Ami was super helpful & got to help me add & bring the remaining dresses I found into my fitting room. She also helped me zip up some of my dresses when I requested her help. When I was ready to check out Ami also helped me with her opinion of the 3 dresses I was choosing from. Thank you so much for your help & kindness. They have a good amount of variety for options here! I definitely would come back here again. My only con and the reason I'm taking away one star is that the company does not ship dresses from other stores if they don't have your size... if they offered this would be a great help for someone who can't travel to another city hours away, especially if it's not available on their website.

I escalated and was met with the same incompetency from the manager on the phone. First, I patiently kept asking for them to point me to where I missed this on their policies document published online. But both the associate and manager literally said to me "it is not written anywhere (not online or on their store copy of the policy) and it can be confusing but that is the rule". ????? how is that applicable then ????? Upon asking for the manager's name and mentioning I will be escalating further, they magically appeared with a "third party" method to refund me. The process took about 45 minutes which I think was prolonged intentionally. What frustrated me the most was that I approached the situation by apologizing for what I thought was my mistake and was met with an attitude / made felt like I am a burden. I used to shop at the AT Embarcadero store in SF for work clothes. But that store was permanently closed due to COVID. This is the closest AT store to me.
