I came here for my first time to buy a new phone and the guys were so friendly and helpful, specially Xavier and Manuel, thank you guys for your help, Also I wasted my money before with At&t, sprint, metro pcs, but T-mobile definitely makes me happy..

I found Bay Area Tech Hero while searching for a network specialist to install Ethernet wired…read morebackhaul in our older (1950s-60s) home that had been renovated but still lacked proper networking. Since they seem to handle a lot of corporate-scale installations, I initially wondered if my project might be too small--but that concern disappeared pretty quickly. The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Huge thanks to Justin and John for their precision and quality of work, and to Jim and Rodrigo for their thoughtful recommendations on equipment and access point placement. If you're looking for a team that combines technical expertise with professionalism and genuine care, I'd absolutely recommend them.

The tech was able to resolve my persistent issues with my modem, resulting in a satisfactory signal for the last half year. The modem has been replaced, and all aspects of my network are now functional. This is the first time I've had a satisfactory signal in half a year. Everyone in my household is delighted. The internet network has finally been fixed. The proprietor and the technicians were quick to resolve any issues. I have been assured by their work and quality. I can confidently state that this company is a reputable one that will not solicit you for a fee. I will highly recommend this company for future issues and work. I was a T-Mobile customer since 2002 and was an employee for almost 7 years. I have always RAVED…read moreabout T-Mobile and PROMOTED them! I WAS soo satisfied with their service which was a big reason I decided to want to work there. UNTIL NOW!!! I have always had device protection on my phones, tablet and some watches! I broke my phone back in Dec/Jan... I made my claim, paid my deductible and received my new device. I returned my damaged device AND received an email from Assurant thanking me for returning my damaged device. The next months bill (March) had a no return fee for the device that had been returned. I called to clear up this $700 or $800 billing error. T-Mobile said Assurant reported to them the device had been unreturned. Assurant told me they never reported that and gave me the date three damaged device was scanned into their warehouse. I have called about 75 times since March trying to resolve this issue to no avail!!! As well as notifying them and trying to resolve my issue with bad connection, dropped calls as well as nonreceived calls and messages! After about the 50th time calling I demanded this issue with the unreturned damaged device fee be escalated!!! For MONTHS... being ping-ponged from T-Mobile to Assurant and back and forth over again! I was assured when escalated it was going to be resolved in days! It still has NOT!!!!! I went into the store and a VERY NICE AND PATIENT Mobile Expert Gredys C. took about 2+ hrs looking into this and seeing that there's no reason this should have been an issue! Nonetheless am issue I'm still having to be dealing with!!! My account has now been closed and due for collections because I can't and should DEFINITELY NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A DEVICE THAT WAS WITH EMAIL PROOF RETURNED!!!! And I SHOULDN'T BE LOSING MY PHONE NUMBERS THAT HAVE BEEN OWNED BY MY MOTHER AND MYSELF FOR OVER 20 YEARS!!! I went back to the store when the manager would be there in hopes to rectify this NIGHTMARE FIASCO!!! Gredys again spent 2-3 hrs being ping-ponged back and forth just like I had to no resolution except in the end being told I have to pay THE REFORMED PHONE, ALL REACTIVATION FEES AND PAY BILL FEES before they can reopen my account and credit me back!!!! I started to get upset stating this shouldn't been an issue at all to be an issue to still since March be dealing with!!! Then I was told to be quiet or they wouldn't help me! The manager Ashley was VERY VERY RUDE and at NO TIME during this interaction attempted to help resolve this NIGHTMARE SITUATION!!!! In the end, I was told to contact the Executive Response Team and that it would take up to 20 days for them to follow up to potentially find a resolve!!! I DO NOT HAVE THE $$$ TO PAY FOR A PHONE I HAVE EMAIL PROOF THAT WAS RETURNED!!!! HENCE MY ACCOUNT BEING CLOSED! On top of that... WHY SHOULD I BE PAYING RESTORATION FEES ($20/ line and i have 9 lines)!!!! And how is right that i have made about 75 calls and spent DAYS AND HOURS OF MY TIME TO STILL BE HAVING TO TRY TO RESOLVE A SITUATION THAT SHOULD NEVER HAVE OCCURRED UNINTENTIONALLY THE FIRST PLACE!?! 24 YEARS BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! IT SICKENS ME, THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED, THE LACK OF HELP TO COME TO A RESOLVE, LOSING MY PHONE NUMBERS I'VE HAD SOOO LONG, THE COUNTLESS HOURS SPENT TRYING TO FIX THIS MISCOMMUNICATION (which I'm told is not because Assurant said they never told T-Mobile I didn't return device for Assurant to have to tell them to take it off my bill),THE DOCTORS CALLS I'VE MISSED that were EXTREMELY IMPORTANT due to my disability. As well as ALL THIS STRESS THAT HAS ADDED TO MY DISABILITY TO MAKE IT WORSE!!! AND STILL HAVING TO GO ANOTHER AVENUE TO WAIT 20 DAYS TO MAYBE... FINALLY GET A RESOLUTION!?! HOW IS THIS RIGHT?! HOW IS THIS SHOWING YOU CARE AND VALUE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS?! ESPECIALLY A COSTUMER THAT'S STUCK BY THE COMPANY THRU THE BUGS OF GROWTH FOR THE LAST 24 YEARS?! When choosing a company for something as important as your family's safety, it's crucial to pick one that really understands the technology inside and out and how to optimally utilize it to secure your home. During my consultations with various security companies, I kept going back to Suntech because I just felt like Mike was the sharpest out of them all. He fully understood my situation and grasped the entire NVR ecosystem more fluently than all the others, and he has an excellent memory too! On top of that, I feel that Mike truly cares about his clients- he's not in the business only to make money, but rather to make a truly positive impact in his clients' lives. The actual installation went smoothly and it feels so much better knowing that my whole house is now covered both inside and out at every angle with 24/7 continuous surveillance.
