The Bloomingdale's Outlet Store in San Francisco Premium Outlets I will check out every time. They carried a lot of the brands I like and the store is not too crowded. I can always found a few items I wanted in Bloomingdale's outlet store. The price is also much better than their regular stores. The store inside looks better organized than the other outlet department stores. Shopping there is more enjoyable. Customer service is also better than the average outlet stores. I can found a sales assistant easy and they're always ready for help. I also like the cashier counter is one line only and usually no waiting for too long to pay for the items I want to purchase. They have the promotional items right at the front entrance also make it easier to found some of their best deals. Do not miss out on Bloomingdale's next time when you are in San Francisco Premium Outlets. read more

This is a big store with many sections : Women and men s shoes Handbags , Sun glasses , hats , winter coats , contemporary style , classic style clothes , luggages , dresses , suits , clearance section and luxury items inside the locked case ( Chanel leather $2000 ) , etc . Only few staffs are working because hardly any customers inside . It is very clean and organized. I am looking at the handbags today . Most of the items they have are on the lower side like $40-$60 and lowers end materials . I am surprised that Bloomingdale's merchandise look like JC Penny . I did not find anything I like . The Bloomingdale's outlet shop was pretty large, square footage wise. Because it was so large, there were not enough staff to properly provide customer service in all areas of the shop. They had a couple of cashiers and staff for the dressing room. But not enough working the floor. The two staff that I interacted with seemed to be robotic in their reactions, one was the cashier. Robotic but cautiously polite. Possibly due to amount of work tasked to them. I noticed the majority of the womens clothing were not tagged with a price. Kinda makes it difficult to shop without knowing the prices. The entire look of the shop was utilitarian in design. Basic. Feeling warehouse vibes vs department store. The areas I recall them having were: mens and womens clothes, shoe section, fine jewelry, accessories luggage, and women's undergarments. Again they may have had other sections, those are the ones I recall. read more

This is the worst shopping experience I have had in the past 10 years. They misplaced the barcode for the shoes and then refuses to return or exchange. Those so called managers are robots executing what they are told. They never even apologized. They totally don't care about their customers at all. Avoid with all efforts!! read more

Overall, I have found the quality of Livermore's Premium Outlet VERY POOR and frankly mystified why they exist. There are "few" exceptions - maybe Le Creuset, Theory, and Ralph Lauren. As a side - for those shopping Theory's women's clother (please check your items before leaving the store - misleading sales ttag !!!!!! correct size, no defects, and the belt has HOLES in them !!) And Bloomingdale's Outlet was NO EXCEPTION. I left there scratching my head. I also think the "BASEMENT- LIKE" enviornment of the store - concrete floors - sparse inventory - overhead 'prison-like lighting" felt oppressive to me. Cheap-looking (and made) clothing left me scratching my head. THE ONLY STORE I WILL RETURN IS LE CREUSET and ignore the sales lady who spoke to me like I was a two-year old. Because the deals aren't bad. BTW: I have not looked at any of the shore outlets and thus, my comments are mainly directed to the clothing stores. And for those who had security guards posted at the entrance, I am NOT interested in passing a guy with a gun to get inside of a store. read more

I tried to call the store 6 times before posting this review and there is no answer so that just tells you everything. On 6/14/2024, at around 5:50pm, there was an employee (Juan) who told me the store was about to close in 10 minutes, I quickly rushed to the fitting room. As I was walking to the fitting room, I asked another employee for directions which they gave me, they never told me the fitting room was closed. As I am approaching the fitting room, I see the employee laughing and talking over her headset saying the fitting room is SO CLOSED in front of my face. I kindly asked her if I could please try the items on because I live far away and I wouldn't be able to come back. She began to laugh and say absolutely not. I was confused as to why she was laughing at the fact that I missed out on trying on clothes.. as an employee it is your responsibility to provide the best customer service even in times where you don't deliver the best news not laugh at customers. I realized Penny did not want to assist me and that she was not going to accommodate me, so I gave her the clothes and began to exit the store. Juan was at the door making sure nobody came back in. There was two women who asked if they can come in to do a return after the store was supposedly "closed" and the employees allowed the two ladies in. This experience was extremely unpleasant. The employees are rude and unprofessional. I definitely expected a difference response, but you can tell the staff members lack customer service skills. I will not be recommending this store to any friends or family as I would not want anyone to be treated in this manner. read more

One of the best stores at the outlet if you have the time to go through the items. The prices are usually better than other stores at the outlet but they're not as trendy. So pretty much the basic essentials are things to get here like work clothes. read more

