FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I came in on a Friday looking for some nice dark blue jeans for an outfit I had in mind to wear at a party the next day. I was assisted by Adam that day. He was very helpful and brought me so many options to try for the style and color I was looking for. I've shopped here before and had in mind a brand of pants I was planning on buying (Reclaim) But without his help I would've never found these pants and brand that I ended up really liking and buying them. I didn't get the name of what seemed to be the manager but she was very helpful as well and answered all my questions and concerns about other pants I was looking to buy or were interested. I don't know what or who is responsible for all of the very cheap, ridiculously useless stores at The Stoneridge Mall these days, but here's one of the stores that are actually worth stopping and shopping at. First off, we are always warmly greeted and enjoy how nice the employees are. The clothes are higher quality, and they have a lot of fun merchandise for gift giving. Let me start off by saying Joseph and Jeanine have top tier customer service. I shopped at 4 other stores at Stoneridge and was dissatisfied with their service and attitude. Finally made it to the store to shop for our daughter for jeans. Was immediately greeted by Monse and told her we were looking for Miss Me and Rock Revival jeans. She showed me where they were and pulled tons of different styles for us. Then recommended some other brands she may like based on the style she liked and boy was she right, we loved them. She was so patient and knew all the inventory and helped us to find jeans we probably wouldn't of picked without her. We got her some excellent jeans. While we were shopping, my younger daughter and husband were also there and Jennifer asked my daughter if she wanted to try on jeans too and suggested some for her. We ended up finding 3 pairs of jeans for her and a pair of shorts. These girls were so helpful and really knew their inventory and were so patient with pulling so many brands, cuts and styles. First of all I love this store, the selection and brands so I cringe to leave a one star review and receive their standard copied response they leave for every bad review. I will update my review after I speak to their corporate office-which I have a call tomorrow. I just cannot believe the horrible way I was treated by the manager at the buckle at Stoneridge mall in Pleasanton, CA. I purchased a pair of $86 jeans from The Buckle in Broomfield, CO when on vacation. I also purchased a pair of boots, earrings, and a necklace from the buckle. I'm a 29 in waist so went with a 28 since they were stretchy after trying on several pairs. After wearing them for only a couple hours they were sagging and loose. I immediately exchanged them the next day with a 27. I did not try them on this time. I assumed they would fit. I didn't wear them until I got back to California. Put them on with my new boots from The Buckle and they looked so good. I went to work and within a couple hours of sitting and standing the jeans were so loose they were sagging again, this time with the zipper exposed which was bothersome. I put them in a bag in my car to exchange one more time for an even smaller size. I had removed the tags but I kept them and put them in the pocket of the jeans. The manager looked at the jeans (nothing wrong with them) and said he couldn't resell them. My husband and I looked at each other confused. I said there's nothing wrong with them. Why can't you resell them? He said because it tags were removed and they look worn. I said of course the tags are removed. I had planned on wearing them. Until I had them on for a couple hours and they were sagging. The zipper fly was also exposed which was bothersome. I told him that and I said I only want to exchange them for a different pair. His response was that he couldn't resell them and there was nothing he could do. I asked him if he was willing to lose a customer over exchanging a pair of jeans. He still refused to exchange them. I called the Colorado store that I shopped at and they gave me the customer service number after he spoke to his manager. They said they were gladly take them back at their store, if I was able to return them back in Colorado, but because it was out of their district they couldn't do anything. But they called me an hour later with the cooperate phone number so I could report what happened. I forgot to mention, the manager sarcastically offered me a bag since I brought them in another store bag. I told him I didn't want his bag and would never shop there again, Today I'm calling the customer service number and I will update the results. read more

I bought Affliction jeans from this store years ago and they said you get a lifetime free alteration for your purchase. So I went to have my pants for alteration and it's been almost two months and haven't get it done until now. A month ago I called them and I was told that the alteration machine is broken and needs to get fixed. Next call after several weeks. Now they said that the person who does the alteration went for a personal leave. I don't know what's the next story but it's very disappointing. I hope the manager is doing something about this matter. Come on BUCKLE, better not accept alterations if you are not willing to get the job done read more

