Terrible customer service. We came here to return a product from online order. While we had the return form saying that this is enough and if we don't have the original confirmation it will be Ok, the agent insisted on us showing the order confirmation, with an unwelcoming attitude. But Lululemon didn't send me the order confirmation through email. I can see this order through app. As a royal customer, I'm very disappointed. I will not come back to this location and will file a complaint to lululemon. If they want to keep customers, this needs to be changed.

Its a nice store. Many selections, attentive staff, lots of selections, but very messy. Moved a few stores down from the original location, probably due to the demand for more products/space. Store Itself: Messy and cluttered. Many of the clothes were all jumbled up with different sizes and styles all mixed up. lots of cool and bright colored accessories such as water bottles, bags, and key chains. A moderate selection of both men and women's clothing. Service: Cashiers were friendly. Did not really see any floor associates, if you needed help, your have to ask for it, rather than them being proactive and asking if you need help. Oh well. Overall: Its a nice store, pricey as one would expect, ample selections, but definitely needs a touch up/zone on the merchandise.

Holy wowwww extremely disappointing experience with someone who was on registers as Educator #99994000105247 I came in on Friday 1/5/24 at around 7:00 PM to return an item I bought online and was treated quite unwelcomely by who seemed to be the oldest looking cashier there and also had a braided ponytail (according to other reviews on Yelp, her name might be Kris) She was unnecessarily hostile to me and my husband when asking if we had our order details, previous method of payment etc. We showed her the email confirmation and she somehow still sounded doubtful that we had the credit card used as payment. We had the card. I showed it to her and not only did she did not say thank you once, she also had a constant condescending tone the entire interaction. As loyal customers of the brand, my husband and I were taken aback by how unwelcoming this staff member has treated not only us, but other customers who expect more for what we pay for their products. I'll likely not be returning to this location, I've had nothing but great experiences at both locations in Palo Alto CA on the other hand.

I love lululemon and nothing i could complain about the brand, but i had very bad experience today for return the item i had purchased. I was thinking to not bring it up but maybe manager of this store should be more aware of the service. Poor service and rude with the person at register today. I ordered online and came to store for return. However, after check the barcode on 1 of the item, the lady at the register told me it said i bought in awhile ago no matter i showed her email with the date. It's totally fine because it's not the store's fault. I understand but I was so pissed because she kept telling me maybe you ordered two or someone used your email to order?! Not even an apology or smile but threw her attitude which made me very uncomfortable.

This is disappointing... Paying $100 for a defected piece!

Parking was quick and easy when I visited on a Friday afternoon to pick up an emergency whistle…read morethat I could clip onto my key ring. I was offered assistance almost instantly after stepping inside. The worker on the floor helped me find what I was looking for and even told me about the differences between two similar products. In fact, a couple different employees checked on me as I browsed the aisles of hiking-related items and camping gear in the store before making my purchase, which I appreciated. However, service at the front counter was a bit slow. I observed the sole employee at the register as she prompted excessive conversation with individuals without regard for other customers waiting in line. This included reciting words to convince customers to join the REI membership for rewards... nope, not when you just added extra unnecessary wait time to my visit while I stood in the purchase line. Besides, the staff on the floor already tried to promote this to me, and I wasn't interested. Eventually another register opened, but at that point I was already leaving. In the end I got what I needed without any complications, and that's what matters most.

Anyway, the employees here seem to hide and they tend to be rude and act bothered if you interrupt their hiding and ask for help. You cannot find them at the register, on the floor, or in the dressing room. Very poorly managed store. Today's experience reminded me that I just have to deal with the drive to the Berkeley store or find another that is properly staffed with helpful employees. Two stars because it's a reasonably well-stocked store, I never have trouble parking, and the location is convenient even if the customer service is not.

Customers can tolerate mistakes. Customers can tolerate policy issues. What people do not tolerate is being treated as though they are an inconvenience when they walk into a store prepared to spend money. I spent nearly 50 minutes looking for replacement shoes after following the instructions given by your staff. I returned to the counter and was met with an attitude that made the entire experience feel unnecessarily unpleasant. That kind of interaction leaves a much bigger impression than any return policy ever could. You should seriously consider the long-term impact of allowing employees to interact with customers in this way. One negative interaction may seem small in the moment, but over time those experiences absolutely cost business. People remember how they were treated. I can say with certainty that experiences like this make customers question where they want to spend their money in the future. If I have to choose between dealing with rude and dismissive interactions versus shopping somewhere that values customer service and basic professionalism, the decision becomes very easy. I think your management team should understand that poor customer interactions do not simply create one unhappy customer -- they create people who share those experiences with family, friends, coworkers, and others making decisions about where to shop.
