Eddie was able to schedule me within 48 hours of my call and Jorge from #1 Honest Plumber showed up ready to go. He inspected the issues with my sink and gave me an extremely reasonable flat-price quote to do the work. I agreed and then watched as Jorge did a skillful surgery to excise what remained of the old faucet, patched up my terrible granite like a dentist would patch up a cavity, and installed and tested my new faucet and soap dispenser. They told me they can send someone out for an assessment the same afternoon. The assessment will be free of charge and even if I decide not to go ahead with their services, they will not charge me. Many companies will promise a free assessment but when you decide not to go ahead with the repair, they charge you a fee. That is why I always clarify that first. I got a call a few hours later that the technician has been called for an emergency repair and they can come the next morning. I didn't end up using their services because my husband was able to do the fix that evening. Lucky me! But I so appreciated their timeliness in communication, reliability and politeness. Recommend!