This was my first time visiting their store after placing multiple orders online. I'm really happy with their product but anyone who has ever played the online shopping game knows that you win some, you lose some, so some stuff has to go back. The staff was really helpful with online orders processed as in-store returns. As far as the selection... Most stuff is available in size S & M. L & XL there is some available but it seems likes the selection was more sparse. Could it be that the store inventory was raided for Christmas and we experienced the aftermath? What they did have, we got a lot of help from the sales staff finding our size and what fit out needs. Don't be afraid to ask for help from the moment that you step in the store. What was nice is that we did get to see the product in person. So what they didn't have in the size that we needed, I was pretty sure that I could track down online. This place is basically a second home for me nowadays and I look forward to coming in every weekend to see whats new and see the friendly employees. My mom and sister have always loved this store when I wasn't too fond of their style before. So one year for Christmas, I decided to come in to shop for the two of them. One worker, Elizabeth, recognized me from being with my mom and sister often and immediately knew their style. She was able to pick out a few pieces that each of them would like based on what they usually buy from there and it was super helpful. Since then, I started shopping there more and more and Elizabeth knew all of our styles and picked out amazing pieces for us during our visits. I bought a pair of shorts for my birthday a couple weeks Ago. I ripped the tags off tried them on at home and decided I hated them because the lady order the wrong shorts. I went in today to return them. And was buying 5 other items. The lady said usually they can't return when I pull the tags off but she would be nice and do it this time. Her name was Christina. I asked for my husbands military discount because I got verified online to buy everything. She then backed out on doing the return because of it. And the guy working on Friday April 1st at 11 am was very rude and be littled and talked to me liked trash like I was stupid. I am a mom of 2 and it's choitic trying to shop let alone being talked down on. But I think this will be my last time shopping at buckle. I love this store and I'm very disappointed. The last few times I've shopped at this location I've been disappointed they are always very rude. I can not stand the constant hounding of customers! They will follow you around and try to get you to try on things even if your just in there with a friend who is shopping. I have been in there waiting by the dressing room for my boyfriend to come out and the sales lady literally says: "You look like a size 25" pulls out a pair of jeans from behind her back and tries to get me to try them on. After saying no thank you, she retreats only to come back with a shirt similar to the one I was wearing and says: "how about this?" If I wanted a shirt or jeans, I would go get them. Here is what I learned about this Buckle: If you're dressed nice the sales associates will greet you and offer help, if you dress down they won't even acknowledge you. I will say that everyone here is incredibly nice, if nothing else. When I bought a $120 pair of jeans here, they said I could bring them in for free hemming at any point. I did so, and was told to expect them done the next week. Well I drive all the way from Piedmont to Pleasanton, and no they aren't back. Staff member tells me he will personally make sure my stuff is shipped to me since I was trying to finish preparing for a long trip overseas. I call a week later to find out they're done and just sitting there. The staff member was there when I went to pick them up (fortunately was passing through anyway), and insinuated I would've had to pay for the shipping, as if it was somehow my fault the jeans weren't ready. I love all the clothes, they can be a bit pricey depending on the brand, but they always have good clearance and sales. This is one of the best places to buy Sinful brand clothing. This past weekend, I drove 45 minutes to go to Buckle in Pleasanton, CA. It was recommended to me by a friend who is always sporting the cutest jeans. I was in desperate need of cute jeans with fun pockets that fit ME. I walked into the store and was greeted by Kayla. She was incredibly helpful; she found jeans in my size and fit preference, recommended different brands based on what I told her I like in jeans and helped me pick out cute tops too. She checked on me when I was trying items on and helped me choose the best colors for my skin tone. While Kayla was amazing and my main point of contact, I must say that every employee in the store was GREAT and suggested different items they thought I'd like based on what I was looking at. I felt as if I wasn't permitted to carry clothes around the store with me - an employee either wanted to put it in a fitting room for me or hold it at the cash register for me. It was a really nice feeling. There are almost no retailers who cater to their customers this way anymore. It's nice to visit a store that pays attention to their customers instead of chatting amongst themselves, which is so often the case. By the time I was paying for my purchase, I felt like I was amongst friends. I will definitely be back as soon as possible and have quite a few items in my online "wish list". He doesn't have the customer service skills to be manager let alone normal cordial communication skills. as the alarm for the store went off my daughter was accused of holding something in her pockets. I thought it was a Joke . I insisted he check the cameras as he denied ever saying anything to us. He didn't even have the courtesy to APOLOGIZE FOR HIS INCORRECT ACCUSATIONS, nor did he even stand in front of me while talking. He kept walking back n forth addressing me. I was waiting by exit for five minutes because my sister was inside paying. I am 6 months pregnant and got hot in store that is why I was waiting by exit. My 5 year old looked up to me and said "mom I don't even have pockets" This Ignorant boy should definitely be fired or given several classes on proper customer interaction skills. There was nobody going in or out when alarm went off. Even worse that the anti theft devices were malfunctioning and unknowingly he accused her of stealing. My daughter didn't touch anything in the store. My husband is a big, broad guy and he has a lot of trouble finding shirts that fit (especially because of his broad shoulders). She let us go into the dressing room together with our toddler son and kept bringing us any shirt she could find that would fit him. And even brought a pair of pants that look really good on him! I have never shopped at Buckle before and I was a little intimidated walking in. The girl that helped me (I wish I got her name) was sooooo amazing. She was super sweet and helpful going back and forth getting me different sizes I needed. She brought me other options to what I was looking at that cost half the price of what I wanted. Just showed she wasn't looking just for a sale but to genuinely satisfy my needs as a customer.
