I have to say after several and I mean several times going into the store and calling CS I have resolved my issue ( I think ) I also have to add Austin has been working hard to help me get it done. I have learned that it is not so much the staff's fault as it is their CS and what they make them go through to cancel everything. I still have not received my $171.00 plus dollars back or the $18.56 air tags money (that I never even got ) and TMobile wont take the charges off my so called account that never existed but now at least this "account" is officially closed Austin the manager has said he will pay out of his own pocket the almost 25 dollars that T-Mobile charged me out of the blue for July and August????? yes T-Mobile has mailed me a bill for almost 25 dollars for 4 air tags I never got in February and canceled. So the moral to this story is Be wear of T-Mobile and their promises, I feel it is a bait and hook type of company that wont let you go even when you cancel etc. Again, I do have a different perspective of Austin, he is only able to do what they (CS) will allow him to do and unfortunately he is the one that gets all the heat. Avoid this authorized retailer. Go to the corporate store in Dublin instead. Their staff is not trained in customer service at all. The manager is very unprofessional and annoyed to even have to intervene. I had a warranty replacement phone shipped to this location for pick up. The claim was already processed and approved. All I was supposed was to do was drop off the damaged phone and pick up the replacement. The store refused to give me the replacement phone claiming that I filed the wrong claim, even though I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with T-Mobile claims, customer service and tech support. They approved my replacement and warrantied the phone. They shipped the replacement to the store but the staff refused to give me the replacement phone. They said I filed the wrong claim, even though it had been approved. After another hour on the phone with T-Mobile, they agreed to ship the replacement phone directly to my house and filed an incident report on this location. This place isn't a corporate store, they are only an authorized retailer. They shouldn't even be authorized to represent T-Mobile. They are not trained in customer service and extremely unprofessional. They act annoyed that even have to service you if you're not there to buy a new phone plan. Save your time and go to a corporate store instead of one of these authorized retailers. They are useless. read more

Went to a pleasonton and in dublin corporate store, had a terrible time. Wasn't greeted at all. They shrugged me off. I wanted to set up a new account and buy the iphone 17 pro max. They just told me there was no way to assist me because I had just lost my ID yesterday, I asked if there was a workaround and they flat out said no. I was shopping af trader joes and went to this location just to see what would happen, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Austin, Luis, and Martina. They were very down to esrth people, we were cracking jokes. Felt like a very friendly environment. They worked around me having no ID, they immediately knew how to set me up to where I could email my ID fromt and back and I walked out with the Beyond Deal and a new iphone 17 Pro Max. These guys are excellent salespeople, finding people like this is ANY customer service field is hard, Ever since covid, everyone just kinda blows off customers. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 10ish years now and have had nothing but great experiences including one at this store a couple years ago so I was happy to refer a friend of mine to switch and accompany her when she was ready. We had done our research and knew what we wanted before going in to the store. The problem was once we got there. They tried to upsell us, told us we needed to add extra things she didn't want. They tried to force her in to a plan that was $75 more per month (added extra devices and a forced protection plan). They absolutely thought we didn't know we were talking about and tried to take advantage of us. Needless to say, we walked out and then got exactly what we were looking for online. We did end up calling into the customer service and the person we spoke to was incredibly helpful. I was so disappointed by the predatory sales tactics used at this particular store. read more

Anthony, the manager without hair, was very unprofessional and disrespectful, had a very bad confrontations that were on video, where he was in the wrong. He will try to get you to buy things and promise certain things that ended up to be false advertisement. Highly suggest choosing a different location if you choose t mobile. read more

