    Originally our XtraLease representative Brad was very helpful: we got a terrific lease, with a…read moregreat trailer with a low price that allowed us to be profitable. Brad was responsive for the years throughout the lease. But when our business collapsed and we had to turn in our trailer a few months early, expecting to pay repair and tire use charges as well as the remaining months, I found that Brad was unreachable; he would not return repeated calls and emails as I attempted to manage the fees and payments that would be due even though our business had no income nor funds. Several times I had to call his office and beg the people there to pick up the phone, which he then didn't. One time I actually talked with him, he expressed some support and feeling, remarking that he was sorry that our business was folding, and to "let me know if there is anything I can do to help." Well I asked him for several accommodations -- I felt he could have made perhaps one of them; when I've turned in leased vehicles before, I've had damage amounts reduced significantly by Volkswagen, for example, who waived a large amount of miles over mileage and reduced the repair bills, as a courtesy for years of leasing. Brad never tried to do this, not a penny. This surprised me too, but I prepared to pay what we owed according to the contract. Finally, when the final payments were all scheduled to be due in one lump sum, I called Brad to plead with him to find a way to spread the payments out over a few months -- WHICH WOULD HAVE HAPPENED if they had terminated my contract differently. He said he would "try to talk" with his credit people to see if some of them could be pushed out. I said that I didn't have the money and needed some time! He never called back. Two days before the payments were due to hit my empty account, I reached out again, asking him to PLEASE get back to me and let me know if he had been able to make the payments again. I exhorted him to put me in touch with another person in his office who would respond to my questions if he was just too busy. He didn't. ' Today the funds hit my bank account and I'm scrambling to transfer funds from my savings to avoid overdrafts. I have NEVER received such horrible service from a representative from any company ever in my life! I did receive great service from everyone else that I came in contact with during our several year lease. But I'm so frustrated and honestly hurt that Brad was completely non-responsive during this lease end that I've taken to Yelp to express it. He remained completely unsympathetic to the reality that our business had failed and that we really could have used a break. We paid on time for 5 years. I mean, really?? So while it's a great company, be careful how you are treated at the back end of the deal, and beware lest you end up feeling like a used paper toilet seat cover being flushed down the toilet after being shat upon.
