But currently not willing to shell out another $1,100 (and that is the outlet price). My wife has many purses and wallets with this brand. Their other brand is Miu Miu. Well there are 6 major brands under their umbrella, see website. Atmosphere - Good size location. I especially like how the men's section is at least of the location, which is rare for these luxury brands. Plenty of mall parking, especially on this raining Sunday. But within an hour after the rain stopped, the mall got crazy busy! Service - Good. Price - Expensive. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1913, formally known as Fratelli Prada and with your 606+ locations. 1913 - Started as a leather goods business. 1977 - Granddaughter Miuccia started making their signature waterproof bags (backpacks) out of nylon. 1979 - Improved designs to tough military spec black nylon; actually one of the reasons I like this brand (and Tumi's brand also, which has a similar concept). 1992 - Miu Miu brand launched.

I'm notoriously hard to fit, and one associate in particular went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of Ariat boots. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but her patience, knowledge, and willingness to help were outstanding. Since my size wasn't available in the store, she helped me place an order and made sure I got exactly what I needed. To my surprise, the boots arrived earlier than expected, and they fit perfectly right out of the box. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back the next time I need boots or western wear. Highly recommend!

But as I looked at the prices, they seem to be the same as retail. I checked later online and it was. This shop seems to be a retail shop vs outlet pricing. To add, there were no sales or specials. I did not buy anything. But before you do, check for the written return or exchange policy before you make a purchase. Make sure it is written on the receipt as well. From the other Yelp reviews, there seems to be an arbitrariness of the execution of the return/exchange policy.

Not sure who was an employee or who was just there hanging out. Not once were we greeted, my husband had to go to the counter to ask if he could use a fitting room. At that point I was the one helping my husband get different sizes and styles. The had snacks and drinks, I mean they were having a great time. At one point I heard an older gentleman asking about the current promos, one of the young ladies was yelling that they had 40% off across the store.