I had to give at least one star to post a review. The guys here are complete morons. They have one job - transfer data from an old phone to your new phone; they can't even do that right. Despite stating they backed up all data to the cloud, no data was transferred. I ended up wasting 4.5 hours on the phone with T-Mobile and Apple support to no avail. When they opened in the morning I was told to come in because the old phone had not been erased. Upon arrival 10'mins later I was told the phone was erased. i came in to get my sim card reactivated because they deactivated it and i talked to someone by the name of anthony and he was very rude and he did not help except being a unprofessional manager. i do not understand why he needs to act this way towards customer i changed my whole carrier to xfinity because of how rude this guy was which made me be very upset of how bad the customer service of t-mobile is. This is the worst t-mobile store in the area. Do yourself a favor and drive to Pleasanton or basically any other location. Staff is rude, Condescending and not knowledgeable about the phones or service. Made the mistake of going into this store thinking I could get help with a simple issue with a brand new phone I just purchased....which is the fourth line on our account. Overall happy with T-Mobile service but not this store.....I won't purchase any phones or accessories here. The same employee cracked my daughters shield on another visit. My family and I still have our lines here. But the costumer service her is terrible. And they are so rude don't even get me started on how slow they work. Honestly the management needs to teach there associates to do better in the sense that they need to teach them how to do things. Just because there only one person that knows how to do everything and the rest don't. Every time I go I know I'm going to wait a while just because they just work slow. When they did not have it in stock, they located it in another store and sent me off with all the needed info to get the deal there. When I still had questions about the new phone, I returned to the Stanley Blvd store and they answered all my questions. Izzy even helped me sync the phone to my car when I was not successful. Here is the proof - T Mobile in Livermore on E. Stanley Blvd is a sham! They charged to my visitor's credit card and even wrote on the receipt that they would refund her because their system wasn't working so they didn't give her the SIM but promised to give her a refund on her credit card when the system comes back up. They never refunded her. After several phone calls, three store visits and facebook messenger chats with T Mobile customer service. The answer is that we need to take this dispute to our credit card company to get our money back because "Authorized Resellers" that carry T Mobile logo outside their store is a Third-Party and they can't do anything about it. My girlfriend Peggy went to T-Mobile on Stanley Blvd. on Oct. 22 2020 to try and get an old phone activated. She told the sales rep #****022 that she was NOT sure if the phone was a T-Mobile but he went ahead and inserted a chip into the phone and charged her $61.23. The phone turned out to be an Verizon phone and wouldn't work. When she asked for a refund she was told she needed to contact T-Mobile customer service for her refund. I needed help upgrading my iPhone to a new model. This year it was a non-trivial task, because Apple was switching to e-sims, making the upgrade process a challenge. I first tried calling T-mobile's 800 number. That did not go well. I spent about an hour on the phone and got nowhere. So, finally I decided to go to this T-Mobile store to see if they could help me out. They had me up and running in about 10 minutes! One of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had! Thank you Gavin and to his assistant as well. They were both very competent and friendly too. In the future I will be going to this store for my T-Mobile needs. I drove 30 minutes to get to this store where they had stock of the phone I was looking for. I was on a T-mobile customer service call to fix a problem with my account and was almost done but the lady threw me out saying that the system closed by 8:05. SCAMMERS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! They will lie to you just to get you to upgrade. I purchased a Galaxy Note 9 during the pre-sale promotion back on August 15, 2018. when they explained the "deal" I was sure to get it was $500 trade-in for my Galaxy S8+ and I only had to pay over $400 to completely payoff the Note 9 (that had to be pre-ordered). When my new phone came in, I had a very difficult time turning in the trade-in phone that was supposed to be the remainder balance of Note 9. What ended up happening is they credited the trade in but still left me with 16 installments. I called customer support and they broke down the REAL amount, which to me is misleading because at this retail Store they made it seem like I already owned the phone before it was in my hands. T-mobile, do a better Job at training people in customer care instead of being another sleazy salesman. read more

Myron specifically, made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. He fully explained to us all of our options, made sure we understood everything completely before we moved any further and had us feeling completely satisfied with our experience. Signed up with T-Mobile in January 2021. They said they were giving us different promotions and our bill would come out to be $138/mo. It is now April and I'm still being charged $180/mo. Went to the store they couldn't help me and sent me to call customer service. Customer service said they'd help me and do some "research" and give me a call back. Never got a call back. Went back to T-Mobile to see what to do and they again sent me back to call customer service. Went through the process AGAIN and said they'd help me and get back to me. NO CALL BACK AGAIN. They didn't even credit me back for my overpayments. I'm about to cancel all service with them and go to Verizon. T-Mobile's actual cell service is terrible as well. So angry.
