Wow I guess I'm not the only person that has a problem with the lady that works there from reading the other reviews. I believe she is the manager. I walked in with my wife looking for a jacket for myself and I received a great greeting from the sales rep and he told me about the promotion that was going on then immediately this abrasive lady made a b line towards us and with annoyed voice says how can I help you what do you want. I ignore her completely and continue my conversation with the rep. He gets help from his coworker to help me find my size. As the other rep goes to look for my size the lady walks up to him immediately then me and says we don't have a 3x in any jackets or anything in the store. I take a quick glance but the lady started to stare and irritate me so I decided leave and spend my money elsewhere. Corporate needs to take care of this before they get a lawsuit. read more

You will walk by this store no matter where you shop in this outlet mall. The Tommy Hilfiger store is big but very crowded most weekends. Everything seems on sale all the time there. The store looks very colorful because their clothes mainly use very sharp colors. They have lots of different clothes and accessories in the store. Wow, this store is famous for BAD customer service. The woman asked us to leave the store only because my husband left his jacket on a corner of the display table when he was trying on a jacket. This woman said we are not allowed to put things on their table, it's store policy, when my husband wanted to talk to the store manager, she said she is the store manager and asked us to leave in a very rude voice. I didn't see a sign says you can not put your stuff on their table. Especially my husband is just trying on a jacket, after trying it he will put his jacket back on. I think she is a racist, she did that because we are Asian. I have been to this store before, I have seen her treating other Asian people rudely too. Sometimes as a member of a minority you get used to be treated differently. So you let people push you around and tell you to do things you don't always agree with. Today we went to the Tommy Hilfiger in the Woodbury Commons. We always go as my husband loves their shirts and sweaters. As we were shopping one of their employees came up to us and was touching all the things we previously had touch. No big deal, I work retail and I understand the feeling. I fold and retold all day long too. However when my husband was still looking she came up to him and said "you need to go to the fittingroom and see what size you need. The fitting room is the second entrance to the right". There was no greeting, or even a question as per what we were looking for. My husband just said ok went to the fittingroom tried everything, and then refolded everything as he knows it makes me crazy to leave a mess for someone else to clean. Then we just went back to a different table to get more shirts and see if what other colors they had as we planned on getting at least 5 of them and 5 sweaters. She followed us every were we went. She followed us to the next section. And as soon as we started touching the piles she came running and told my husband to go find his size in the back of the table. At that point my husband just asked her to just let him shop. She got defensive and told him I just want to tell you to find your size in the back of the table if it's not in the front. My husband walked away, and wanted to just leave, a nice lady Spanish came up to us and apologized for the other employee's behavior, and gave us a mesh bag to keep shopping. Made my husband and I feel a little better about the experience. The nice lady said sometimes people don't want to work, they come to work in a bad mood and they take it out in customers. They don't understand with out customer we don't have a job". As a manager of a retail store I couldn't agree more. The reason why I'm giving a 1 it's because of the bad apple in that store. Quality for clothing seems to be a bit above average but the store itself looked like a tornado just went through it before I came. If I go through a store i generally leave things the way I found them... what kind of people shop here? Who comes through in these tourist busses that scatter the parking lot? Lot in inventory. Looks like you could dress from head to toe in Hilfiger if you really wanted to. I like the brand I think just because its been around for a while and has the colors of the American flag. I would recommend coming on a weekday - not a weekend. Workers were diligently folding things back to 100% perfection as I walked in. I think if I managed the store I would try to figure out a way to make things look 80% ok rather than perfection in such extreme crisis situations. read more

Tommy Hilfiger's niche is self described as "classic nouveau preppy collections with a distinctive modern take on retro style". clothes resemble the leisure wear of college students: that preppy, polo shirt took. no formal wear nor shoes present. clothes were in the 50-60 range, markdowns of 30. 40., and 50% were common thruout the store. while the clothes wouldn't be proper for me to wear. (unless i was a reborn college student), i can picture getting clothes as gifts here should i come across someone who fits this profile. clothes on the pricier end. friendly people here too. read more

I had a very odd and negative customer experience there yesterday that I would like to share. I wanted to buy a dress that was on the mannequin. It was the last size in that particular style and it happened to be on the mannequin. It would have been very easy to remove but the sales associate said I could not have the display dress. Since I've worked in retail before, I knew that wasn't true. So I went to the store manager and she was incredibly rude. She said they could not take that dress off of that mannequin because they had just put it on and they didn't want to redress it. The customer service at this store is appalling - all the way from the management to the staff. I believe that the corporate office needs to take a long, hard look at this particular store and how it is being run. I do NOT recommend shopping here. read more

