This Tmobile store is in the same plaza as Target. Its across the parking lot closer to the street. Its near the Vitamin store and the KBBQ place. Parking is always crowded in this center. T-Mobile has internet service now. It is pretty much a heavy duty hotspot for the house. I was skeptical but they offer a 2 week trial period. If it doesn't work for you, there is no cost if you return everything within the trial period. I was 90% certain that I will be going that route but I found one spot in my house that has all the bars. Full signal strength! So I have almost just as fast internet service as AT&T but it saves me $40 each month. Sorry, AT&T, I tried to stay with you but I guess all your promos are for non customers. I've had good experiences here in the past. However, I arrived at opening on a Saturday. There was an employee sitting in a car next to me playing on her phone. She told me they would be getting off to a late start and it would be 15 minutes. I ended up calling the 800 number and got very good service. Don't arrive at start time. I would like to give my compliments to Dardan. I started out as his Lyft driver from work to home. During the ride, he noticed that I had Verizon just because of the uw he saw on my Apple CarPlay and told me all about T-Mobile and the promotions that were going on. By the end of the ride, he had convinced me to switch, not only because of all of the great benefits T-Mobile offers but also because of how great of a salesperson and how knowledgeable Dardan was, by having all of the up-to-date promotions memorized and having accurate data that I was able to fact-check on the T-Mobile website. Over time, Dardan and I kept in touch since I was highly interested in switching over. He kept me up to date on the ever-changing promotions that are hard to keep up with for the average customer, but he made it as easy as possible and he was there for me whenever I had multiple follow-up questions, which really brought everything at ease. When I finally came into the store today after making sure I had all of the information I needed to have for my big family of 10 lines, Dardan was unable to make it into work today so he had me meet with Hannah. She tried her best to be as helpful as she can be, which was very much appreciated, but Stephanie truly unequivocally ruined my experience with not just the store but the company as a whole. The way she talked so negatively of Dardan, insulting her employees to customers and other customers noticing, if it wasn't for Dardan, I very much would say this has been the worst experience anyone can possibly have. Dardan alone saved my experience and he wasn't even at work for the day. All of the reviews about how good he is at his job, how well-versed and knowledgeable he is about what he's talking about, and fact-checking himself before actually making claims, along with his creativity and demeanor, while remaining fully ethical, are reasons why if you go to this store, ask for Dardan and insist that he's the only one to help you because his management team seems to be discontent with him for some odd reason. He is worth the wait if there's a line for him and others are free. Do yourself a favor and speak to Dardan. read more

Be careful of your bill when you do the upgrade, they will enable insurance for the phone even I told them not to do, also they mess up my account and put lot of random charge in the line which does not make sense. I have to call the customer service to check line by line of my bill to remove the charge and for some of the bill they need to take more time to review, that take me long time to review and call and wait response read more
