The gal who helped me seemed inexperienced , since I had to suggest wht she should do...then she contradicts what I was told by their customer service rep on the phone! then I misplaced my ID, and said I'd have to run home for it...she agreed and said I can't get into your account without an ID. This has always been my go to phone I'm not sure how many years i've been going there, but they've always been so personable, so nice, well, I had a very rude awakening today. Very rude, Very short, with their answers and stuff and didn't even take the time to explain new phones to me. If there were any deals going on. The woman that helped me was having an extremely loud conversation with 2 women. She was just basically shooting the shit with. Gave me two seconds of her time, and that was it. The woman that she handed my transaction to did not even say hi. Did not even look up. I felt like I was taking up her time. No conversation about how long it would take. Very rudely explained they don't transfer data anymore and told me to go to best buy they would do it for free. Nope would cost $40.00. When I left no Goodbye, no, thank you for shopping at our store, nothing. Also I don't think you should be cleaning your store with customers there. No one asked if I had an issue with dust. I like the customer service at this store. Long story short...I had several Issues with my upgrades, trying and buying different phones, especially 5G with the right plans to fit my needs and get discount and save a lot of $$$ with free Device upgrades. They helped me with ALL of that. They are friendly, nice and smart people with knowledge on plans and prices. A lot of Metro pcs stores don't know the complete details and sell you something you regret later. But this is a METROPCS corporate store located in a very nice place surrounded by shopping facilities. They are a nice n clean store with strict social distancing and mask mandatory. My go to Metro location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. On my last visit, I was helped by Josh, the store manager. He set me up with a brand new phone and all the essential accessories. Transferring my data from one phone to the other was painless. I always dread going into phone stores because of how long the wait could be, but this visit was quick and easy!! The store is also practicing social distancing. Only 6 people are allowed in the store at one time, while all others have to wait in a line outside. Oh my God. The customer service here is phenomenal. It's hard putting it into words. When I arrived, there was a line of people waiting to be seen. One of the staff members, a tall man with freckles, came out & checked everyone in. He let everyone know how many ppl were in front of them & he told me exactly who was in front of me. That was so helpful. After that, I went to use the restroom at the sandwich shop & when I came back, I was greeted by Paul right away. He said it was my turn & we started the whole transaction. He was so welcoming, helpful, honest & informative. He just had the greatest vibe & extremely kind energy. I loved him. He even went out of his way to check how much gigabytes or whatever I was using on my phone & recommend a better phone for my usage. I had my 10 year old niece with me & she was giving him rapid fire questions about the phone & the plan. She was just really excited about having a phone for the 1st time. & He was incredibly patient & answered all her questions, he didn't rush her into picking a phone or phone case. There is a guy here who works mid afternoon- closing shift who yells at Pokemon Go players and videos tapes them. This has happened multiple times. It is near closing and you are not going to have lots of customers rush in needing help..... let people play their game, they are not hurting you by huddling in the parking lot on an island for 5-10 minutes. The cursing and the yelling does nothing but make you look unprofessional. I also can understand "getting heated" at adults- but kids? Common on now... low blow. read more

This review is solely for the representative (Frances) who helped me. On Thursday night I called my nearest Metro store to ask if they had any iPhone 6s+ in stock, which they didn't. Then I called this Metro store and Frances answered and was super helpful. She took the time to look in the back for the 6s+, told me the current promotion of "port 1 line and get 2 lines", answered my questions, and gave me a estimated cost of everything. I said I wasn't able to make it over that night and she said just come by the next day and ask for her. On Friday during lunch, I dropped by, greeted and signed in, and waited for Frances to finish up with anther customer. I explained to her that I am currently on Cricket Wireless with my family and want to get in on the promotion. Frances then showed me to the phones on display, didn't rush me, and gave me time to decide which phones I wanted. She then went to the back to get the phones, I provided her my Cricket account number, PIN, and phone numbers. She showed me the detailed breakdown of the costs on the monitor, then proceeded to activate all the phones, and then I was good to go. Frances was nice, honest, helpful, and the definition of a true professional. I cannot speak about how the store is as a whole, but I can safely say that Frances is the best. read more

