The workers were very rude and uninviting. Gladly walked right on out. I will not be wasting my money here. How do you not greet your customers as they are entering the store? read more

Fire shoes at excellent prices and superb customer service! I come here all the time and they always take care of me!

My wife has been shopping with Airloom since college--over 10 years now--and they've consistently delivered an amazing experience. Their customer service is top-tier, with clear communication and a personal touch that makes every purchase seamless. The quality of their luxury items is always exceptional, and we've come to trust Airloom as a reliable source for our pieces. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service, quality, and luxury all in one. read more

Came in for a lace job 5 stars they always take care of there customers they did a great job

Luis showed 5 star service ! And helped me pick out a gift for someone! I always enjoy coming here and getting everything i need

This guys help us out good and got a good offer from Luis ! Great customer service, will be back!

Shoes are priced over market. The staff is okay and they sale sneakers, clothes and some collectibles. Bought a mystery box from them once and had decent value. read more

As a thrifter this was not the place for me.. every single thing is wrapped in plastic and VERY highly priced. I haven't ever met anyone who likes this kind of store. The shoes looked to be in good condition but it all felt like a museum and not a store to buy anything. It's just not inviting. How am I supposed to try anything on? Is it all collectors items? Idk. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend. read more

Service was fine but low-balled me by a couple hundred dollars. Took my business elsewhere.

Luis was cool help me out and got me exactly what I needed right before my trip !!! Definitely recommend

This place has an INSANE variety of high class sneakers. Yeezy's, air forces, bape shoes, Jordan's, pretty much any shoe you can think of they have! They also sell clothing that is very pricey. Everything above $75-$100. They sell Bape, supreme, Off White. This is definitely the place to go for sneakers in my opinion. They almost always have my correct size when other stores do not. The staff is very kind and helpful when wanting to match clothes with shoes or try any merchandise on. read more

This place has def gone downhill fast. Customer service is terrible, and I don't think they have any idea of how to run a business. No greeting, no "how can I help you", or "are you looking for anything particular?" Nope, they just sitting there on the computer, or their phones until you decide to come up to the counter and ask them a question. Then you get the standard eye roll, and "no, can't do anything for you" answer. I've been here many times, and have bought a majority of my collection here since they opened trying to support them as a local business. When they first opened, used to always give them first opportunity to help me with my sneaker fix, but now with the weird hours, and poor customer service, won't be going back. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Finally, their pricing is rather high, and there are other similar shops with same selection, better customer service, and better pricing. read more

Friendly and amazing customer service! Excellent price and nice products! Fire store and fire kicks!

This is my go to spot to buy shoes! They always have the best prices. The store is very clean and organized so it makes finding specific styles very easy. Their second location in Pleasanton is bigger and literally shoe heaven for me. I highly recommend them, especially with the holiday season coming up! read more

Was shopping & always end up buying from the gentleman Chris. All the staff were helpful. Every visit to the Bay Area, I have to stop and grab a few pairs of shoes or clothing. They seem to always have what I want. Staff is very helpful. I'll give 49 thumbs up to this store & the staff. read more

great place to do business; intimate vibe. stories everywhere, as well as unique items. i highly recommend this establishment. turns out I sold them 10+ pairs of sneakers this morning because they provided the best environment for me. great place for a unique / exclusive gift for that person who's hard to shop for, too. read more

Y'all gotta update the post or come up with a better system. Got niggas wasting gas coming from hella far(Dixon). For designer Friday they never answer the phones but state phone orders are allowed after 1230(on ig). I called @ 1230 and tried to order(for once they fuckin answered)...the shoes were there but then they said 1pm for phone orders(wtf). Of corse when I drive up there the shoes are sold. This has happened multiple times. Staff hella nonchalant and rude too. GO TO PRSTG ! read more

Great little gem! As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by a staff. I knew right away what I wanted, and they delivered! Pleasure doing business with them and can't wait to do more business with them as they have insane great deals!! read more

The shop is great. Awesome location in the middle of downtown. Good selection of shoes from cheap used shoes to high end expensive shoes that are really hard to find read more

The original Airloom! So many deals, steals, great clothes and new releases. Always my first drop when I need a new pair

Their prices are fairly high in comparison with places like Prstg, StockX and GOAT, but if you stop by on a regular basis and look thoroughly through their display shelves you can find some real hidden gems. The new sneakers on the left side of the shop are generally overpriced. I'd suggest only buying them if you see something you absolutely need otherwise i'd suggest shifting your focus to the right side of the shop where the deals are found. These shoes vary in condition, most are NDS or Worn but there are a few DS selections spread throughout. I have found used retro 12's for cheaper than all other sources and brand new satin 1's for $30 under online retailers. In addition to sneakers, they also carry designer goods with Supreme and Bape being two of their most popular brands that they carry. read more

