    I'm typically fine shopping here if I don't interact with employees or customer service. They have a good selection of products, mostly priced fairly. I've been here at least 10 times in the last decade with no major issues, until June 2024. I was at the register with the guy with long blonde hair and he told me that my account was closed because I had a $0 balance so I would have to open a new one. At first I was just like "um okay", I was pretty confused because my account was definitely open and I never received a notification that it was closed, and I had used it in the past year. He asked me to agree to a bunch of terms and conditions, which made me think about it a little. I took a second look at the receipt that he printed out, which did show a $0 balance, but since it is a CREDIT card, a $0 balance doesn't mean the account is closed, just that there is no balance, which is a good thing. Once I realized his mistake, I told him, "never mind, please don't open a new account". Then he laughed, a bit condescendingly, and said that I don't need to worry as he hadn't started the process. So I felt better and just canceled the purchase and left because I didn't feel like dealing with this guy, waiting in line again, or attempting to explain how credit cards work, and decided to just order shipping online. I later tested my card somewhere else (as the card works outside of Best Buy) and it worked properly. The next day, I received an email about my new account which was never opened (as my original account still exists), including a bunch of terms and conditions (about 10-20% of the email is included in the attached screenshots), and an inquiry on my credit report with one of the bureaus. I forgot which bureau, but I got an email about my "new account", which I had missed until today when I was checking my credit score. It shows an inquiry from Best Buy Citibank card or something I'm disappointed because as a 24 year old with a (formerly) 800+ credit score I was proud of achieving that, but now my score has dipped slightly. I'd recommend sticking to in store shopping or pickups here. Don't ask for anything that might be too complicated for workers, mainly credit and other services. I'd rather deal with these things myself online. Based on the other reviews, I would also avoid in home installations of large appliances, things that require a warranty, and other Geeksquad services, which are overpriced anyway.

    I purchased this washer at the Dublin store on 11/14 with Karen. She convinced me to buy the annual membership for the savings in delivery and haul away. She also said if the washer price ever drop below $729 within 30 days that I would get refund on the difference. She circled the sku, the price and provided me the 800#, said I need not to come in person. Today I discovered it's now $699 so I thought I would call per Karen instructions. I'm told this wasn't true. This sale price is not applicable. (?) The rep escalated to her manager and was told I was denied, manager wouldn't even get on the phone! Be aware of this scam!

    Looking for a reasonable and within budget tv purchase ... as we browse through the store , cannot find the Samsung TV that I saw in their online ad. Andy, one of their service/sales rep. acknowledged our presence and asked if he can help us. He was so patient and accommodating - showed different brands and what were currently on sale as well as provided good input in terms of what you get for your $ buck $. Helped me made an informed decision and hence bought a 55" TCL tv that apparently provided a $170 savings overall. True or not, "Andy" seemed to made me feel, I had a good deal for a good tv unit and a reasonably priced purchase.

    Be careful when you order online only to find out the item was from a 3rd party and Best Buy won't accept a return. I call BS

    Does the Best Buy in Dublin, CA still sell Blu-rays, DVDs and 4Ks? I did a search on the Best Buy site using the Dublin location as my main store and the movies I search for, like John Wick Chapter 4, Fall, Oppenheimer, etc.. came up unavailable.

My computer is working great, and Gabe even sent me a follow up email 2 weeks after he fixed my computer to check in and see if everything was working well. Pleasanton Computer Repair is close by, so we took the computer there after speaking with them briefly on the phone. They said they will let us know in a week's time whether the computer can be repaired or not, and there are fees for diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately, a week later, no one called back. We called after a week, and they said, "Sorry, it would take a little bit longer to know whether they can get those parts." Again, nothing happened until we called about 15 days later (in the meantime, I got a cheap laptop online for my son as a replacement). These days, the kids have to rely on technology for all their schoolwork. We continued to wait and call from our side. They apologized for the delay but never followed up proactively to determine the cause of the problem. Eventually, they found the source of all the trouble and said they would order the parts from LG. Meanwhile, we had a family emergency and left the country for 15 days. Came back and still there, we have no updates on whether parts were available or not. By this time, we had given up on the computer. Then we get a call from them saying that LG does not make the parts anymore. So, finally, this place informed us two months later that nothing could be done to save our laptop. Seriously guys? You charge upfront to diagnose the issues, and we paid -- at least you should feel the moral obligation to tell the truth at the end of the long wait. Then we called LG and felt like idiots for not doing that first--LG people were surprised and confirmed that they never stop making parts. Two days later, we shipped the laptop to LG, and it was returned in a week, fully restored. I look at all these reviews and think -- either nothing major was wrong with their computers, or I can't trust Yelp anymore!

No materials were ordered and the company could not complete the project. I then engaged another company. To date (April 2026) I have not been able to get a refund. The owner Tom George is not truthful about the reasons for the delay. For months it was "funding coming and I'll pay you next week." Since October 2025 I have heard nothing from him and he does not respond to my texts any longer.

We couldn't be happier. Where things started to fall apart is when I needed to change things on my network. The customer service was horrible. It would take days to weeks to MONTHS to get a response. Incomplete responses at that. I called every number I had and spoke to anyone who would listen, even the owner Tom. Still no resolution. All I want to do is add and remove devices from my network. Simple stuff. Things that are basic with most modern networks, yet no one seems to know or care about solving my problem. The sad thing is that I'm a network professional and I gave specific instructions for what I needed hoping that if I walked them through it I could get what I needed. Still crickets. I had considered using them again to add more tech but not anymore. Sad that the support has put such a stain on the company.

They showed me how to use the $700 meter I bought for the task and even gave me batteries so they could demonstrate it to me. Not only that, but after discussing my issue they recommended replacing and gave me a female Keystone connector and showed me how to install it. I decided to purchase a punch down tool from them for about $23. I was blown away when moon when just as I was leaving Miguel ran out and gave me a 3 ft test cable for use in testing the Keystone connector I would replace. In an age of mediocre to pour customer service, Daniel and Miguel's were phenomenal. They even encouraged me to call them if I had problems and asked me to follow up with them on my project!     Another quick update for Target in San Ramon, CA. This trip consisted of me picking up an online…read moreorder. I came in the early evening to pick up my items. The pick up area is the left most entrance in case you were wondering where to park. It's also less crowded on this side of the parking lot. Someone was waiting there to do a pick up and I guess he was waiting for a while and luckily someone was putting away some items and we were able to grab them. I guess he was the only one there. But in no time, I got my items. Perhaps it might be nice to have a buzzer or notification for when people are waiting. Maybe there is already one there and the gentleman who was waiting didn't see it. Other than that, it was nice that this particular Target had the items I wanted as other locations were out. Also luckily, I'm here this week for work so it was convenient. Now is it always the best value? Depends on if there's a sale. But some items I've seen online and in other stores are always comparable. So I like to jump on Target Circle rewards when I can which is free to join which is lovely. When I'm in the area and need something from Target, it's definitely a good one to go to.

So if you're hungry and want to grab a quick bite like a pizza, pasta, or anything that is still on the menu, you can get it here. The selection of stuff to choose from is also really good and the value of what you pay for overall is overall decent. Least the tax is cheaper here compared to most of the other Targets' within the area. The biggest criticism I have with this Target though is the design of the store as it does feel a bit weird at times. But at least it's never too busy and its easy to get a parking space and leave.
