I have a bunch of travel mugs (over 2 dozen stored in a box in the garage) but this one really is perfect! It has a two-piece screw on lid so the mouth is extra wide for all sizes of ice cubes. The whole thing is very attractive. It can be drunk from any place of the mouthpiece and the part that touches your lips is plastic so it won't burn your tender/sensitive lips regardless of the temperature of the liquid inside. They come in various colors and the paint is slightly textured to make the body of the mug slip resistant. It comes in two sizes. I got the larger one (500 ml). Ami was super helpful & got to help me add & bring the remaining dresses I found into my fitting room. She also helped me zip up some of my dresses when I requested her help. When I was ready to check out Ami also helped me with her opinion of the 3 dresses I was choosing from. Thank you so much for your help & kindness. They have a good amount of variety for options here! I definitely would come back here again. My only con and the reason I'm taking away one star is that the company does not ship dresses from other stores if they don't have your size... if they offered this would be a great help for someone who can't travel to another city hours away, especially if it's not available on their website.

Customer service should always start with something as simple as acknowledging customers when they enter the store. A friendly greeting or offer to help can make a huge difference, especially for families shopping for special occasions like homecoming. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and basic courtesy really affected our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff--acknowledging people and showing a little enthusiasm is part of good customer service, and it goes a long way.

I escalated and was met with the same incompetency from the manager on the phone. First, I patiently kept asking for them to point me to where I missed this on their policies document published online. But both the associate and manager literally said to me "it is not written anywhere (not online or on their store copy of the policy) and it can be confusing but that is the rule". ????? how is that applicable then ????? Upon asking for the manager's name and mentioning I will be escalating further, they magically appeared with a "third party" method to refund me. The process took about 45 minutes which I think was prolonged intentionally. What frustrated me the most was that I approached the situation by apologizing for what I thought was my mistake and was met with an attitude / made felt like I am a burden. Done shopping at Francesca's after this.

When I went back to return the items, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or listening to my concerns, they refused to accept the return and treated me with a disrespectful attitude. Customer service should never make customers feel unwelcome or ignored. For the prices Zara charges, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion about the brand.