TOM" the manager, is rude, disrespectful and racist" . I bought a Gucci purse from here 2 weeks ago and specifically asked them what the return policy is and they told me 30 days with the receipt. I went to the Gucci outlet today and found the same bag I bought was $200 cheaper there than at Bloomingdale's so I decided to return the one from there. The lady at the register, Wei, kept asking about a pink tag - I didn't have a pink tag on the bag and never removed any sort of pink tag from the bag. The manager, Tom, comes out and aggressively confronts me telling me that they can absolutely not return the bag without the pink tag because without it "I could've been doing anything with that bag." I understand every store has its policies but the way that Tom spoke to me he was essentially treating me as if i am a criminal for wanting to return something that I bought. The bag has never been used and is completely brand new - I never removed any tags from it and had all the tags for the bag. I think Tom should work at jail with criminals, he is not a good candidate for Bloomingdale's. read more

The collection and material is usually good at this place compared to about 80% of the stores in this outlet mall BUT a big problem is this store is usually short of staff and the staff is not always the most friendly, so that becomes an annoying bit of shopping for therapy or leisure because that stresses you out more!!! The price range varies, one on sale are mostly from $20-$100 depending on the material and brand name, of course Some times you do find good bags and shoes as well. read more

I bought 3 garments on Saturday October 23, 2021 and I waited more than 40 min to pay, after all the waiting time, the next day at the time of wanting to occupy the garment, I realized that they had forgotten to remove the security sensor, I returned to the store to ask for the manager, and in an aggressive and despotic way she told me that it did not match, I showed her my credit card and my purchase receipt and she refused to remove the sensor, assuring me that according to me I had paid for another garment, in addition to Being their mistake, he started arguing and yelling at me in front of the other customers and workers in the store, and he told me that he couldn't help me! that she will come back in a week to see another manager, she mentions to me several times that her name was Raquel and that she would do whatever I wanted, that she couldn't help me !! read more

Great selection of clothing and accessories however the deals were not that significant. This was just like shopping at a regular Bloomies retail department store during one of their sales. Sales associates were friendly and asked if I needed any help, which was more customer service than you will see at the other two department store outlets in this shopping center. Overall I wandered through the whole store and wasn't impressed with the deals. The clearance racks had some good prices on previous season jackets and other items, but nothing to write home about. The designer handbags were boring and uninspired for the most part and the designer jewelry cases were abysmal. I ended up with a cute holiday dress simply because I needed one, not because it was a great deal. It's still worth a look in here if there's time - just keep your expectations to a minimum. read more

There are treasures to be found at this Bloomingdale's Outlet store if you search hard enough. We did not feel like searching too much, but I did find something that my wife loved! It was an awesome deal so SCORE!!! Always feels good to find a wonderful piece of merchandise at an affordable price! I am sure that we will allocate more time to Bloomingdale's Outlet the next opportunity we get to visit San Francisco Premium Outlet Mall. Similar to the other stores in the this outlet you're going to get designer brands for cheaper prices. With that being said, this is Bloomingdales so even some things that are on a huge clearance are still going to cost a pretty penny in many cases. Service here is pretty non existent, but when you set your expectations to realistic, then that really shouldn't bother you much. I like this location, because it's really large and has almost has something for everybody. If you ever wanted to shop at Bloomingdales, and didn't want to deplete your entire bank account, then come and give this place a shot! read more

Somehow this store maintains its dignity even though its in the madness that is the outlets. Store is clean and orderly. Nothing is over-cluttered. Floors are clean prices seem fine. Jeans, belts, shoes, all neat and easy to find. Small amount of house type stuff: juicer, pillows and candle holders. They have a little of everything. Pleasant experience. read more

I had an unpleasant experience shopping here today. I experienced retail racism and Blatant Racial Profiling. This was my first time shopping there .. and it's sad because it was a beautiful day out shopping with my Mother. it's also interesting because I've lived here in the Tri valley area for several years and have never been racially profiled in a store or dealt with a Bias like this related to shopping while black. At least where it was noticeable enough for me to complain. I was trying on button down blouses and long sweaters in front of a mirror on the retail floor...just as other women were. I happen to glance over towards one of the fitting rooms to see if the line had gone down and noticed a young caucasian woman standing there looking right at me. at first I thought nothing of it until 10 or 15 min later I noticed her starring at me. at this point I brought it to my Mothers attention and asked if she recognized her because maybe she knew one of us but no..she said I believe she works here. That's when I too noticed the earpiece in her ear with headset like the other clerks had on. So for about 25 more minutes or so I shopped as this "KAREN" watched me like a hawk. I asked another clerk for the manger and as I brought my items to the register to purchase I shared this with him. His name was Andrew, and the Racial Profiling clerk is "KELLY" I told him how interesting it was that all of the sudden she was now on a register taking customers right next to him while sharing my complaint with him, she looked right over at me like she didn't know what was going on. Shame on you Bloomingdale's for allowing a person like this to work for you and if this is what she is trained to do then shame on you even more.. because the demographic that shops this location is primarily Indian, Asian, and black. And we are all hard working people who come to spend our hard earned money in your store as a courtesy. Because we could always shop online and then there would be no need for a store or a clerk. So if you're worried about shoplifting or Getting robbed use your surveillance cameras then hire real security. Bad for Business. read more

