Terrible customer service. We came here to return a product from online order. While we had the return form saying that this is enough and if we don't have the original confirmation it will be Ok, the agent insisted on us showing the order confirmation, with an unwelcoming attitude. But Lululemon didn't send me the order confirmation through email. I can see this order through app. As a royal customer, I'm very disappointed. I will not come back to this location and will file a complaint to lululemon. If they want to keep customers, this needs to be changed.

Its a nice store. Many selections, attentive staff, lots of selections, but very messy. Moved a few stores down from the original location, probably due to the demand for more products/space. Store Itself: Messy and cluttered. Many of the clothes were all jumbled up with different sizes and styles all mixed up. lots of cool and bright colored accessories such as water bottles, bags, and key chains. A moderate selection of both men and women's clothing. Service: Cashiers were friendly. Did not really see any floor associates, if you needed help, your have to ask for it, rather than them being proactive and asking if you need help. Oh well. Overall: Its a nice store, pricey as one would expect, ample selections, but definitely needs a touch up/zone on the merchandise.

Holy wowwww extremely disappointing experience with someone who was on registers as Educator #99994000105247 I came in on Friday 1/5/24 at around 7:00 PM to return an item I bought online and was treated quite unwelcomely by who seemed to be the oldest looking cashier there and also had a braided ponytail (according to other reviews on Yelp, her name might be Kris) She was unnecessarily hostile to me and my husband when asking if we had our order details, previous method of payment etc. We showed her the email confirmation and she somehow still sounded doubtful that we had the credit card used as payment. We had the card. I showed it to her and not only did she did not say thank you once, she also had a constant condescending tone the entire interaction. As loyal customers of the brand, my husband and I were taken aback by how unwelcoming this staff member has treated not only us, but other customers who expect more for what we pay for their products. I'll likely not be returning to this location, I've had nothing but great experiences at both locations in Palo Alto CA on the other hand.

I love lululemon and nothing i could complain about the brand, but i had very bad experience today for return the item i had purchased. I was thinking to not bring it up but maybe manager of this store should be more aware of the service. Poor service and rude with the person at register today. I ordered online and came to store for return. However, after check the barcode on 1 of the item, the lady at the register told me it said i bought in awhile ago no matter i showed her email with the date. It's totally fine because it's not the store's fault. I understand but I was so pissed because she kept telling me maybe you ordered two or someone used your email to order?! Not even an apology or smile but threw her attitude which made me very uncomfortable.

This is disappointing... Paying $100 for a defected piece!

I came here looking for a formal long dress to wear to attend an upcoming wedding in November…read more.. The staff here was nice & attentive. I didn't catch her name but a lady noticed my arms full of long dresses and started me a fitting room & let me know they'd be in #5 when I was ready. Ami was super helpful & got to help me add & bring the remaining dresses I found into my fitting room. She also helped me zip up some of my dresses when I requested her help. When I was ready to check out Ami also helped me with her opinion of the 3 dresses I was choosing from. Thank you so much for your help & kindness. They have a good amount of variety for options here! I definitely would come back here again. My only con and the reason I'm taking away one star is that the company does not ship dresses from other stores if they don't have your size... if they offered this would be a great help for someone who can't travel to another city hours away, especially if it's not available on their website.

No one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. After browsing for a bit, my daughter found several dresses she wanted to try on. When we approached the fitting room, the associate there was in a deep conversation with someone and didn't acknowledge us at all. I waited for a moment, expecting at least a quick "I'll be right with you," but that never happened. I simply needed to know how many items we were allowed to bring into the fitting room, yet I was completely ignored. I ended up asking the cashier, who also seemed disinterested and unmotivated. She eventually answered my question, but the overall attitude from the staff felt indifferent and unprofessional. Customer service should always start with something as simple as acknowledging customers when they enter the store. A friendly greeting or offer to help can make a huge difference, especially for families shopping for special occasions like homecoming. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and basic courtesy really affected our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff--acknowledging people and showing a little enthusiasm is part of good customer service, and it goes a long way.

I escalated and was met with the same incompetency from the manager on the phone. First, I patiently kept asking for them to point me to where I missed this on their policies document published online. But both the associate and manager literally said to me "it is not written anywhere (not online or on their store copy of the policy) and it can be confusing but that is the rule". ????? how is that applicable then ????? Upon asking for the manager's name and mentioning I will be escalating further, they magically appeared with a "third party" method to refund me. The process took about 45 minutes which I think was prolonged intentionally. What frustrated me the most was that I approached the situation by apologizing for what I thought was my mistake and was met with an attitude / made felt like I am a burden. Done shopping at Francesca's after this.

I placed an order for a piece of clothing in person at a ZARA store. Today, I received an official…read moreSMS notification from ZARA clearly stating that my item had arrived at the store and was ready for pickup. Based on this message, I went to the store to collect it. At the store, I showed the SMS and pickup code to a staff member. The staff member, whose head was fully covered with cloth leaving only the face visible (I was unable to obtain their name), informed me that there was no information about my order. This was stated without asking for my phone number or email address, and without conducting any further system check. When I asked whether it was necessary to search using my phone number or email, the staff member responded that I was not an employee there and therefore did not understand how their system worked, and insisted that "if there is no information, then there is none." Dismissing a customer's order that was confirmed by an official notification without completing basic verification steps, and responding in a firm and dismissive manner to a reasonable inquiry, is a service experience I find very difficult to accept. This is the first time I have encountered such an experience in my years of shopping around the world.
