FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR…read more I came in on a Friday looking for some nice dark blue jeans for an outfit I had in mind to wear at a party the next day. I was assisted by Adam that day. He was very helpful and brought me so many options to try for the style and color I was looking for. I've shopped here before and had in mind a brand of pants I was planning on buying (Reclaim) But without his help I would've never found these pants and brand that I ended up really liking and buying them. Customer service was excellent. I didn't get the name of what seemed to be the manager but she was very helpful as well and answered all my questions and concerns about other pants I was looking to buy or were interested. Sadly weren't available in store but was nice enough to get my contact info to let me know once they receive them in stores. Overall Great Experience, Customer Service , and Clean Environment

That said this store has some items that might interest you. - Make sure to ask what is outlet specific vs retail store merchandise (if you care) - about half of the purse and accessories were outlet specific - I didn't think the selection was good but this could vary (?) - The sales associates are pretty attentive - that could be good or bad - They said the average discount is 40% off retail - They had a selection of outlet specific black nylon accessories and bags

But currently not willing to shell out another $1,100 (and that is the outlet price). My wife has many purses and wallets with this brand. Their other brand is Miu Miu. Well there are 6 major brands under their umbrella, see website. Atmosphere - Good size location. I especially like how the men's section is at least of the location, which is rare for these luxury brands. Plenty of mall parking, especially on this raining Sunday. But within an hour after the rain stopped, the mall got crazy busy! Service - Good. Price - Expensive. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1913, formally known as Fratelli Prada and with your 606+ locations. 1913 - Started as a leather goods business. 1977 - Granddaughter Miuccia started making their signature waterproof bags (backpacks) out of nylon. 1979 - Improved designs to tough military spec black nylon; actually one of the reasons I like this brand (and Tumi's brand also, which has a similar concept). 1992 - Miu Miu brand launched.

My boyfriend asked me what I wanted to do for our seven year anniversary and of course, I wanted to go shopping. Well, we came to the outlets to go to Yankee Candle. But that's just a tangent... I remembered that they finally finished the renovations and that there were a slew of new shops. When I entered the shop, I noticed how clean and organized it was. Not to mention the salespeople were approachable and not pushy. I beelined it for the pilot bags that were on a shelf in the center of the store, by the registers. They had a burnt orange saddle color and a bright blue. I was going to pick up the orange one but my eyes shot over to the wall along the left when I saw the colorblocked neutral pilot bag in both the small and the medium. Monica walked by to see how I was doing and let me begin my neurotic handbag shopping assessment. My heart stopped because it felt like the stars had aligned so that our paths would cross today. The planets aligned too since they were an additional 30% off the sale price. I couldn't believe my luck. The last thing I wanted to double check was to see where the bags were made. Maybe I've worked with handbags for too long. Maybe I care too much about sourcing. Whatever it is, Monica confirmed that they were made in Italy. From there, I had to decide which size I wanted. It took me a while and when I called my boyfriend in, he was of course no help. When I had decided on the small one, Monica checked and saw that they had another one in the back. After having dealt with handbag sales for so long, I didn't mind either way. But I know that shoppers care and it was really nice of her to bring me that one. Checkout was fast and I want to come back simply because the products are great and the service is excellent! Thank you, Monica! You're the best!

Tried calling the store the day after purchase, but no one answers the phone. I was outta town so my fiancé went to the store, but there was no store manager. I went to the store 5 days after the purchase, but they wouldn't price match two items because Nordstrom Rack/ Saks wouldn't list Style codes online. To prove her point, she googled the style code, and it didn't pop up. Not even on their own Vince website. The items I purchased were about $200 more in the store and they wouldn't allow me to return, exchange or give me store credit. They made me wait in store for over an hour while they spoke to the manager who educated them on their "policies". Will not return to this brand, due to the scammy nature of the brands policies and the store associates being dishonest.

Dress shoes and more formal wear is what they are known for - but they do have some shoes and boots that look a bit more casual. I had the most comfortable shoes from this brand due to the super soft leather they were made from. Super soft and flexible. I don't like it when tough leather creases and stabs your foot or toe with every step. I picked up some belts as gifts - will be back to look for myself more one day soon. If you need to be in formal attire every day its so important to get shoes from here and maybe a ton of iron free shirts from Brooks Brothers - also nearby. I'm not familiar with this brand, but decided to check the store out on a whim. Love their overall selection available, and wound up finding a pair that I liked, fit well, and was decently priced. As it was early on in our day, and we wanted to check out a few more stores first, the gentleman who assisted us kindly offered to put it on hold while we shopped around. In addition, he inquired about what else we were shopping for, and made some recommendations on some other stores that we could take a look at as well. After an exhausting day looking through the major brands, we found a few accessories that I wanted, but could not find another pair of shoes that I liked. When we returned to Johnston & Murphy, the same salesperson that was working from earlier was still there, and he both remembered me and the pair of shoes he put on hold for me, as well brought out some belts that I could try on. Having remembered our conversation earlier in the day when I mentioned I was also shopping for a new belt. When checking out, my fiancé noticed a very slight blemish on one of the shoes, and the salesperson very kindly buffed and polished both shoes for us without hesitation. And upon leaving, my fiancé noticed an elderly couple in the store in which the husband was wearing a cap from the same hotel we are getting married in at Hawaii. What a small world! Great experience, great service, and excellent quality and selection of men and women's formal footwear. Highly recommend this store, and will not hesitate to come shop here again!