While my family was shopping in the store, my 2 year old son started to look at the toys and picked one up saying he wanted it. A sales associate walks up to me and tells me that the kids are not allowed to touch the toys unless we are going to buy it. So I told my son to put the toy down, and before I walked away, I told the sales associate maybe you should not have the toys out than if customers are not allowed to touch them. She immediately threated to call security on me, I told her to go ahead we didn't do anything wrong. I asked to speak to her manager and she got the manager. As I was trying to talk to the manager the sales associate is butting into our conversation saying this is what I told you and not letting me talk directly to the manager...So I told the sales associate that I was done talking to her and she should go away. The sales associate told me you aren't my manager you can't tell me what to do. The manager also said don't talk to my sales associate like that, like she wasn't doing anything wrong. So finally when my wife and I were speaking to the manager directly, she asked if the sales associate was talking directly to me or my son, which in my mind didn't matter because if you are going to have toys on the sales floor, kids are going to TOUCH them. So my wife said, maybe you should have a sign saying "kids are not allowed to touch the toys". The managers response was our associates are our signs. Basically going in circles with manager accomplishing absolutely nothing. Sorry for the long winded story, but with how this staff treats people I would not recommend this place or ever step foot in this place again. read more

I don't know why this place doesn't have better reviews. They usually have additional discounts on top of the outlet prices!! And it's still a Bloomingdales, so things can't be dirt cheap. The best President's day sale in the whole outlet. Was only looking for one pair of shoes, then noticed a sign that was a deal changer...additional 50% off all clearance!!! Got four pair of booties for $138 total! Steve Madden, Frye, Charles David, and Dolce Vita. I also got a 3/4 length Marc New York puffer jacker for...wait for it $29.99. An amazing haul but my only complaint about the Livermore location is they keep the very few shopping bags they own by the registers?? Why not by the door?! I never got a shopping bag and had to make 3 trips to the register to make my purchases as I simply couldn't carry everything. Everyone in line were all in the same pain of struggling to carry all their things. They would make even more business if they made it easier for their customers to shop! 5 stars for the deals but less for the ease of shopping. read more

I really liked the selection here. They had a nice section with Juicy Couture and more casual stuff. Love that they have Joie and Soft Joie (one of my favorite brands). I scored a Juicy sweater dress for around $40 after the $25 off coupon and a beautiful Rebecca Taylor sweater. They had some great designer jeans (Rich and Skinny, Current Elliott etc). Most of these negative or sad reviews is pathetic! This is Bloomingdales OUTLET stores...yes, after season, post sale, clothes that didn't sell out clothing, that's what an outlet store IS! You get, if you want, a name brand unique item that otherwise you couldn't pay $200 for, for $50. Steve madden boots!! Bought my shoes here. Came on a good day of promotions and sales. My pup was welcomed in the store. They have very good quality brand name products for good prices. Now they have the iphone stations in which they can ring up any customer on the spot. Interesting to see it work out for the first time. I bought my first 7 jeans here when they first opened and I loved these jeans. I bought a second one today but found it cheaper at the 7 outlet down the building from them. I had an easy return with them and they offered to match the competitor's price but the jeans I just bought were not the same style so they couldn't match the price. I was only going to cut through as a short cut but I walked past a James Perse display. He is my favorite comfy designer! They had my favorite button down shirt in black & grey, normally $155, for $90 + 15%, 20% or 25% off depending on how much you spend. They also had his staple tshirts for $50 and a really cute three quarter sleeve scoop tshirt on sale for $60 (+ additional discounts at the register.) They didn't have many shoes or purses to choose from but it could've been because it's a weekend. I looked briefly through the rest of the store, they had a nice selection of other labels but I was so excited for my James Perse win that nothing else caught my eye.
