Service - None today, so I guess self-service. Price - Sure does NOT feel like "outlet" prices here. You were expensive. I can get better discount deals at regular retail stores. I have been eyeing an Arc'teryx jacket for so long for a trip to Macchu Picchu next year. And I came out not only buying one jacket but two! They had a great selection of colors and styles but of course the cooler colors had limited sizes. My boyfriend and I were lucky to be helped by RILEY, who is the best salesperson there! He went back and forth to make sure I tried the jacket by layering it, sitting in the fitting room, hiking up and down the wooden cube you have in the fitting room to ensure I had sufficient mobility. He brought me all the sizes, informed me about the features and it was evident that he is passionate about the brand. Overall, we had an amazing experience, and if it wasn't for his amazing customer service, I would have probably just tried a jacket and left. Even though the price tags are on the higher side, I am confident we got what we paid for. Not What You Think ! I purchased one of their ' Black Caps ' , About a Year Ago. You know the one with the weird Skeleton Logo ! And I liked it A lot ! So Because, I'm the type of person, who likes to Buy , two or three items if I Really like them , I purchased two more , thinking they would Be The Same! Big Mistake, very Big Mistake!! At a Distance the Hats looked the Same! But Oh Know! The strap that adjusts to one's Head is , Now Some Cheap Plastic, Something You'd find on a Cheap Baseball Cap! As in Cheap! The First hat I Bought, had a nice Fabric Strap, Not Cheap, And I really liked It!! That's Not All, the inside material, that rub's Against my Head, Was Again Changed to Some Very Cheap Plastic Material! Very Ruff And Anointing! These Hats were around $60. When I purchased them. Like many other reviewers here warned, the store was randomly closed when we came on a Thursday afternoon. Store hours indicating they were open at this time were clearly posted on the door. Not sure what's going on, maybe staffing shortage, but there was no sign or explanation. I had called last week and asked specifically about their hours, they said open every day as usual. Definitely call ahead before you go, and if there's no answer, don't make the drive. Hopefully we'll get to see the store actually be open at a future date so I can update this review! read more

I happen to walk by this store when it first opened but had no idea what Arcteryx was. I did think they had a couple of cute pieces but didn't understand what was so special about it until I bought one when they had an additional 30% off (this does not happen often, and only on special occasions.) Since this is an outlet the prices are already on a discount in comparison to the regular store in stanford shopping center. I bought my first piece which was what they called an "atom hoodie". It is so light weight and feels so good soft. Most of all their jacket has a special material that is wind proof. It really keeps you warm even though you feel like you are wearing nothing much. I was so in love with their product, that I went back and bought 3 more. It is now my favorite jacket. If your into north face, you would probably like this. Arcteryx is for mountain climbing. The jackets are very well constructed and very good quality. I am really happy with the quality of their clothing. Staff is very helpful educating you about the material and when and how to wear these jackets. They have all been very nice. They also teach you how to pack these jackets into the size of a grapefruit so it doesn't take up much space in your suitcase. If you are into light weight jackets that blocks wind, you will like Arcteryx. I am happy I gave it a try when they had a sale. read more

Both doors are locked during hours of operation. Not sure if it is due to COVID/limited capacity in store. No signs are up explaining this/any policy but did see people in the store when I tried twice (the second time was after I lapped the entire outlet). Please note that this was only store in the entire outlet that was like this. I live fairly close so I said f it, not going to waste my time and bother. But for those who are traveling far to shop here just a heads up. I can throw my hard earned money with doors opened wide elsewhere thank you very much. read more

I've been eyeing to come in for some time now and finally had the chance. Due to low staff, at times they will be closed randomly throughout the day. For my visit, they pulled two staff members from the SF store, one of which was Amber who made my visit such an easy and smooth process. I waited about 25 minutes for the store to open and when I came in she was more than willing to help me look for my sizes and explained the different products available. She even went as far to take down my info incase any upcoming sales occur. Despite being short-staffed and limited, Amber made a big difference for the customers in the store at the time. I rarely go to the outlets because it's so crowded but I really like this store! I love that the clothing//outdoor gear is very simple but came in super cute colors! I bought a zip up and it works for so many occasions. It's warm so I wear it for walks, it's nice enough to wear to the office, and soft enough to wear in the home. The sizes run a bit small so I would recommend getting a size larger than u may usually wear. The staff was helpful too! I asked about additional sizes in the back and what they have is mainly out on the floor which eliminates any guess work to what they have in stock. I asked the manager about the brand since I hadn't heard of it before and she was really knowledgeable And took the time to talk to me even though I was only getting a few things. I also gOt 2 shirts for my husband and they were a great fit and he likes the simple design (and he's picky about his clothes and doesn't like a flashy design). read more
