TO COME in this store. You'll basically just gonna waste your time. Verizon is a good service but has a bad/weak/unprofessional employee specifically at this store. I would take my business into another branch if I were you. Feel free to experience what I had and you'll find out yourself. It's a small store and less people goes there so why be lazy and not do anything? pretends that they have to do inventory at the back and leave one employee at the front just to "cover". This is by far my worst experience in dealing with this carrier and store. A less than 10 minutes issue that turned in to 3 fucking hours process because no one wanted help at the store. Not my problem that they have to stay past closing because no one wanted to step up and help. So If higher management are reading this, I would fire all those employees there and replace with people who are eager to help. Or you know what? I'd let this place close down and just make a mini kiosk inside Valley Fair just like AT&T has inside the mall. Had called Verizon way before I took the hour trip up to this location to confirm they had a specific phone I was looking for. Person on the customer service section of the Verizon number confirmed they had it but of course couldn't promise me it would be there when I arrived. It took the store about 15 minutes just for them to acknowledge me and put my name on their wait list to be helped (not even a hi or we will be right with you from anyone). After another 30 minutes, I was then told that they do not have any and haven't had any....that the phone/size I was looking for was only available to order. I explained that I confirmed prior to making my drive out but the way the woman responded and acted just seemed like she was brushing me off because they closed shortly. When I was shopping in Verizon I casually mentioned that I wished my Apple Watch was gold and not silver. The (very obvious) NEW sales rep said they were running a special on Apple watches and I could upgrade my silver watch (only 18 months old, owned free n clear, with all the bells and whistles) for a new " upgraded" gold Apple Watch. I should have questioned it but I had always been treated fairly over the years, so I trusted I was getting something better than what I had. Isn't that what an upgrade means? It wasn't until I was struggling to locate the SpO2 and EKG features, that I researched the model number of my "upgrade" and found it to be a basic entry-level SE. I was sick to my stomach knowing I GAVE AWAY my nice gen 6 I paid several hundred dollars for to have features I needed and wanted. Now I'm stuck in a 2 years contract paying for a basic entry level SE Apple Watch, that is worthless to me without SpO2 and EKG monitoring. When I tried calling customer support to explain I had a brand new employee and he basically downgraded my watch no one would listen because it had been over 30 days (barely). The only thing this watch is good for is to ping my phone when I misplace it. I was lied to by omission and no longer trust offers Verizon sends me. It's been almost 2 years and it still bothers me when I think about it so I try not to. read more

Went here with my mom the other day. We were referred here by the Verizon on blossom hill as the phone my mom wanted wasn't in stock there. They had the phone she wanted here though and put it on hold for us until we arrived. The location itself is very beautiful, kind of a busy street but they have a good sized parking lot in the back of the building. We were seen right away, told them we were referred by Blake from the other location and the manager Salvador was able to help us right away. They unfortunately didn't have many choices when it came to cases for the specific phone my mom was getting but apparently that's because the company isn't going to continue making phones, though Salvador did reassure us that the phone model she was getting was still a good one. The process overall was rather quick as we already knew what phone she was getting, Salvador was very kind and efficient while making us feel at ease. I never once felt like he was just trying to sell us something, only asking for what my mom actually wanted and giving his own feedback in regards to those items that her received from other customers. Paying for everything was a breeze, they had a kiosk that streamlined the process as well as a barrier on the side so the staff can still communicate and help you. I think we were out of here in under 30mins and that was only because Salvador had tried to find more case options for the phone. Overall a very pleasant experience here. Jason D was a very helpful and friendly sales rep trainee that guided us through the process of selecting the right plan for us, activating all 5 of our devices, and guiding us through the promotional deals.
