Tommy Hilfiger Factory Output in San Francisco Premier Outlets is so conveniently located in the middle of the outlet mall. Very easy to get in and out. You will walk by this store no matter where you shop in this outlet mall. The Tommy Hilfiger store is big but very crowded most weekends. Everything seems on sale all the time there. The store looks very colorful because their clothes mainly use very sharp colors. They have lots of different clothes and accessories in the store. But not as organized as the other stores in the same mall and sometimes very hard to find what I'm looking for in this Tommy Hilfiger outlet store! read more

Wow I guess I'm not the only person that has a problem with the lady that works there from reading the other reviews. I believe she is the manager. I walked in with my wife looking for a jacket for myself and I received a great greeting from the sales rep and he told me about the promotion that was going on then immediately this abrasive lady made a b line towards us and with annoyed voice says how can I help you what do you want. I ignore her completely and continue my conversation with the rep. He gets help from his coworker to help me find my size. As the other rep goes to look for my size the lady walks up to him immediately then me and says we don't have a 3x in any jackets or anything in the store. I take a quick glance but the lady started to stare and irritate me so I decided leave and spend my money elsewhere. Corporate needs to take care of this before they get a lawsuit. read more

One oh the worst customer services, they in fact don't even know how to interact with a customer, I am not sure how these bunch of clowns are running the store, came to exchange my jeans I bought it online and they refused to do that. Trial rooms are blocked and not sure how to communicate with them since the weren't even able to talk properly. I will make sure to drag this with Tommy corporate office. read more

Wow, this store is famous for BAD customer service. The woman asked us to leave the store only because my husband left his jacket on a corner of the display table when he was trying on a jacket. This woman said we are not allowed to put things on their table, it's store policy, when my husband wanted to talk to the store manager, she said she is the store manager and asked us to leave in a very rude voice. I didn't see a sign says you can not put your stuff on their table. Especially my husband is just trying on a jacket, after trying it he will put his jacket back on. I think she is a racist, she did that because we are Asian. I have been to this store before, I have seen her treating other Asian people rudely too. I will not return to this location unless she is fired. read more

Tommy Hilfiger - Rude store manager! - Outlet Stores Near Me - Livermore, California

Worst service. No fitting room how you gonna buy your cloth without trying? Bad day. Every one are rude. Can I give 0 star ?

Today December 20, 2021 I went with my cousins and uncles to buy gifts for the holidays and a girl in the men's sweater section attacked us twice with very racist comments. First she told us if they look at the price it costs 90 usd and my answer was no, miss, we are looking for our size, the price does not matter. The second time she said , if you are not used to this type of clothing in the United States the size changes, so I told her , lady, you have realized that you are wanting to tell us and the only thing she did turned around and left, we did not say anything to anyone because really There were quite a few people buying, seriously the store was very beautiful but this girl did not have to treat us like that. read more

The manager that runs that store is an idiot. There was a 30 minute wait to try on clothes when she has the other dressing room as storage with carts. This lady needs to be fired and somebody needs to run the store correctly. Making people wait 30 minutes to try on a garment is ridiculous. read more

Tommy Hilfiger - Don't shop here - Outlet Stores Near Me - Livermore, California

I was on my daily stroll at the mall looking for new gear to pick up for the holidays, I walked in to the store and was greeted by wholesome workers & than I came into contact with some sort of head manager or management of the store and was given lack of priority as a guest their at their store. The person I came into contact with was named jay I believe, his attitude was nasty, when I asked for some help he was so nonchalant and rude. Wouldn't recommend shopping there. read more

