Quality/Quantity - My favorite purse I got for my wife is from this brand. She has more expensive purses, but I bought her one that I like best. It is black with a gold/leather chain. Good size, "bucket" style. I bought this like 20 years ago, and till this day, I have not been able to find it again as it has become too worn and I want to replace it. Atmosphere - Good size. Cool and hip (again in my opinion). Plenty of free parking at the mall, but again, we got here when it was still raining. Within an hour, it was crazy busy and there were no more parking spaces. But it is a Holiday Sunday today! Service - Good. Price - Above average, but this is an outlet location so cheaper than the regular retail Gucci prices. The Gucci Outlet Store at the SF Outlet Mall in Livermore CA, I think they are selling counterfeit Gucci handbags for thousands of dollars saying they are "Real Gucci handbags." Real Gucci handbags seams are sewn on a slight slant, have suede linings, and made with quality hardware. I went in and looked at a handbag they wanted $2450 plus sales tax. Said retail is $3500. But all of the above was off; Seams not slanted in areas, hardware didn't look right, and the bag had a cloth interior. I compared it to my "real Gucci Bag" I bought in Rome a couple years ago. Big difference! If I'm correct and they are selling counterfeit Gucci products to the public, it is fraudulent. Be careful. read more

Came in on a weekday to see if anything sparked my interest. No line on a Monday morning. Was greet by Cici and told she would help us. She did more than just help us, she was fantastic. She showed us bags and gave my mom and I room to try on and talk. When I told her what I was looking for she went in the back and brought out the bag of my dreams. It was the last one and I absolutely loved it. My mom found a smaller version. We spent a while in the store looking at different items and Cici was great, very attentive but also gave us space. She helped me find the perfect scarf for my sister, and she found the perfect one for my new bag. She knew exactly what I was looking for and made my dreams come true. She also held the bags as we shopped around so we didn't have to carry two large bags. She was so sweet and helpful and I couldn't help but hug her at the end. We shopped here last Saturday, I just didn't have time to write the review before. We got here 30 minutes after the store opened, they already had a line. We waited in line for about 40 min to get in. We were greeted by Sissy, she let us know about the store set up and told us to shop around and let her know if we needed anything. The set up is super clear and easy to shop, mens on the left, women's on the right, and kids in the middle. Display cases a organize and easy to shop. I found a hoodie, and a pair of shoes. Sissy offered to star me a fitting room, and made herself available when I had questions about sizes. The store does get a little loud at times, it's consistently busy. We are going on the 2nd day I was at the store & did a phone order on a backpack. My sales person her name is Sopa, I was told if everything is done before 3pm then they can fed ex it, which it was, I did not get a fed tracking number because I was told he already came, so the 3pm WAS A LIE!! Came here on a Tuesday and there wasn't a line so I was able to walk right in and was kindly greeted by one of the sales associates. She was super friendly and provided quick service from showing me the bag to ringing me up. While I was waiting for her to grab me a new one from the back, she had me create my Gucci account. Once she came out with the new bag, I noticed that the zipper was a bit stuck so she went back and grabbed me another one. She rang me up and had me out the door. I was in n out within 10 mins... I wanted to get myself a birthday gift so I decided to join the Gucci gang and visit the store. This was my first time at the SF Premium Outlets (which doesn't make any sense because it's all the way in Livermore). Anyway, I ended up parking on the opposite side of Gucci. I must've burned 1000 calories power walking to the store. The store was limiting capacity due to Covid (15 people were allowed in the store) so we waited in line for almost two hours. Which felt worse than a line at Disneyland. The sun was shining on my face and nowhere to sit. Not only that, I needed to take a leak but I had to hold it in because I didn't want to lose my place in line. To avoid the unnecessary stress, use the restroom PRIOR to standing in line. Don't make the same mistake as me! As soon as we got to the front, there was a Gucci employee checking temperatures then directed me to my personal salesperson, awesome! There were arrows on the ground, I was a bit confused, so followed it not realizing that I could've just walked straight to the shoe section. The employee helped me find what I needed. Honestly, I didn't know what I wanted, I just asked her to direct me to straight to the shoes. None of the sneakers had prices on them but she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Everything went smooth from the moment I entered the store and paid for my merchandise. The prices are expensive, but cheaper than the Boutique. The new location is on the other side by Prada and has a better layout. It's more open and organized. We always go to Cici for help - mostly everyone is hospitable and nice, even the door security. One of the female managers is pretty unpleasant and always seems stressed yelling at people and nagging - last time the power went out for a bit and she was literally yelling on the top of her lungs for 15 minutes if anyone left food in the fridge and all the customers could hear her bitching at everyone in the back! They had just marked down the Mickey stuff by 30% and I scored a mini crossbody Mickey bag for less than $500 (before taxes). They have various crossbody bags (Bree gg monogram for $720), work bags, belts, wallets (most around $300), shoes, and some clothes. Their shoe inventory is extensive. This is a great place for deals if the timing is right. They also have the ophidia black and white purses and wallets at full price, as well as the soho disco bag at full price - saves a trip to the boutique. read more

This was the first time my husband bought luxury brand clothes for himself (it's usually for me LOL). Came here on Sunday around noon and there was a short line. Felt like I already won with the short line! Waited 15-20 minutes and I was let inside. Yenchun was the person that was "assigned" to me and she was great. I tried on a belt bag and was trying to shorten it, she was right there and she helped me do it. She also let me know it came in black as well. After I tried it on, I asked her if I could see the black one and she promptly went to get it. I told her I'd like the creme color one and she told me she'll get a new one in the back and have it ready for me in the front. I was lining up to pay and she assisted me with that as well, so I didn't have to wait to check out. Had a great experience and would definitely come back, especially with her assistance! read more

Once your in they have great customer service. Theres no rush to get you out of the store. They have lots of beautiful purses. I think the price is fair for being an outlet. This review is solely for customer service. The employees here are completely useless. I came in a couple weeks ago and was trying to pay for something I wanted to get from the online store. For some reason, the employee at this store didn't ring my order up correctly and the last size of the sweatshirt I wanted to get ultimately sold out because of his error. So he apologized and then said he'll contact me later on to try it again. He never contacted me. I came in to the store about a week later to look at any clearance items they may have. I ran into that same employee (it was an Asian guy with glasses) and he acted like nothing happened the other week. I asked why he didn't contact me like he said he'd do and he made up a random excuse. I saw a pair of sandals on clearance I wanted to get and a white lady manager "helped" me. I explained to her that I drive from about 30 to 45 minutes away and told her the situation that happened the previous week when the Asian guy with glasses employee said he'll contact me and never did. She promised that she is in charge and would never do such a thing to a customer. So anyways... the size I wanted for the sandals was the last one they had and it had a defect. The white lady manager said this store gets new shipments every week and she'll contact me next week when a new pair in my size comes in. She never contacted me either. Lol. I then proceed to get an email from an employee named Hing Yeung who claims he goes by Billy as his English name with the following email... "I was very pleased to assist you and I hope you are enjoying your recent purchase. I look forward to welcoming you back soon." I'm not sure if this is the same Asian guy employee with glasses that "helped" me the first time but I never even purchased anything so I'm confused why I'm getting this email. I reply to the email and then he texts me saying he has no intention to ignore my email and that he'll follow up with the manager regarding the sandals. And that conversation was from 2 weeks ago. He still never contacted me and neither did the white lady manager. The employees here are liars and have horrible customer service. If they ever tell you they will contact you, don't believe it. read more
