It's the opposite of customer service, the staff is doing things that's convenient and easiest for them instead of for the customers. Change the policy of not letting people in, at least allow 25 ppl or something... it looks bad when your store is empty and you are forcing ppl to wait outside!

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects terribly on the business. They need better training for their staff.
