I don't usually shop for cowboy boots, so I was a little out of my element when I stopped by Boot Barn. The staff made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I'm notoriously hard to fit, and one associate in particular went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of Ariat boots. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but her patience, knowledge, and willingness to help were outstanding. Since my size wasn't available in the store, she helped me place an order and made sure I got exactly what I needed. To my surprise, the boots arrived earlier than expected, and they fit perfectly right out of the box. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this experience exceeded my expectations. 1 star service . It took 2 months for my boots to be stretched. They said it would be a while wait but here i thought 1 month max . I'm sure it did not need to take that long . Sure it was free but I'm talking about the service here . I would have to call them every 3 weeks ish to see if it was ready . Every time I called I waited 10 minutes for them to tell me they can't find it . And I would have to pull up a screenshot of my order ( which I took for reference because they don't give you anything showing they have your boots ) . The girl who gave me my boots finally , gave me attitude . So . No I did not like my experience. The other two stars are for an older lady who helped my sister and I out as my sister bought her first boots . She was very nice. read more

So many options and tons of people on the floor to assist if you should need help. We love boot barn but I think it's important to mention the location is PERFECT. The entire shopping center has a Target, TJ Max, Pet co, Dollar store, and a McDonald's and a few more places but it's litterally all our favorite places in one spot, we felt like we hit the jack pot. This boot barn had many options and I was able to score some cute red boots for myself for half off 2 pairs of boots for $165 can't beat it. read more

5 stars all the way! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. That old school customer service which seems to be far few and in-between. I was greeted upon entry. Escorted to the area which had my size. And followed up with later as I explored the store. The store is large. Many many many options. Not only do they sell boots, they sell clothing and accessories. BUT, unfortunately, the women's Large & wide boot sizes (11 + ) are minuscule. They stop at size 11(M) and there aren't many options in comparison to the other sizes. I was so disappointed and defeated. If you have a larger foot you will have to shop online. Unfortunately i had my eyes on 2 different pairs from the website that were not in store which she let me know would have to get ordered. I did keep looking around and Elizabeth advised I size down for the type of boot I was looking for. Im glad I went with her advice. I found thee perfect pair of boots that fit like a glove. They greeted me at the front door, I was immediately asked what I needed! And the smell of fresh leather! The store manager is absolutely service oriented and really professional. They had the Danner fire boots I was looking for and also a pair of slip ons for station wear! They looked like a fair price, also had awesome leather belts that were 1 3/4" and to 2 1/2". Will be coming back. Wish they had the leather smell for my car, it's almost 6 years old and no more leather seat smell! read more

What really won me over was I brought back a pair of lightly worn boots I bought my daughter about 4 months ago because the heel detached. They exchanged the boots for a new pair no questions asked. This store is awsome but the workers Denise & Ashley. Never met a person in my life tgats extremely rude. They were being extremely rude to my father whos also a grandpa and a man thats in his mid 60s hes very polite with everyone & the fact that Denise & Ashley were talking to him in a bad manner way doesn't sit well with me. No one should have right to talk someone in that way. after my father called to ask about the policy just so he can be well informed and all he got in returned was that they hung up in his face. They are finally open! I wish they opened this place few weeks back so I didn't have to drive to their other location. Anyway this store is just perfect. Upon entrance I was greeted by smiling faces. There were few young ladies ready to help customers find what they're looking for. I mostly like boot barn for their works boots and clothing but they have many different types for boots available. From work to western they got it all. They also carry many different types of high quality pants and jackets. Also fyi their jackets are priced lower than other stores in town. Anyway I highly recommend this store. It's fun to go in there even if you're not purchasing anything. The music playing there will make your day better. read more

I am really impressed with Livermore Boot Barn. I've been shopping here for about 6-12 months and every time I've had a positive experience. Today I received a pair of boots in the mail and they were slightly scuffed. I brought them into the store and the manager Keith hand polished the boots himself. The boots look great now. While having never been to this store - I wasn't sure what to expect. My intention was very specific - to get my Fathers hat cleaned so I can wear it to a work event this upcoming weekend. He passed away this past December right before Christmas time. The Women (all of them) that were working on Labor Day welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and asked how they could help me. Once I told them why I was there, they did not hesitate to guide me through options and timelines to not only get the hat cleaned, but they even offered to re shape it for me. Because of the Holiday, they weren't able to do it that day but that I could pick the hat up the following day. The main woman that helped me (name started with a "K"), was a pleasure to talk to, and Boot Barn should be thankful for not only her, but all of the Women that were working in the store that day. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected, and I will definitely return to this location for anything else that I might need for Western wear, apparel, hats, or boots!!! I also purchased a new belt and there were plenty of options for a great price. They really knocked my visit OUT OF THE PARK!!!! I really appreciated the kindness and compassion of their employee named Alissa. I had an item I was planning on returning but then my family and I caught Covid and were in quarantine for an entire month which prevented me from being able to return the item in less than 30 days (which is the maximum amount of days to make any returns). I called up Boot Barn and spoke to Alissa and let her know my predicament and she was kind enough to say she would make an exception for me given my circumstances. Then when I came in person to actually make the return I was helped out by Alissa again and was so impressed by how kind and understanding she was. Where do I begin... such a horrible experience at this location and with team member Eddys first of all she ran my bank card multiple times and telling us our card wasn't going through when in fact we were charged 7 times and a total of $1421.28 then she entered our shipping address wrong and we still haven't received our ordered placed on 3/21/21 because they shipped out order back to the boot barn warehouse! I really needed work boots so I came here because they have a wide selection to try on. I will definitely never go back. The teenagers at the desk did not know what the "C" or the "B" stood for inside the boots which is regular or wide. They were annoyed I had any questions and was repeatedly walking up to the empty counter to inquire. No one offered to help me with sizing. I decided on a pair only because I needed them ASAP as we are building a house. One of the boots was way more scuffed up then the other and I was told "that's all we have and that's the look anyways." After deciding not to ask anymore questions I was on my way with my boots in hand- not even in a box because they won't give you one.
