No snatch n grab on their watch. The staff including security was terrific. Helpful. A staff member will approach you to offer assistance. I spoke with her and told her I was going to browse. No pressure. She was never too far away, the shop is not that large in physical size, so that was understandable. She was helpful without being intrusive. She provided great customer service. I recall the women's shoe section was quite extensive. Gorgeous shoes in variety of styles and colors. Quality material, beautiful leather. But as I looked at the prices, they seem to be the same as retail. I checked later online and it was. This shop seems to be a retail shop vs outlet pricing. To add, there were no sales or specials. I did not buy anything. But before you do, check for the written return or exchange policy before you make a purchase. Make sure it is written on the receipt as well. From the other Yelp reviews, there seems to be an arbitrariness of the execution of the return/exchange policy.

I can always found a few items I wanted in Bloomingdale's outlet store. The price is also much better than their regular stores. The store inside looks better organized than the other outlet department stores. Shopping there is more enjoyable. Customer service is also better than the average outlet stores. I can found a sales assistant easy and they're always ready for help. I also like the cashier counter is one line only and usually no waiting for too long to pay for the items I want to purchase. They have the promotional items right at the front entrance also make it easier to found some of their best deals. I'm not some plant - I just had Vuori on my radar ever since it barely came out. Came across it online when searching for the best hoodie ever - and I found it and wore it till threadbare. I was just like some toddler dragging around some security blanket past its expiration date. Looking for a replacement ever since. Fabrics are first here. They are very nice to the touch and innovation is a priority. A brick store like this gives the opportunity to at least feel before you buy - something that can't be done online. Knit, woven - stretch - the variety here is shocking. Also shocking is the sharp contrast of this store to just about every other one in the outlet mall. Most are junked up, cluttered up - no room to squeeze past the next person in any given aisle. Not here. I feel as if I'm back in Manhatten beach at a fancy boutique steps from the ocean. Its clean and calm and a first rate shopping experience. One of a kind service. I can't give high enough praise to the people working here. I did all this emotional dumping of my favorite security blanket hoodie and they ran to the back and looked for more and told me of times when they get more inventory. It just doesn't get any better. Pricing is outstanding here. If you take into consideration inflation and value for quality Vuori pricing is not that bad. Now take that not - so - bad pricing and slash the sticker. That is what is like shopping here. Slashed prices but you don't have to shovel through piles of clothing on some Easter egg hunt like at Ross or some backstage room in the basement at Macys. What else can I say? This clothing is all about versatility and captures some of the west coast chill skateboarding and surfing vibe. They've canned in a jar the Pacific Ocean air and released it into this fine store. Running, going to the gym, wearing around the house, chase kids around- travel, yoga - they got you covered.

However, my wife wanted to see if this one was the same as that one. Walked in and was greeted by 2 employees. That was pretty friendly in my eyes. Found an employee, who was available, in the section I was in. He immediately asked me if i needed help with anything. I described to him what I was looking for and he showed me 2 diffrent items and walked away. However, neither was what I was looking for 100%... so I continued to look. I found a jacket that was locked up, so I went back to him to ask him to unlock. He was placing some items on a tank and said he will be there in a minute. However, when he finished, he walked past us and continued to put stock items that were not in his hand initially when I requested assistance. I continued to watch him stock, clearly ignoring my request. I went back to him and asked if he was going to help us, he looked at me and then he radioed for someone else. When that passion came, he held his hands up saying he was busy with the items he had. So, she apologized and thanked us for our patience. She unlocked the jacket, gave it to us and walked away. I tried on the jacket (Feeling a way about how we were treated by the other employee). I decided that I wanted to try on another color. Unfortunately, the employee was the only one in the area. I went to him and told him what I needed. During this time, he watched my wife struggle to zip up the 1st jacket. He finally stated he would do it. We stood there watching him fumble with the jacket close to 5 mins. We also had to stand there while he stopped to assist another customer with a question. We were in totally disbelief. After, he confirmed the size I needed, although I said it twice to him. He gave me the jacket and watched me while I sent to the mirror to look at myself. He stayed right behind us. So, I went to another mirror. He followed us. At this point, i was annoyed because the other employee did not ready us this way. I told him that we were going to buy the jacket,. He said "Are you going to buy the jacket?". I said yes. He said "Would you like me to take it to the front?". I told him that we can take it to the front ourselves. I all for the manager immediately when I got to the cashier. I spoke with Peter (Manager). I told him about the whole ordeal. I told him that I watched and heard how he interacted with other customers who were not black. I told him that we felt discriminated against. I told him that we felt disrespected. He told us that he was not excusing anything, but he wants me to know that the employee was autistic. I told him that e have people with autism in our family, I am a social worker and educator. However, how we were treated had nothing to do with autism. I told him this was ridiculous as 1st time customers. I told him that I was going to do a review on this location. He said he would coach that employee on this interaction. He asked me what he could do. I told him nothing really. We are pissed. He gave me 70% off to be used on the next visit. I told him to apply it more because I had no intentions of coming back to this location. That employee was racist.

Not sure who was an employee or who was just there hanging out. Not once were we greeted, my husband had to go to the counter to ask if he could use a fitting room. The 30minutes that we spent there shopping not once did the move from behind the counter, you can see on the pictures I posted that one of them is sitting on the counter. The had snacks and drinks, I mean they were having a great time. My husband only purchased on tee since no one offered to get one off a mannequin, that was the size he needed.
