No biggie, I'm sure he has these super big projects and my stuff can wait, even though I gave him an additional 2 weeks already knowing he would lag. But when u tell a customer come by in a week it will be done (and mind you its a piece of metal that you already have a copy of and need a couple holes cut out, wtf???) have that shit done in a week! All the big box stores don't carry aluminum, and none of the stores near us do either. My wife found TCI Aluminum on Yelp. Even though they only have one review, it appears as though they are one of the only aluminum suppliers in her entire Bay Area. I reached out one day, asked for prices on the pieces I needed and got a quote back at the end of the day. I worked with Mark the whole time and he was very patient and helpful. We went back and forth on prices and inventory, adding and subtracting pieces as I made up my mind on what we actually needed. When it came time to pick it up, I made the trip down with a pickup truck and a truck bed extender. I figured out pretty quickly that I am probably not their normal clientele. This is a huge operation. Flatbed trucks everywhere. I probably looked hilarious to the employees but they were extremely helpful loading the pallet into the back of my truck. All in all, I'm glad I made the decision to buy here. The prices were fair and the customer service was top notch. Thanks Mark and the team. Two thumbs up