These guys really need a crash course on customer service. I took on 3 pairs of shoes to see if I could sell any of them and the guy behind the counter barely acknowledged me and instead of telling me he wasn't interested, just stared at me for like 15 seconds and then said "oh, we're good". Like for real? Who treats a customer like that???? Wish I could give 0 stars. read more

Their shoes are all covered in plastic which is a nice feature. The employees didn't greet us or acknowledge us. I had to walk up to the counter and greet them. I proceeded to ask a question to two gentlemen behind the counter. One was on his phone-could have been work related. The other answered my question and didn't even make eye-contact with me. So, I asked again, and he glanced at me and looked away. Also, the music was a bit loud. Highly unprofessional. Felt very unwelcoming. Why would I give this place money or trade items after this exchange? Easily my worst experience in Alameda retail. Period. read more

Such an amazing shop. Friendly employees shoutout to the homie Chris he hooks me up every time. Whether your buying, trading, or selling shoes, clothes, or collectibles Air Loom will get you right. They will even help you legit check your items and they great selection from DS to Pre Owned. Also they have an amazing daily deals they do where you can get steals for rare products. I fuck with them heavy and they always show love on IG They number one in Alameda Right Now. Follow MY IG: Humbled.Brins of you looking to buy clothes or shoes as well. read more

Good customer service, everyone knows what they're talking about here and doesn't try to swindle you like other spots. I come here often to do do my business. Come here if you need a grail or some sneakers you can't find elsewhere, they got everything you need. read more

Best Sneaker Store in Alameda. I bought a Supreme SF Box Logo here in 2020 right before COVID started for a steal. On top of that, I always go with my friend and they give us the best steals. They'll give you shoes for below market. The customer service is outstanding and all the workers are so nice. They even pay well for your shoes. read more

100% Legit recommend buying off them. They throw out steals every week, customer service on point. If your around the bay or east bay swing by their shop and cash out. Had done many transactions with them bought off them and sold to them and was able to get many trades in. Recommend this place for sneakers, designer, accessories, etc. read more

Horrible I mean HORRIBLE customer service. I went to go sell shoes and try to say that they weren't going for a a lot I had black cat 4s size 10.5 and they offered $280 when these shoes are $700+ and they said that they weren't doing well. I DONT RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! The guy that greets when u walk in sounded so unhappy to be there and treated me horrible 0stars if I could. read more

I went here to try and sell some of the old shoes that I had in my closet for my husband and they didn't take any of the shoes even though they say that they take older styles as well as they would take them clean or dirty. Overpriced!!! Better off buying off of stockX/goat. Do your research and look at the current market value before dropping money with them. Place smelled like a hookah lounge and the staff have no sense of customer service. I would stay away from this shop. read more

So when I'm lookin for that next fit or just some kicks that no one else got this is the spot! Great energy and great staff! Very informative and knowledgeable about the products they carry. Airloom Deluxe - Stay original - Shoe Stores Near Me - Alameda, California

Sold me fakes then denied they sold me them even when I went back to the same cashier smh

Just sold my used Nike Air Yeezy 2 NRG Pure Plats for pretty much what I was looking for given the condition they were in, much appreciated! My first of many visits to come was an overall 5 Star experience, no doubt about that! The three gentleman running the shop (my bad terrible with names) who helped me and spoke to over the phone were very helpful, very transparent and fair when negotiating what I wanted for my shoes in person. They definitely know there shit and won't lowball you. Not only that, these guys got mad grails that not many boutiques have and just for the small amount of time I spent in there you can tell they're knowledgeable and have reasonably priced garments and sneakers. Thanks for the Lakers throwback hat for my homie moving to LA and taking these Yeezys off my hands, ya'll are legit, legit! Appreciate you guys and be back soon! read more

Unable to price match on a shoe ik is cheaper than what they are selling for them after I purchased the shoe anyway and thought for a second, I no longer wanted them came to get my money back was given a hard time. Shoe prices fluctuate everyday gotta be able to make deals. read more

Nice shop had a good mix of selections. Went in looking for an Instagram posted joog. Someone greeted and gathered the pair for me to check out. Shoes were cleaner than expected and I bought them. Might come back to drop some consignment sneakers. read more

Taxing way toooo heavy on almost everything , most employees don't wear face masks and smoke vape pens in the store . Better off buying from apps like goat or stock X, Make sure to do price comparisons before shopping here , I wasted over 300 bucks on shoes that I could have gotten for cheaper read more
