Quality/Quantity - Another one of my wife's favorite brands. I have been "eyeing" this reversible jacket for years; it's a classic. But currently not willing to shell out another $1,100 (and that is the outlet price). My wife has many purses and wallets with this brand. Their other brand is Miu Miu. Well there are 6 major brands under their umbrella, see website. Atmosphere - Good size location. I especially like how the men's section is at least of the location, which is rare for these luxury brands. Plenty of mall parking, especially on this raining Sunday. But within an hour after the rain stopped, the mall got crazy busy! Service - Good. Price - Expensive. I found the cutest purse at the Prada Outlet. Actually, I found multiple purses, but could only allow myself to leave with one. They had such a great selection of items and I absolutely love the bag I walked away with. Service was attentive, but very quick. It felt like they were moving fast to get a sale, but I allowed myself time to really look at the different options before making my selection. I appreciated that they did provide helpful input though. I noticed a minor imperfection with my bag, but they didn't have additional in the back. As an outlet, a lot of what you see on the floor is what you get, so you've got to check it carefully. After asking them to check it out and possibly see if they could rub out the imperfection, they did offer 5% off but said that it would be final sale only. Natalie, our sales associate, was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. All the staff were so sweet! We loved the warm, welcoming atmosphere. What I really love about Prada is that you can go back in a certain amount of time and get things fixed ! My key chain needed to be repaired and they shipped it I guess back to the Prada corporate and got it fixed. No line at this store- half of the store is Prada and half is Miu Miu. The bags look more like their regular product line and not all seasonal bags. The associate was helpful and took bags down to show them without any hint of snobbery. Ended up getting a bag for my mom from here- it is made in Turkey and not Italy which is disappointing. The main reason I came to the outlets today was because the hype of YSL. Unfortunately, their customer service wasn't on point. Finally our last stop was at Prada. Everyone that works at Prada was super kind, professional, and very polite. I felt very comfortable shopping inside Prada. I didn't felt judged at all, due to what I was wearing. They gave us space as well as great service. We ended up making a few purchases at Prada instead of YSL yesterday. Definitely going back to Prada soon. read more

Just went in here today to purchase something.(8.24.19) Warning!!! This will be a long detailed review from a little disappointed customer. So bear with me. Ok I'll be honest, Gucci was my first choice but bec I wanted to save the best for last. So, I went in here first just to check if there's anything that that will catch my eyes..I got in right away coz there is no line. I walked around and I found 1 purse that caught my eyes. Tried it on, and I loved it. But I was torn bet. red and black since no one is helping me I just asked the older white lady who works obviously works there. So, she explained everything but when I'm going to asked something she went to the other customer (looks like she knows her) and she never came back. No big deal. Since I'm undecided. I left. But after I checked other stores and I kept thinking about the prada purse I went back again. This time with my husband and kids. I grabbed the purse that I really wanted, hold it, and look around more. My husband got a help from a guy worker there and he was assisted right away great! And me? Got nobody's help again. Looking at the workers they are really profiling you! So i went to the back and it was shoe section for ladies to check the sandals and then there I got help! Tried it on, and I liked it. They were helpful. I'm also an observer since my kids are young(11,10,7&1) So, this one younger asian lady walked to the shoe section(she was in the front section earlier)(maybe? Maybe to checked if everything is alright or if my kids or my youngest(will be maniacs touching everything). Honestly, they are all eyes on us.haha. funny right? But this is different no total help unless you asked for it. Since we stayed longer in this store more people are coming in and bec I can see everything obviously the workers are following the new ones than us. * I know each associate works in different department it is obvious. I have to say my first time shoping at this prada store will be my last time. I went on a saturday (memorial day weekend), it wasnt packed fully but going into the store, I wasnt helped at all in the first 15 minutes I was there. When I tried to get help from the salesperson, a asian lady, she was rude. She'd run off and would act like she was in a rush so couldnt get any of my questions answered. Unfortunately I feel this prada store racially profiles alot. I saw customers who were of asian descent helped out more quickly vs any other ethnicity. The only saving grace to my visit was Moises, I believe he was an cashier but really helped us out in purchasing an WoC (wallet on chain). Funny thing is the asian lady who acted like she was too good to help us out, took credit for this sale when she hardly helped. I will be going to another Prada for future purchases. read more

Beware of 'Made in Vietnam' sneakers. Don't buy these shoes. I believe they were made in Vietnam to be sold at Prada Outlets only. They are sold at a high price to unsuspecting customers. All Prade sneakers sold at Neiman, Saks, Nordstrom, Yoox are made in Italy! The bags are nice. Dust bags are cheap looking, I agree with the other reviewers. Customer service is a hit or miss. I have shopped here on three separate occasions and have had varied levels of customer service with each visit, but still had an overall positive experience on all occasions. I recently read a review on this particular "Outlet" store, which the reviewer made reference to "Asians everywhere and there were practically no sales." It's unfortunate that such comments like that are made here, even jokingly. The Paragon Outlet stores located in Livermore California are a destination stop for tourism. Regardless of the ethnic background of those tourist, they bring revenue to local restaurants and businesses in the City of Livermore and within the County of Alameda. With that said, if one isn't comfortable dropping $350-$2000 at the drop of a pin, because it's not discounted enough....then maybe the Prada