I've been eyeing their pilot bag for a long time. It eventually went on sale for half off on the website but I hadn't tried it on in person. I forgot about it for a while. My boyfriend asked me what I wanted to do for our seven year anniversary and of course, I wanted to go shopping. Well, we came to the outlets to go to Yankee Candle. But that's just a tangent... I remembered that they finally finished the renovations and that there were a slew of new shops. When I entered the shop, I noticed how clean and organized it was. Not to mention the salespeople were approachable and not pushy. I beelined it for the pilot bags that were on a shelf in the center of the store, by the registers. They had a burnt orange saddle color and a bright blue. I was going to pick up the orange one but my eyes shot over to the wall along the left when I saw the colorblocked neutral pilot bag in both the small and the medium. Monica walked by to see how I was doing and let me begin my neurotic handbag shopping assessment. My heart stopped because it felt like the stars had aligned so that our paths would cross today. The planets aligned too since they were an additional 30% off the sale price. I couldn't believe my luck. The last thing I wanted to double check was to see where the bags were made. Maybe I've worked with handbags for too long. Maybe I care too much about sourcing. Whatever it is, Monica confirmed that they were made in Italy. From there, I had to decide which size I wanted. It took me a while and when I called my boyfriend in, he was of course no help. When I had decided on the small one, Monica checked and saw that they had another one in the back. After having dealt with handbag sales for so long, I didn't mind either way. But I know that shoppers care and it was really nice of her to bring me that one. Best store in the bay area if you like this Brand. Prices are significantly lower than regular retail stores and i like to go there on Wednesdays ,usually they get more stuff and all sizes are still available. I walked in and one of the workers (blond lady) made my friend and I extremely uncomfortable. This lady was interrogating us for no reason and made herself look rude and unprofessional. I was getting anxiety; it was THAT uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure she's the store manager. No wonder the store has so many company turnovers. Wish this store the best. I don't suggest anyone buy any of Rag & Bone products from this store, especially if they don't have it in stock that you need to order it online from the store. I had a super bad experience with this store that I ordered a product from the store because they didn't have the right size in stock. The package has been lost after I've been waiting for a whole month for the shipping. I called this store several times in that month to find out if they can help me to solve this problem. The first thing I've gotten from them is the package has been lost was not their fault, and they don't really want to take the responsibility to help their customers to solve the problem. They always tell me that they are sorry, and will let the manager call me back, but nothing happened. This is how they think about their customers, and I won't buy anything from this store anymore. read more

I would have to say that the employees here are extremely pushy and won't stop following the customers around. I found it pretty irritating.

I love coming here to find some good deals on jeans. The staff is super helpful and friendly. My favorite is probably the sample sale rack, as you can find some great finds. Truly a stellar location to get your Rag & Bone fix! read more

Xavier was professional, friendly and super helpful to both my friend and I as we shopped all over the store, checking the back for more inventory, helping with sizes, listening to our chatter, and remembering us when we returned hours later to buy multiple items. He's one of the good guys in retail and has that "retail walk" down! Christina took care of us at the register, letting us know about further savings for the day and of future sales, clienteling me into the system. She knows the merchandise, and I feel I can rely on her product knowledge. She was pleasant and so easy to talk with, and patient as my friend and I chattered at the register while she was ringing up our purchases. I have always liked Rag & Bone, just never really came in that often (cuz I had only really worked, not shopped, in this outlet mall since it opened). But now I will shop here as long as there are sales like this Easter sale, and as long as nice, normal staff are here (will not if you're the staring, helicopter type!). Rag & bone is my favorite brand in the neighborhood, but today I am really disappointed at the store that locate in Livemore outlet. First of all, I visited this boutique in last Sunday and bought an over 800$ coat with 50% discount and when I checked out, I asked about when is the black Friday sale will be start. They told me will be start in 6 days later which will be 60% off entire store. So I was trying to postpone my shopping but the store sales assistant manager was really pushy about my purchase, keep saying like the coat will be sold out in 6 days. And today I visit the store again and seeing all the size are still available, so I was asking 10% discount off my coat since I haven't even wear it and brought the receipt back. They refused for my request. As a loyal customer, I've been shop in this store many times and I'm sure that I will keep shop in this store if they help me out. It's really irony cuz of they were not helping me out today and it makes me decide to never shop in this store anymore. So at the end of the days, whose going to lose benefit? Me, employees or the company? Obviously, it's the company. Thanks for being not nice to charge me only 80 bucks more and making me stop spend hundreds, thousands dollars on your store. read more

Found my absolute favorite jeans ever there only to discover they'd stretched out a whole size. I'm not close to this store so I called and a gentleman by the name of Anthony emailed me a shipping label so I could mail back the jeans and exchange for the size down. Spot on and so helpful.
