Hire people that actually want to help others and aren't so darn rude and offensive. This location has the most complacent, zero human thinking, unprofessional humans possible. Can't even begin to explain the lack of brain cells and common decency missing by multiple multiple employees. Accusations running a muck. Verizon at the location completely blows big whale chunks. Can't be more clear: Unless it's literally the end of the world, just go to a different location and get by in life without wasting any of your own brain cells on this less than amoeba. Store manager not Jocelyn the other female manager is so rude and entitled. Get a grip on how to treat customers with common dignity and respect. Very reasonable 27 year customer here. Shame on them. This is the man who spit on the sidewalk in front of us.

A man who we believes works at your store spit on the sidewalk in front of us twice while we were dining at the Mediterranean Cafe next door. His actions were clearly directed tiwilards my wife and I. When confronted with his rude behavior he said something about respect going "both ways" and he clearly had no apologies to offer us. I've been a Verizon customer fir over 25 years and I know this is not how you'd want your company represented.

Well if you like robotic stink face impersonal customer service, this is the place for you. Is there less than one star option available on Yelp? Oh and to business owners response : I've left the service by Verizon that very day to Xfnity, thanks to your employees and their inaccurate information regarding Mondays blackout, cost me a whole day but I think it was the best form of messaging Verizon.

TL;DR: Solid and reliable…read more Installed 7 months ago, and I guess I forgot to write a review. Performance is consistently better than promised, much faster than we need, an lower latency than our previous service (DSL), and costs less.

They took over a well-oiled machine from Paxio and turned it into a fickle jalopy of internet…read moreservice. I never had this much downtime and maintenance from Paxio. The disruptions are frequent and too many times have made my home server unreachable while traveling. Most of the time the service resumes, but on occasion I've had to have a neighbor or relative enter my home and reset the connection for me. Super effing inconvenient! Also, there is no roadmap for connections faster than 1 Gigabit, even while even more worthless competitors like Xfinity and AT&T offer 2.5 and even 5 Gigabit. And lastly, they increased their rates a few months ago. They offered a discount if you paid for a year in advance, but offered no way to do that online. It wasn't until I contacted customer service, that they gave me the details of how to do so: by writing a physical check and sending it to a physical address, no ACH or Credit Card options (which are available to those who pay monthly). Like, I'm boomer AF, so I still have a few checks laying around, but who else in 2025 still has a checkbook? When it works, I'm grateful, but internet service is binary. I just need it to work. Always. And it doesn't. End of story.