I really enjoyed this store. Tommy Hilfiger has some great clothes and if this is one of your favorites, this store will not disappoint! The Store: This store has a good variety for both men and women. I loved all the button down shirt styles to choose from. So many patterns and colors (reds/whites/blues) - distinctively Tommy. They have a good selection of jeans, sweaters, jackets and a small selection of sportswear. They had great discounts which I took full advantage of. The Staff: The lady who checked me out was very nice. She even offered me an additional coupon (which she scanned) and it gave me at least another 15-20% off! That was awesome since I was already getting some great discounts to begin with. The rest of the staff was very helpful and courteous to me. Even the lady in charge of the fitting rooms was professional and pleasant. Rating - Why only 4 stars?: I really wanted a sweater that was on one of the mannequins in the store window but I couldn't find it in the store itself. After asking what looked like the supervisor, he stated the sweater sold out during Christmas time. So, I asked him what size the sweater is on the mannequin. Knowing what I was alluding to, he immediately told me that they can't sell those clothes. To which I replied, "why can't you?" (It always makes me laugh when people say they "can't" do something. Of course they can, they just choose not to). He said its "store policy" that the clothes on mannequins don't get sold until they are officially taken down. This is why the review only gets 4 stars! Bottom Line: This store offers an exceptional selection of Tommy clothes and accessories. THIS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE. THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE AND I DONT KNOW WHY SHE ACTED THAT WAY. Whats the deal when i buy more? Agree with all previous reviews commenting on horrible customer service. My mom inadvertently brushed her bag against one of the employees and was given a nasty loud 'excuse you'. Store policy is to limit only one person in a dressing room at a time, which is fine, but they offer no seating option for elderlies who are waiting outside, at least offer a chair! The manager's response is no better than her employees, which is no surprise given the overall poor customer service. Will not return to this location. read more

This place outlet of Tommy Hilger sells defected and rejected pieces as it happened with me alot that the cloth I purchased got broken everytime after 2 to 3 washes. And once you go for return they decline because it is washed. But every time something goes wrong after first few washes and that is why they have this policy. read more

They do have a policy that is located at the cashier which you can only get 5 shirts 5 denims 5 in everything. Not all stores can put a sign on their own that's why there are managers that are train to know the company policies. Worst service ever! Employees standing around and only one cashier working during Christmas shopping

I took my son and friend school shopping today at the Outlets and they wanted to look in this Tommy hillfiger store. My son and his friend walk in before me and my son is holding two shopping bags. One of them was a Abercrombie and Fitch bag with a vans shoe box inside that bag. He had purchased clothes at the Abercrombie and fitch store and bought a bag there and also purchased shoes from the vans store but did not want to buy another bag so he just put his vans in the same bag. As soon as they walk in the lady working in the front folding clothes(which I think was the manager) stares down the boys, gets on her walkie talkie and tells her associate " there are two kids, one has a vans box in an Abercrombie and Fitch bag and are walking to the back, keep an eye on them!" Like they were gonna steal something. It pIssed me off! Does this lady not know that you have to pay every time now for a new bag, so people just stick as much as they can in one bag? Was it the color of their skin? These boys are straight A students and good kids! We had money to pay for the merchandise just like everyone else. But after that I wasn't gonna spend my money there. I was recently visiting your San Francisco outlet store last weekend & I saw a tote bag on the display that I was interested in purchasing. I was told there were no more in stock, so I offered to purchase the display item. I was referred to the Manager "Daisy", who advised me that she couldn't sell me the bag on display. Her manner was extremely short & boarding on rude. I am confused why something would be on display & not be able to be purchased? I was visiting from Sydney, Australia & unfortunately came home empty handed & very disappointed. This is not good customer service & left me disoriented with your brand. I love Tommy as a brand but would never like to go to a place where staffs are so unfriendly and arrogant. They would neither talk to you over phone politely nor would ever attend you well in store. If you ask for any size they would randomly say what is is display is that pretty much we have ,they wont even bother to go and check in the system. Yelp really need to develop ways to let customers give zero even negative stars. As mentioned by the other reviews, today I met an extremely rude sales. She charged us with the incorrect price. And when I pointed it out, she behaved in the way as if it was my own fault. Not only did she demanded us to line up again to wait for her summon, but also tore our shopping bag up and tossed it into the trash can, before I took my receipt out. Who she think she were? No one was willing to assist when you asked for different size. No one wanted to check the system or stock room. Bad experience.

First of all, they didn't tell us we couldn't get a refund. They apparently don't have a system for it. Second of all, since they only offer store credit, I went to look for something else. EVERY single item I asked for them to look for in a different size, they "couldn't find it" in the back. They would go in the back for legitimately two minutes and come out empty handed. I doubt they actually checked. Third of all, I didn't complain once in the store & was polite to them and they had huge attitudes and never even cracked a smile.