Sometimes as a member of a minority you get used to be treated differently. So you let people push you around and tell you to do things you don't always agree with. Today we went to the Tommy Hilfiger in the Woodbury Commons. We always go as my husband loves their shirts and sweaters. As we were shopping one of their employees came up to us and was touching all the things we previously had touch. No big deal, I work retail and I understand the feeling. I fold and retold all day long too. However when my husband was still looking she came up to him and said "you need to go to the fittingroom and see what size you need. The fitting room is the second entrance to the right". There was no greeting, or even a question as per what we were looking for. My husband just said ok went to the fittingroom tried everything, and then refolded everything as he knows it makes me crazy to leave a mess for someone else to clean. Then we just went back to a different table to get more shirts and see if what other colors they had as we planned on getting at least 5 of them and 5 sweaters. She followed us every were we went. She followed us to the next section. And as soon as we started touching the piles she came running and told my husband to go find his size in the back of the table. At that point my husband just asked her to just let him shop. She got defensive and told him I just want to tell you to find your size in the back of the table if it's not in the front. My husband walked away, and wanted to just leave, a nice lady Spanish came up to us and apologized for the other employee's behavior, and gave us a mesh bag to keep shopping. Made my husband and I feel a little better about the experience. The nice lady said sometimes people don't want to work, they come to work in a bad mood and they take it out in customers. They don't understand with out customer we don't have a job". As a manager of a retail store I couldn't agree more. The reason why I'm giving a 1 it's because of the bad apple in that store. No one should feel harassed while shopping in you location. And if I could recruit the good one I would. read more

Quality for clothing seems to be a bit above average but the store itself looked like a tornado just went through it before I came. If I go through a store i generally leave things the way I found them... what kind of people shop here? Who comes through in these tourist busses that scatter the parking lot? Lot in inventory. Looks like you could dress from head to toe in Hilfiger if you really wanted to. I like the brand I think just because its been around for a while and has the colors of the American flag. I would recommend coming on a weekday - not a weekend. Workers were diligently folding things back to 100% perfection as I walked in. I think if I managed the store I would try to figure out a way to make things look 80% ok rather than perfection in such extreme crisis situations. read more

Tommy Hilfiger's niche is self described as "classic nouveau preppy collections with a distinctive modern take on retro style". clothes resemble the leisure wear of college students: that preppy, polo shirt took. no formal wear nor shoes present. clothes were in the 50-60 range, markdowns of 30. 40., and 50% were common thruout the store. while the clothes wouldn't be proper for me to wear. (unless i was a reborn college student), i can picture getting clothes as gifts here should i come across someone who fits this profile. clothes on the pricier end. friendly people here too. read more

I really enjoyed this store. Tommy Hilfiger has some great clothes and if this is one of your favorites, this store will not disappoint! The Store: This store has a good variety for both men and women. I loved all the button down shirt styles to choose from. So many patterns and colors (reds/whites/blues) - distinctively Tommy. They have a good selection of jeans, sweaters, jackets and a small selection of sportswear. They had great discounts which I took full advantage of. The Staff: The lady who checked me out was very nice. She even offered me an additional coupon (which she scanned) and it gave me at least another 15-20% off! That was awesome since I was already getting some great discounts to begin with. The rest of the staff was very helpful and courteous to me. Even the lady in charge of the fitting rooms was professional and pleasant. Rating - Why only 4 stars?: I really wanted a sweater that was on one of the mannequins in the store window but I couldn't find it in the store itself. After asking what looked like the supervisor, he stated the sweater sold out during Christmas time. So, I asked him what size the sweater is on the mannequin. Knowing what I was alluding to, he immediately told me that they can't sell those clothes. To which I replied, "why can't you?" (It always makes me laugh when people say they "can't" do something. Of course they can, they just choose not to). He said its "store policy" that the clothes on mannequins don't get sold until they are officially taken down. This is why the review only gets 4 stars! Bottom Line: This store offers an exceptional selection of Tommy clothes and accessories. However, if you want something in the store window.. don't get too excited, they might not offer it inside. read more

I had a very odd and negative customer experience there yesterday that I would like to share. I wanted to buy a dress that was on the mannequin. It was the last size in that particular style and it happened to be on the mannequin. It would have been very easy to remove but the sales associate said I could not have the display dress. Since I've worked in retail before, I knew that wasn't true. So I went to the store manager and she was incredibly rude. She said they could not take that dress off of that mannequin because they had just put it on and they didn't want to redress it. The customer service at this store is appalling - all the way from the management to the staff. I believe that the corporate office needs to take a long, hard look at this particular store and how it is being run. I do NOT recommend shopping here. read more

I remember when they were really big in the 90s. The clothes were just meh and the store was messy.