Today myself and my husband drove to this location to get a new screen protector and case for my phone. When I got there the place was really busy so we were told to wait for assistance. Finally after 20 minutes an employee waves us in only to have his store manager scrolled him for trying to help us... she literally yelled at him right in front of us.. then I asked dude if I could just get the stuff I came for he opened a drawer and in a half a second said we dont have nothing for you... after saying this he turns to his boss and says I'm just trying to get them out. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional behavior regardless of what the situation was I would expect to be treated as a customer not a burden. Purchased my first Metro phone and signed up with Metro for the first time on Feb. 7th. Left Sprint because they are so freaking damn expensive. I was about to pay $87 for a stupid smart phone plan. Me thinks NOT!!!! So I made the move and I really enjoy not having to pay out of my ass. I pay $50 a month. Minus one start for my sales person not explaining all these extra charges he was adding to my bill. I ended up taking back the items he sold me. You have 7 days to return your items, to the same place you purchased them. Other than that, I'm still thrilled to be part of Metro. read more

I came in because I saw that they have a promotion. The guy that help me (didn't get his name) was patient and clear. He explained that I can get a new phone at a good discount. I looked at a couple of phones but finally settled on the LG Stylo. This is a bigger phone than what I had before so it takes some getting used to. After a day, I have to say that I LOVE this phone. I purchase phones with the understanding that I had 7 days to return them. When I tried to return them within 7 days I was informed that they both had to have less than 60 minutes of talk time period I run a business off myself phone are you kidding me? So one is under the 60 minutes and mine is obviously not this is unacceptable. I got there at 3pm on a Thursday and they had the open sign on but the door was locked. I knocked and knocked I could see 3 employees looking at me but not opening the door. Then as I was getting in the car I saw an employee trying to get in to the store and one of the employees inside opened the door for him so I followed and asked them why it was locked and they said they didn't know I also asked why they didn't open it for me and she just ignored me. I finally got a phone there was a lot of choices and so cheap! only $40 for a semismart phone with a full keyboard ok camera unlimited everything and no taxes, no contract. I think it's awesome and the service is SO much better then AT&T which I had for 4 years and I would always have no bars where ever I went or even no service at all. Was acknowledged right when I walked into this store -- always appreciated. There were two people in front of me so I patiently waited in a chair provided for waiting customers. I was address by "miss" when it was my turn - also so appreciated. "Ma'am" sounds like I'm old and can sound belittling. A young gentleman named Ever helped me change phones and it took less than ten minutes, and he easily engaged in simple conversation about what we're going to do on our days off and he asked about what I do for work. Got a new LG Android phone today...welcome to the 21st century..lol. I was pretty surprised reading the other reviews, after a short wait we were helped by a really pleasant guy (wish I had better recall on names) he hooked us up by getting me and my daughter on a family plan, saving us $5 each per month, and even changed the billing dates to the same day for no extra charge. He answered all my questions without being condescending and was very patient throughout the whole transaction. We did find the presence of a security guard a little humorous, and my daughter even commented that she could probably take him if anything went down. I've had Metro in the past and will agree that the service was sometimes spotty but the guy we talked to said that they have upgraded and actually piggyback Sprints network. I'm more than willing to save $20-30 a month over the other carriers for unlimited talk, text, and web service. Knocking off a star for the crappy parking lot (it's tiny, spaces are small and there aren't many of them) and the lack of accessory selection for the phone I purchased. They are also overpriced on the accessories they do have ($49.99 for an 8GB SD card? Went over to Fry's and picked one up for $17.99). Overall it was an above average experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. read more

I drove over to Campbell and worked with Karina. She was very professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make me happy! The phone that I wanted was out of stock. SHE drove over to Santa Clara and picked up the phone I wanted as they had it in stock. Upon her return she set up and transferred all of my files, pictures, applications Etc.
