Puma is one of the brands I like. Their outlet store in San Francisco Premium Outlets is very good. It has lots of choices and very reasonable prices. This Puma Outlets store has a lot of customers there almost whenever I'm there. I think it is because they always have some promotions in the store. I can find good deals there most of the time. The employees in the store are friendly and helpful. I asked questions many times to the workers in the store. They always nicely reply. This is very hard to do with a store as busy as they do. The layout of the store is excellent. I can find the items I'm looking for very quickly. I hope they will be able to move to a bigger unit soon! read more

This review is for the help we received yesterday from Luis, definitely a 5 star employee! The store opened at 10 am and we got there around 10:15 am. Not too many people yet, we were trying to get our Xmas shopping started. The store has some great discounts already, and lots of inventory. Luis came by a couple of times to make sure we were finding what we needed as we were buying a lot of stuff. When we could not find the 2nd show to one of the display shoes, he took the time to try and find it in the back for us. Turned out they did not have it, the shoe was not being ordered anymore. At the end, he rang us up with our purchase. He was friendly, had a great smile, was very helpful and knew his store. I hope his manager sees this and he gets recognized. Thank you Luis! read more

Puma is one of my favorite sports clothing brands since ever. I only buy when on sale or when i spot a great deal (weird color that will be outdated soon and the price drops considerably). I am that kind of Puma shopper. Needless to say, while my girlfriend was trying out some workout outfits I visually scanned the whole store (packed with people) and quickly spotted them: a pair of baby blue-cotton candy pink sparkling like the starriest night sneakers. Target wearer: a girl, a kid...but...don't we have all a kid inside? I got them for $19. My trick, since i like funky colors, is to check who else like what i like (most of the times kids:). Go there, check the biggest size for girls and voila...cheaper than adult shoes. I envision these long lasting, as anything I got from Puma. read more

I called this store to see if I can drop off the return I purchased online, and explained to employee of the store that I paid with PayPal. She told me I can't do that because it's 3rd party payment. I try to explain her receipt I have in my hand from PUMA states that I can return it for a gift card (which I'm ok with). She keep saying no you can't do that. I asked to speak store supervisor. When I started reading the PUMAs return label to her, she started saying she feels hostile because I'm upset... WHAT? This people quite definitely have no idea what customer service is, and what their own company policies are. It was such a discussing experience for me. I decided after being life long PUMA customer, I will not buy another sock from them! Lately, I've been on a bit of a PUMA shopping spree. I rarely go shopping for clothes, especially by myself. The last time I went shopping for clothes by myself was when I bought a blue/green shirt to wear to the Yelp event where I met Ms. Puma herself. So pretty basically over a year ago. The PUMA Outlet done changed all that... I think the recent shopping urge has been kicked off by my jeans fitting a little more loosely lately thanks to Ms. Puma's healthy, yet always delicious cooking. Also, the fact that I didn't own any t-shirts that aren't designated "pajamas". I was getting tired of having to iron a button shirt everytime we go anywhere. I needed something for the more casual days. Need comfy, good quality t-shirts at a reasonable price? Enter PUMA Outlet. We were browsing the store and fondling all the different shirts. Some feel better than others. Look for the cotton/poly blend that usually has the softest feel. I even returned (by myself *gasp*) for a pair of Vegan (synthetic) shoes a few weeks ago and they're excellent everyday shoes so far. Can't beat it for $25! In fact, I liked them so much, I took my girl to their Vacaville location to pick up a pair of matching (except for the girly blue stripes) shoes the next week. So far we already have 5 t-shirts and two pairs of shoes between us and counting. I'm not even tallying the other PUMA shoes I already had from other stores. I'm sure we'll be back for more, especially in the colder months when their large selection of long sleeved shirts and hoodies will look that much more appealing to me. Since when did I become such a PUMA whore? The only negative thing I can say is the cashier once snaked me out of a dollar by charging our two shirts at the same price even though men's shirts are cheaper here. I partially blame myself for sucking at math. Also, they don't honor the coupons they email you since they're only valid for the regular store. So why do they bother signing you up here? Thanks for the SPAM! In fact, with the online discount, it's sometimes cheaper to buy it online, even with shipping charges included. I thought that's the whole reason to shop at an "outlet store"? But that seems to be a theme with this Paragon Outlets in general. Not everything is as inexpensive as it seems. Just gotta comparison shop is all. read more

