Their leather jackets/coats are so fashionable! Mind you, they only still have men's fashion line only. Rocker and trendy flare with great quality and style. I really liked the men's boot and would purchase, when the timing is right. I believe they have my size still. I know my size from regular women's converted to men's sizes shoes. LOL. The only reason I know is because in Fall season of last year, I got really comfortable hiking shoes that fit for both men and women, but they only had certain men's sizes and voila! I discovered the size! I heard women do come in to buy their shirts. Staff and service are "real" and sweet & personable. True genuine conversations and helpfulness and love of the John Varvatos fashion line is what keeps me coming back to let the staff know the same words "If I ever had a chance to talk to John Varvatos, I would wish for him to create a women's line!" And "Wish John Varvatos would make a women's line! ^_^ So awesome!

Not sure who was an employee or who was just there hanging out. Not once were we greeted, my husband had to go to the counter to ask if he could use a fitting room. At that point I was the one helping my husband get different sizes and styles. The 30minutes that we spent there shopping not once did the move from behind the counter, you can see on the pictures I posted that one of them is sitting on the counter. The had snacks and drinks, I mean they were having a great time. At one point I heard an older gentleman asking about the current promos, one of the young ladies was yelling that they had 40% off across the store. My husband only purchased on tee since no one offered to get one off a mannequin, that was the size he needed. This was the worst experience we have had here, I hope someone addresses this with the employees. I would hate to see this store close because no one is making sales. This is my husbands favorite brand and it's nice to have this store 30min away from home

Was shopping over the weekend at the Outlet Mall for new shoes for my upcoming wedding, and…read morehappened to pass by Johnston & Murphy. I'm not familiar with this brand, but decided to check the store out on a whim. Love their overall selection available, and wound up finding a pair that I liked, fit well, and was decently priced. As it was early on in our day, and we wanted to check out a few more stores first, the gentleman who assisted us kindly offered to put it on hold while we shopped around. In addition, he inquired about what else we were shopping for, and made some recommendations on some other stores that we could take a look at as well. After an exhausting day looking through the major brands, we found a few accessories that I wanted, but could not find another pair of shoes that I liked. When we returned to Johnston & Murphy, the same salesperson that was working from earlier was still there, and he both remembered me and the pair of shoes he put on hold for me, as well brought out some belts that I could try on. Having remembered our conversation earlier in the day when I mentioned I was also shopping for a new belt. When checking out, my fiancé noticed a very slight blemish on one of the shoes, and the salesperson very kindly buffed and polished both shoes for us without hesitation. And upon leaving, my fiancé noticed an elderly couple in the store in which the husband was wearing a cap from the same hotel we are getting married in at Hawaii. What a small world! Great experience, great service, and excellent quality and selection of men and women's formal footwear. Highly recommend this store, and will not hesitate to come shop here again!

Dress shoes and more formal wear is what they are known for - but they do have some shoes and boots that look a bit more casual. I had the most comfortable shoes from this brand due to the super soft leather they were made from. Super soft and flexible. I don't like it when tough leather creases and stabs your foot or toe with every step. I picked up some belts as gifts - will be back to look for myself more one day soon. If you need to be in formal attire every day its so important to get shoes from here and maybe a ton of iron free shirts from Brooks Brothers - also nearby. Will make your day feel as good as possible.

They had a buy 4, get 2 free deal (mix and match) along with 50% off all apparel. Most socks were on sale for $9.98 USD to $17.98 USD. They had a great selection from their performance line. Only unfortunate thing is they don't have a dressing room to try on clothes. - 6x Performance socks ($9.98 USD each) - these are our go to for sports. Great quality and the freshtek infinit material is guaranteed for life. - Complex athletic short ($17.49 USD) - cheapest I've seen their athletic shorts. Comfy, nice material. It was a generally quieter time with much less people so we enjoyed that rare moment. While finishing our meals, we noticed a maintenance man servicing the 2 sets of trash cans closest to our seats and were shocked to see all cans (recycle/trash/compost) dumped into a single collection bin. What the heck? Why bother to sort your trash when its all collected in a single bin? That was upsetting to me, as I have always taken the time to properly sort my trash in these locations. If management has decided sorting isn't necessary they should remove the labels from these bins. Trash is trash! Still upset because this is wrong. Management should do better! Value of meal was ok.

My boyfriend asked me what I wanted to do for our seven year anniversary and of course, I wanted to go shopping. Well, we came to the outlets to go to Yankee Candle. But that's just a tangent... I remembered that they finally finished the renovations and that there were a slew of new shops. When I entered the shop, I noticed how clean and organized it was. Not to mention the salespeople were approachable and not pushy. I beelined it for the pilot bags that were on a shelf in the center of the store, by the registers. They had a burnt orange saddle color and a bright blue. I was going to pick up the orange one but my eyes shot over to the wall along the left when I saw the colorblocked neutral pilot bag in both the small and the medium. Monica walked by to see how I was doing and let me begin my neurotic handbag shopping assessment. My heart stopped because it felt like the stars had aligned so that our paths would cross today. The planets aligned too since they were an additional 30% off the sale price. I couldn't believe my luck. The last thing I wanted to double check was to see where the bags were made. Maybe I've worked with handbags for too long. Maybe I care too much about sourcing. Whatever it is, Monica confirmed that they were made in Italy. From there, I had to decide which size I wanted. It took me a while and when I called my boyfriend in, he was of course no help. When I had decided on the small one, Monica checked and saw that they had another one in the back. After having dealt with handbag sales for so long, I didn't mind either way. But I know that shoppers care and it was really nice of her to bring me that one. Checkout was fast and I want to come back simply because the products are great and the service is excellent! Thank you, Monica! You're the best!
