    I came to this Staples location specifically to use the Happy Returns service, and I was immediately disappointed. First off, the store is noticeably smaller than other Staples I've visited, and there were no clear signs indicating where to go for the service. After wandering around confused, an employee finally pointed me in the right direction. I then waited at minimum 10 minutes, just standing there with no employee acknowledging me. Meanwhile, a line was forming behind me, other customers were clearly waiting for printing services, and there was only one visible employee working the register. She was doing her best to check people out, but where was rest of the staff. And the employee at the register would look over at the lines forming for other services and not even ask for assistance or employees to come to the front. It honestly felt like they were purposefully avoiding the front area. I saw employees walk by, glance our way, and then look away as if we were invisible. It got so bad that the woman behind me actually asked her husband to go hunt down an employee. Only then did someone slowly, and I mean VERY slowly, shuffle over to help. No apology, no sense of urgency, just a general attitude of indifference. Terrible customer service. Staples seriously needs to reassess how they staff and manage this location. I came in for a quick return and left completely frustrated.

    Wendy was wonderful assisting us in our Amazon return Wednesday night. She stepped in and helped when the workers were out on lunch. Helped us quickly and efficiently with a great attitude! Thank u so much for ur help Wendy!

    I always seem to forget about this particular staples, but maybe because it's at a horrible corner, they seem to have a lot of products that the Cupertino Staples doesn't have! I was able to quickly walk in, after finding parking right in front and get these multicolored sharpies for a pretty good deal! The line only had one person in front of me so I was in and out in about five minutes!! I will definitely be back!!

    Came to do TSA pre-check. The person in charge of appointments was not very pro-active. Just sat there until I asked him if he was the person managing check ins. There are two tablets for people to validate their information and take fingerprints. Overall the process took 10 minutes. You will need to take a photo at the end of the appointment. When I finished my TSA paperwork, I received a coupon for $10 off an in-store purchase of $30 or more for purchasing TSA Pre-Check. It was a very nice deal, so I found a wireless mouse that was apparently so popular that they did not have any more product on the floor, just the display sample. So I took the laminated hangtag for the item to the register. The lady assisting me told me she would just be a few minutes while she went to the back to grab it. She was very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her service alone deserves a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff are a bit lackluster.

    I have been to this copy and print department a few times and let me say that Melissa has been an absolute angel and really worked miracles for me and my various events I've hosted. She made it really easy to submit my order, understood my instructions, and was able to complete my orders sooner than expected. She really helped me achieve the wow factor at my events and I'm eternally grateful. Not only were my prints/products beautiful, but Melissa also helped me with current coupons that would apply to my print order and helped me save a bit of money for these projects. She's the gem of Staples #228 and I hope they do what they can to keep her happy! Looking forward to working with staples for the print products for all of my future events.

    Absolute disaster. Especially their Amazon return system. Usually a long wait with no one helping. Not professional at all with customers.

    I came in with what I thought was going to be an expensive nightmare. The metal tip of my Lightning…read morecable had snapped off inside my iPhone's charging port, and I couldn't charge my phone at all. They examined it and showed me that the connector on the logic board was damaged -- the wires were exposed -- and the entire port assembly needed to be swapped out. Honestly, when they said it would take about an hour, I was already mentally preparing for a big bill. But the final price was only $95, parts included, plus a 3-month warranty. I was genuinely surprised. Beyond the price, the explanation was thorough and easy to follow, and they never made me feel rushed. This is exactly the kind of repair shop you hope to find. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

He offered the lowest rate and was the most communicative, even after the closing time listed on his store. Upon arrival, he walked through how he was going to repair my phone and was even willing to take a look at my teenager's completely damaged iPhone 12 to see what he could do (teenagers!!! Grrrr)... Fixing my lens alone would've been 20 minutes, but he needed more time to take a look at my son's phone; so for just an hour, I walked through the shopping plaza, sat down for lunch & tea at the nearby Chinese restaurant, sifted through the Vietnamese grocery store-- it was chill. I came back to find my lens repaired 100%, yay. Unfortunately though, after a good time of troubleshooting all features of my son's phone, he wasn't quite able to bring it back. He gave me a quote for the repair of multiple parts and then suggested I think it over and come back should I decide to move forward. I just appreciated how thoroughly he assessed the condition of my son's phone at no extra cost. Time, effort, and skill generously shared. I'm recommending you to everyone, Farid!
