What's so annoying is that Apple claims to have waterproof phones, but a little splash at the pool causes my phone to shutdown completely? Anyways, the guy that fixed my phone for me took his time and really cared about my questions and longevity of the phone. I paid $280 which was $250 for labor/parts and $30ish for tax. Plenty of parking, went in on a Friday morning and they saw me immediately. $0 to diagnose the issue, and whatever the price is for fixing the problem. THANK YOU!!

I came into Computer and More for an iPhone screen replacement, and I deeply regret it. I was sold…read morean aftermarket screen for $299 + tax, with the assurance that it was "exactly like the original." That was absolutely not true. Right after installation, my phone started lagging and glitching. I compared the new screen side-by-side with my husband's original iPhone screen, and the difference in color and display quality was immediately obvious -- the replacement was clearly inferior. I returned the next day asking for a refund, and the owner gave me a hard time, trying to charge me a 20% fee for his "work." I told him I'd go through my bank instead, which offers full protection. Only then did he agree to a full refund and returned my original screen. But when I got my screen back, I noticed a burn mark (see photo attached). He claimed it was just from a heat gun and would fade, but I took it to an authorized Apple service provider -- they told me the phone is now damaged beyond repair. So not only did Computer & More sell me a subpar product under false pretenses, but they also destroyed my phone in the process. This business is shady and dishonest. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. ----update! I brought my phone to Apple for repair, and they informed me that the antenna was broken--something that was working perfectly before I visited this shop. The issues started after they uninstalled the aftermarket screen, the phone completely stopped working. To make matters worse, the staff member had previously straightened my bent frame so well that you couldn't even tell it was damaged. But when I went back, he bent it back again. That's incredibly shady. Before going to Apple, I even checked with another repair shop, and both places agreed that something was definitely done to my phone--likely because this shop was upset I asked for a full refund.

I honestly don't understand why people complain about the pricethis is an investment in something you'll have forever, and the quality absolutely reflects that. I couldn't be happier with the final result and will definitely be back with future art pieces.

Way Up Art and Frame has great service and attention to detail…read more We had wanted an international threading artwork to be framed with a single mat and outlined frame to put on top of the fireplace, but didn't know where to start. Way Up had pre-selected and well-priced deluxe packages (for labor, framing, mats, and glass casing) to choose from which made the process much easier. You can also go outside of the pricing packages for more customization but we had no need to go to that extent. The framing was done in a timely manner and I received good notification when it was done! To add to the level of service, a week after hanging my painting on the wall, it seemed to have slipped the nail one night and fell, severely chipping the based of the frame. The nail positioning was my own mistake; I was shocked and worried about having to pay again for the full frame. I took it back in to Way Up, explained the situation, and Sierra and the team did an amazing job re-framing it in less than a week and at a small fraction of the original cost. I will definitely be thinking of Way Up Art and Frame for my future artwork and framing needs!

Service was quick and thank you to the staff who helped me load six 40lbs salt pellets Diamond Crystal bright & soft($8.99) to my car. Also I have their rewards app so I was able to use a $10 coupon off over $50 spending. Without the coupon, their regular retail price $8.99 is a bit more costly than Home Depot $6.73 per pack (bulk price -6packs or more or $7.48 regular price) but with the coupon it offsets the large price gap. I am paying about $4 more than Home Depot but I think about the time I save for check out and I won't need to do the heavy lifting all by myself. Their service speed really helps when you know you can make a quick stop to get things done in a short amount of time. I hope ACE can think about offering bulk pricing on sale pellets in the future so their price is more comparable to Home Depot. I also noticed that they now got pies by the entrance! I know where to get some pies the next time I crave for it.