If I could give minus zero stars, I would. I LOVE the brand but this store in particular is horrible! Why? Costumer service... I have worked in retail so I get that this job can get stressful even more in a high-transit store, costumes as well can be rude. But that's no excuse. Employees here are disrespectful :/ read more

They deserve -5 stars. The staff at this particular location is the worst retail staff I have ever seen in my life. So disrespectful... specifically the manager and general manager.. who select those dumb people for management here. Arguing for a bag...!! You serious? ? I did buy a shirt then I bought another and they want to put in the same bag I bought earlier while I was having two transactions because they were gifts for two different people. End up leaving all stuff on counter. Another 6 people also left putting there stuff on counter because of bad(wrost and dumbest ever) behavior of manager, general manger.... Stay away from this location... Tommy! You gotta change manager and general manager here.... they are Dumb.. read more

Great store and friendly staff. Got some great looking clothes at amazing prices. I can't wait to go back.

Worst and the most terrible customer service ever!!! Can't believe when I ask the cashier a favor to throw the paper from the bag that I bought from their store in the trash can right behind her, she responded in a very rude tongue "NO". And told me to there is a trash can outside. I don't mind throwing the paper from their store to outside garbage at all! But her attitude is just terrible that made me decide to return the bag right away! Worst shopping experience ever!!! Can I choose 0 Star? read more

Extremely awful experience during my purchase in the store. Employees were really rude and racist. Never purchase here again.

Terrible customer service, they fo not honour discounts and the selection is not great either. Avoid this place at all costs

Rude employee and very bad service.Today,I was in the shop at 4pm. I saw the employees treat an Asian woman no good and the manager talk shit to people. I had to lay down the clothes I found and left immediately. You know I m not here for bad mood. So dirty! read more

I shop here whenever I come to visit! Saw a comment about racism towards asians but I also Asian and never had issue at this store. Not everything is about race. However I also do not leave my items lying around on their tables either. It's not your house, it's a store read more

Agree with all previous reviews commenting on horrible customer service. My mom inadvertently brushed her bag against one of the employees and was given a nasty loud 'excuse you'. Store policy is to limit only one person in a dressing room at a time, which is fine, but they offer no seating option for elderlies who are waiting outside, at least offer a chair! The manager's response is no better than her employees, which is no surprise given the overall poor customer service. Will not return to this location. read more

I wish there is a way to give less than 1 star. I ran into a sales guy at this store who was awful and I don't understand why such people even work in service industry. His misbehaving with me was the extreme that I can think off but more disappointing was the behavior of the Asst. store Manager who came to help. She was more interested right away to look for reasons why this sales guy was right even before hearing me out. I generally hate this brand and I don't think this brand is for someone like me - there is a reason why I shop at Nordstrom and there is a reason why Nordstrom doesn't carry Tommy brand. Avoid this particular store as much ch as possible if you shop and customer service is most important than the product they sell. The two employees I interacted with were extremely racial read more

THIS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE. THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE AND I DONT KNOW WHY SHE ACTED THAT WAY. Whats the deal when i buy more? I am going to my cousins wedding out of the country and i bought so much for my family. First i asked if there's more stock in the back with the backpacks. The lady gave me 3 more since i asked for 5 total. I have 5 nephews. Then this MANAGER pretty much told everyone not to bring out anything anymore and every time i asked if they have anything stock she would say NO WHATEVER WE HAVE OUT THATS ALL WE HAVE, then i was ready to pay.. she was watching the cashier and whispering like they're trying to get my name because she took a clipboard ready to write and the cashier asked if i would pay credit card can i see your id. she didnt even wait for me to answer if yes or no. I said no im paying cash since i withdraw money that day for shopping. Then she put her clipboard down. I dont know her deal but its my first time experiencing that. That cashiers name is TRINIDAD. But the manager i didnt get her name. I guess its a big deal with them when you buy so much. But i still dont know why they acted that way. I hope they get to read this because I already reported it at im about to do reviews at Business bureau. read more

