I am absolutely thrilled with the final metal pedestrian side gate design that was installed today. From all the online communication with Jose to an in person consultation with Leo, it was a very delightful experience compared to the three other gate contractors I met with. Also their website, portfolio, information, and contracts are super detailed and clear, which promotes confidence and demonstrates to me they care about their brand. Leo is a true artist. He has a very calming vibe to him. I wanted a gate design that would be harmonious with the Tuscan ranch style exterior of our home and also different from anything that I saw online. At our initial consultation, I had some sketches and couldn't exactly pinpoint what I wanted. Leo showed me color samples and iron accent books. He was the only one that brought this for me to view which was extremely helpful. Basically at the end of our meeting, we came to a pretty solid conclusion of what I would like. His pricing is very reasonable and was competitive with other quotes and I felt he added a lot of insight and artistic value. He didn't put limitations on what I wanted. I was told by other contractors that I shouldn't and couldn't do certain things. I'm glad I stuck with my gut and hired Resolute Iron Works. The gate was delivered two weeks ahead of the promised date. Installation took about 5 hrs. Leo and Jason did a fantastic job. The area was clean when installation was done. In need of someone to fabricate and install metal handrails atop a rebuilt exterior stairway, I was extremely fortunate to find Resolute Iron Works. As much as I think the front of our house is very attractive, the handrails may be the house's best feature -- they are that beautiful. Leo took an Internet photo of handrails that I liked, and crafted a masterpiece. Not only did Leo precisely match the design, he made the handrails thicker than the photo, and with subtle scoring on the scrolls that make them a work of art. 9/9/23 Leo and team from Resolute Irons Works did a great job in repairing several areas of my 25+ year-old wrought iron fence that had weakened due to rust. The process was seamless. Our job was not large but did take most of a day for 3 workers, one of which was Leo himself, to complete. When Leo initially assessed our iron fence, he professionally pointed out areas of failure from rust that we had failed to notice explaining how those areas will lead to more failure. There was never any pressure to add those areas to our original repair list; but we did. All costs were transparent before work began. The team arrived as schedule. We told Leo that we ourselves would like to paint all our fence once the repairs were done. He helped us find the correct paint and purchased it for us.
