I'd rather spend my money wisely: get footwear advice from qualified professionals such as running coaches, physical therapists, or doctors, then shop around for the best price at larger sporting-goods retailers that carry quality running shoes and gear and offer strong return policies. It was definitely frustrating, but Abraham took my concerns seriously from the beginning. He personally reached out, apologized, offered to restring my racquet free of charge, and even provided a gift card for the inconvenience. What impressed me the most was that he didn't just fix my racquet--he worked to improve the process. When I picked it up today, I noticed they now attach a label showing the string type, tension, date, and stringer. That tells me they're focused on preventing mistakes in the future, not just fixing one complaint. Every business can make mistakes, but not every manager takes ownership the way Abraham did.