Outlet store just isn't the store for you? And that's okay too...there are many other stores to shop that offer great savings! Our sales associates name was Amanda, she didn't treat us any different from any other of her patrons that were in the store. Was it a little busy, yes it was. But all customers were being attended to. I simply wanted to purchase a handbag for my wife, that she's had her eye on. Although this is an outlet store, which usually carries last years trends, there are many good deals here. I know Prada pricing, and contrary to belief that there are no real discounts here, well there are! Just on my wife's handbag alone, I saved $400. So I decided to add a wallet for her as well. As we continued our shopping, my wife picked out a pair shoes for me and asked if I liked them? And indeed did like them...so for my Valentine's day gift, she decided to purchase a pair for me, saving just a little less than $175 off retail. Amanda was was very helpful and attentive. She didn't know if we were just window shopping or serious buying customers? She just treated us as her customers. Something I learned long ago, treat others as you would like to be treated, and If you have the right attitude and the right approach to things, somehow it all works itself out? My wife and I are just normal people, we dress normal and act normal as we can, okay we can act goofy at times too, but you I hope you get my point? Based upon my experiences and observations within the store itself, there is slight disparity to a Prada boutique and a Prada Outlet store, but you as the patron must have this understanding as well, even before entering! This store had the bow flats made from leather for $320 when they are normally $550. Some of the shoes are cheaper than online sales (the rose colored heels, flats, driving loafers). They also had the signature nylon makeup bags for $110. All sizes are $110. They have three sizes. They come with authenticity cards and warranty for one year. Service was friendly! After browsing for awhile another older Asian lady greeted and asked if I was looking for a certain item. I noticed the Asian ladies were friendly and actually helped customers. After examining most of the bags, the sales guy with a stiff upper lip would tell us stories of what his clients would use the bags for. Okay. If you like to buy garbage by a brand and staff that doesn't even stand behind their products, this is the place for you. I purchased a Prada wallet at this spot back in 2014, less than a year later a patch of dye just suddenly faded and wore off. Normally wear and tear, I can completely understand, but a section of leather just losing all of its color? It's like my wallet has skin pigmentation disorder. I took the wallet back to the store for for a warranty claim for manufacture defect. I get it, there's a no refund policy, but a reseller and the brand should stand by their product and honor their warranty right? I dropped off the wallet to be serviced back in November of 2015, I was informed that the process should take 8-12 weeks...OK sure no problem, most luxury brands do this. I was told under certain conditions that I may have to pay for the repair even though it was under warranty. Not really reasonable, but OK let's send it back and see what the problem is... Fast forward to Jan. 28, 2016. I get a call from this store telling me my repairs been complete and I can come pick up my wallet. I stopped by to pick up my wallet about a week and a half later and the repair? It was nonexistent. I was told they couldn't do anything to fix the problem. They told me they could fix it if the badging fell off or if some stitching came loose. I was formally told there was nothing they can do. What a joke. There are knockoffs with better quality and cheaper brands that would stand by their product than Prada. I'm genuinely disappointed in the staff here. I didn't get a formal reason to why Prada couldn't do the repairs. Not only does the manufacture not stand by their own products, but the resellers won't either. This place and brand just lost my respect. It's overpriced, poor quality, and neither the manufacture or the reseller is willing to stand by their products. But I got very lucky the 2nd time there, no lines, everyone is so courteous at Prada......... The mens selection is just awesome, cashmere mid length coats, puff down jackets and much more............. The bag selection was very minimal as they have sold out on most of the bags and wallets...............you would see the same bag here and there...... As for shoes which was my first interest, I was fairly disappointed..... I remember Prada shoes made in Italy, not Vietnam.....and for 300 plus bucks, no exchanges or returns, everything in store is final........... Don't expect too much at the outlets because the merchandises here are not made in Italy which cost like double or triple - made in Italy is what sets the resale prices should you sell your stuff later on. So if you don't care, it's a good store to get some starter pieces. They have a few saffianos which is pretty much the only material I buy from this brand because it is ultra durable, they will last for over 100 years and it's the only way I can justify the cost. I might be back to check out some items soon. The sister company MiuMiu is also in this space, again pretty basic from what I can see but the prices are low so it's worth to check it out. First of all. I understand it has been difficult for many retail stores to survive in today's climate. These days, the lower than expected quality of service is norm due the sacrifices we are all making for the safety of everyone. Except....in this case. Your staff at this location are just plain idiots! They kept people waiting outside in the 87 degrees temperature for hours Your staff never came out to apologize for the delay and long wait. They were inside enjoying the AC. We can see inside and there were only 2 customers and 5 staff members standing around looking out!!! You should just close the store down completely and not put people through your inability to operate in these times. We were at GUCCI prior to this, and they were staffed properly and walked everyone through swiftly and safely. They made a few thousand from us and we were happy with their service. I came here with my wife recently to treat her to a new handbag for her collection. Unfortunately there were no handbags to her liking this time around. It seemed like there was much less selection this time than the last time we visited. But, the associates were very friendly and helpful nonetheless. The store was very clean and we felt safe.
