Above and Beyond, highly recommend for anything Jan and his team can get done…read more Jan was absolutely phenomenal. Even took his shoes off in the house without asking, so respectful! He was quick to reply on the weekend, honest with very fair pricing (the ranges we received from quote responses were outrageous for the small job we had from most vendors!). Jan even tried to troubleshoot prior to arrival with us on a plumbing issue. He was even able to accommodate with work schedules, which was incredible! Have already saved his contact information in my phone and recommended to all the neighbors! It was fun working with him and we learned a few things to take into the future. Nonetheless pretty simple job trying to get a panel cover fabricated (and I had brought him exact copy of what I needed from a neighbor's panel) flat piece of metal, cut some square holes to fit breakers, its not f@#*ing brain surgery right??? 3 weeks go by so I show up in person like i always do, because no one has the ability to answer the phone there ever! And much to my surprise (im being sacacstic btw) its still sitting in the same damn spot where he had left it when i and dropped it off 3 weeks prior. No biggie, I'm sure he has these super big projects and my stuff can wait, even though I gave him an additional 2 weeks already knowing he would lag. But when u tell a customer come by in a week it will be done (and mind you its a piece of metal that you already have a copy of and need a couple holes cut out, wtf???) have that shit done in a week! Let alone 3 weeks! Apparently the owner doesnt give a damn about time but the rest of us do!

The best solution we could come up with was to reinforce the support beam with a steel crossbar, but it would need to be custom made ASAP! In comes Metal Werx! They understood the task and was able to produce a clean steel bar with perfect precision within the same day. It fits like a glove and they even painted it black to match. It blends seamlessly to the tank and the tank is stronger than before! Super grateful to Metal Werx for making this happen today!