This place outlet of Tommy Hilger sells defected and rejected pieces as it happened with me alot that the cloth I purchased got broken everytime after 2 to 3 washes. The lady managers is very bad service , I would like give them 0 zero star at the store today

They do have a policy that is located at the cashier which you can only get 5 shirts 5 denims 5 in everything. Not all stores can put a sign on their own that's why there are managers that are train to know the company policies. If you haven't work in a retail store you have no idea how to clean and organize every shirt that rude customers doesn't even bother to fold it back. Worst service ever! Employees standing around and only one cashier working during Christmas shopping

I took my son and friend school shopping today at the Outlets and they wanted to look in this Tommy hillfiger store. My son and his friend walk in before me and my son is holding two shopping bags. One of them was a Abercrombie and Fitch bag with a vans shoe box inside that bag. He had purchased clothes at the Abercrombie and fitch store and bought a bag there and also purchased shoes from the vans store but did not want to buy another bag so he just put his vans in the same bag. As soon as they walk in the lady working in the front folding clothes(which I think was the manager) stares down the boys, gets on her walkie talkie and tells her associate " there are two kids, one has a vans box in an Abercrombie and Fitch bag and are walking to the back, keep an eye on them!" Like they were gonna steal something. It pIssed me off! Does this lady not know that you have to pay every time now for a new bag, so people just stick as much as they can in one bag? Was it the color of their skin? These boys are straight A students and good kids! We had money to pay for the merchandise just like everyone else. But after that I wasn't gonna spend my money there. I will take my business elsewhere! read more

Love this place. Where I get all my polo shirts!!! Those of you who work with me and see what I wear everyday can attest to that.

I was recently visiting your San Francisco outlet store last weekend & I saw a tote bag on the display that I was interested in purchasing. I was told there were no more in stock, so I offered to purchase the display item. I was referred to the Manager "Daisy", who advised me that she couldn't sell me the bag on display. Her manner was extremely short & boarding on rude. I am confused why something would be on display & not be able to be purchased? I was visiting from Sydney, Australia & unfortunately came home empty handed & very disappointed. This is not good customer service & left me disoriented with your brand. I am hoping you could please give me some clarity on why this item couldn't be purchased & removed from the display, when there are no more left in stock. Look forward to your response. Thank you Lisa read more

I love Tommy as a brand but would never like to go to a place where staffs are so unfriendly and arrogant. They would neither talk to you over phone politely nor would ever attend you well in store. Yelp really need to develop ways to let customers give zero even negative stars. As mentioned by the other reviews, today I met an extremely rude sales. She charged us with the incorrect price. And when I pointed it out, she behaved in the way as if it was my own fault. Not only did she demanded us to line up again to wait for her summon, but also tore our shopping bag up and tossed it into the trash can, before I took my receipt out. Who she think she were? Queen of England? Lol such a tragedy that a girl who behaves so arrogantly is a sales in Livermore outlet in reality, though she tries to put herself on the throne for a thousand times. read more

If I can rate the store Zero, I would. The store manager is or looks Asian . She is a woman store mgmr as she claimed. She acted like a Queen and she did not even bother to take the time to listen to me. She looked annoyed when I spoke and I asked her "judging from your look of disdain, you are not letting me refund even I have my receipt on my phone which has the transaction details " She said it is policy if I don't have a paper receipt I could not refund. She made me feel judged I think she can be racist as Asian does look down on Asians who are not born here I said I would return all the purchases I made yesterday because of this experience. She said as you like. I said you did not even care? she said it is your choice. I will never shop there again. She is the worst I have seen. I also file a complaint to 800 of Th. She needs to get off her high horse when given the opportunity to make a difference. I never had experienced a major dept store not allow refund with an original receipt stored on the phone. She can key in the transaction number and she said her system is backdated. No one keeps paper receipt to wait for refund ! Who likes to go into a messy store to buy sth to refund. I will not buy any more Even my daughter says she will never wear Tommy Hilfiger and switch to Polo or sth. read more