This place wasn't too busy when I went but man it was a long wait. I went in to return something and their system was down. Finally I got helped. The store itself is small and the staff was okay. The pace looked organized and clean. I felt bad for the staff cause they were scrambling to take care of Customers due to the system being down. They were taking cash only and people were looking pissed. Finally there was a guy that got the system working and helped me do my return. This place has very little selection with their clothing line and they had more shoes than anything. read more

Bought a pair of solid black running shoes. I love PUMA products. They make quality clothing and quality shoes. It is the first thing I get when I think of getting some fitness wear. The store had everything you can choose from clothing, shoes and accessories. They had a good sale and you can get your money's worth for good quality merchandise. It is a long way to get to the Livermore outlet, but it can be worth your while. The workers were extremely friendly. I walked in and they greeted me with a hello. I put my items down and walked out. I'll never shop here again. Get your customer service together. If you want okay deals and don't really care about customer service, this is definitely the place for you! I ordered a few items online through puma.com. I wanted to return 2 of the 7 items I purchase, as they didn't fit right. Since this Puma outlets store doesn't offer a lot of Arsenal team clothing, I knew I wouldn't be able to exchange it, as they wouldn't carry the item I ordered. I called this store on Thursday afternoon and said specifically, "before I drive 30 minutes to your store, can I RETURN some items I purchased online at this location?" I was told, "yes, you can return online items at any Puma location. Just bring the unused item with the tags and the original credit card you used to purchase it." Great! I drive over the very next day and after I tell the woman at the register that I was there to RETURN items I purchased ONLINE, she calls the supervisor to the front. Great! Supervisor comes and tells me that because it's an online order, they can't do a return, only an exchange. I was pissed to say the least. Had I been told that when I called the day before, I would've saved myself a lot of time and would've just shipped the items back for a refund. Complete waste of time, she was unapologetic, and rude. Will not be stepping foot in this store ever again. Train your people to say the right things on the phone, as to not waste people's time, gas, and money. read more

I really like this store as you can get still some of the latest shoe fashion for 50% off. It can be challenging to find your size as ppl. open boxes without putting them back in and just mix them around but I have seen employees being very diligent trying to keep everything clean and organized. One of the staff upon entering greeted us friendly, and she explained to us that everything is 50% off and asked if we need help. But during my shopping experience I have noticed that she is trying to help you if you need to find something but if it is getting too difficult she just passed it on to her manager. That poor guy, was keep cleaning up the mess she left behind with all the customer! Customers who were looking for specific shoe sizes (including me), returns, ringing up purchases! Really to a point where I felt like she is hating her job and just passing by! 5 star for the store manager who was super friendly and provided the best customer service ever! read more

My family purchased some jeans in the store and the cashier forgot to remove the magnetic pins from the clothes. I had called in and unfortunately they could only offer 15% off our purchase.i explained we lived 1.5 hours away, 15% off barely covers bridge toll let alone the gas it takes to get there and I requested to get a bigger discount otherwise the trip to get there to fix their employees mistake is not worth it. But 15% was "the best they can do" I'm giving one star because the store was not particularly busy that day for their employee to make such a simple mistake where the jobs entail literally removing magnetic pins from. Clothing. They do not understand the large inconveniences they had made for my family and were unwilling to work with me to rectify situation to make the trip to get there. I came here recently to get these cool puma shoes that look like dress shoes but feel like sneakers. I bought a grey and black one. I had previously purchased just a black one more than a year and a half ago. The previous shoe that i got lasted though daily use and still kept on ticking. The inside was still perfect. Only the outside showed wear form exhausted use. I also got some other casual pumas here that have stayed in super condition even with use over a year and a half. I will be coming in once a year to replace my work shoes. I always get compliments on how cool my shoes are. I highly recommended this place to anyone! read more
