Went here today to look for some pants for my toddler. They have pretty good deals on some clothes here as well as a nice collection of different styles of clothes. There were different styles of pants here that I have never seen or heard of before lol. My wife was able to find some pants at decent prices for our toddler. The reason for deducting 1 star is for the shopping experience here. While these minor things aren't that big of a deal, I will mention it in hopes that their customer service will improve. Just a suggestion to maybe greet customers at the door as they walk in to make them feel welcomed. Also, ask customers if they need help with anything from time to time? Lastly, the employee who rang us up at the counter could be a little more friendlier. Other than that, our visit here was okay because we managed to find some good pants for our toddler. read more

I would give them negative a million stars. I walked in, checked the clearance racks and could tell right away that none of the items were actually sorted by size. Looking through everything proved that they had nothing in my size. What a waste of time!!! How difficult is it to sort go backs before putting items back on the racks?! I just got off the phone with old navy. I ordered over 20 items. They missed one item, and sent me only 1 short on a 2 packs order. I called them spending 25 minutes on the phone, they refused to either credit me back or send me a new one which makes more sense. Instead, they asked me to fill in a claim and/or go to the store?? The value of these items are not worth my time to go through this :( Sad, I only ordered online to save time and money but the customer service is bad. read more

I LOVE old navy. So many businesses have jacked up their prices and provided the consumer with mediocre quality, but not old navy. They always have killer deals and their style of clothing is prefect for me. There was a baby crying throughout the store when I visited and my only guess is that he was just so blown away by all the fantastic attire options as well as his family's savings on all the lovely discounted items. Only con I can think of is the checkout line. It went very slow. However there were like 5+ people working the checkout line so I know they were doing everything they could. I will come back to this location in the future because its a nice breath of air with decent clothing at a very affordable price! read more

Everything had an attitude and it was just a simple question. She was not even helping customers, just staring at the door with no greeting, nothing! Went today to make a return and I was one of those annoying customers this time. I normally stare daggers at people who do this while I'm in line haha! So sorry In advance! So I went in today to make three returns. One item was missing a tag. I had no receipt and I didn't have my old navy card.. ya I know. I was one of those annoying people today!! So the new girl I feel like had no idea what to do because I didn't have my old navy card. So she called over the manager who was Rachelle. And Rachelle was so sweet!! She really helped me out because I had a complicated transaction. And she was polite throughout the whole thing. She kept apologizing to me about the wait time and thanking me for being patient when really I should have been thanking them. Then they couldn't find one of my transactions and she really pulled through!! Thank you Rachelle for being professional, polite and doing a great job. I left satisfied! read more

This must be a newly opened Old Navy Outlet because there aren't any reviews yet, surprisingly. It is located inside the San Francisco Premium Outlets, an is a pretty decent sized location. I came on by to visit because they were having a 50% off sale on tees and shirts. I went on a Saturday in the late afternoon and the store was very busy, packed with shoppers all in the search for good bargains. I was able to find a few T-Shirts to my liking and so I bought a few and was able to earn myself some Old Navy Super Cash to use on a next visit. The store itself is for the most part clean and well lit. The checkout lines were long, but moved fairly quickly. They have shopping bags at the entrance to put your bargains in while shopping throughout the store. It would be nice if they had shopping carts though, those would be easier to use while shopping. Overall, this is a great store, that always has specials and what not. It's always good to stop here for some bargains. :) read more

Had a horrible experience because of one person. This one person happens to be none other than the MANAGER! I was in line and the line behind me kept growing as one of the cashiers walked away. The next two cashiers seemed to get into a heavy gossip, which then attracted another employee. The line behind me had parents with (crying) infants so I waved my hand to the manager, Carrie (spelling? - heavy set African American woman). She saw me and roller her eyes. I let it go. The line continues to grow and only one cashier is trying to run the show. I wave my hands again to get this manager's attention and she continues her chatter and rolls her eyes and ignores me. Until then I did not know this was the manager until I spoke to my cashier and asked who the manager was so I could complain and she told me it was that same woman!!! It's bad enough if you are in this line of work and don't care about your customers but it's even worse if you are the MANAGER!!!! Hope someone more deserving gets this job and Carrie is booted out! read more

Finally, another Old Navy location in the Tri-Valley - isn't it mind-boggling to have one just a few exits away at the Hacienda Crossings in Dublin?! However, to distinguish this particular location, this Old Navy is an OUTLET location - meaning, they might have off-season clothes and products, at a much DISCOUNTED price. Their associates are very friendly & courteous, AND they work VERY hard to make sure that the store and its displays, shelves, products, etc. are well kept and neat and in order, despite the fact that this location is in a very busy shopping center! Always a pleasure to stop by while visiting! Make sure you keep your receipts to do the online surveys, and get a code to write down and get 10% off your next purchase! read more

This store sucks! It's a nice big store and generally pretty clean but OMG, their prices are ALWAYS wrong!! I've even resorted to taking pictures of signs near merchandise so that they will honor the prices they post. But they still have to hold up the line and get a price check. And then they want to argue! "This sign doesn't go with that item". Then why are there 10 things directly next to and under that sign?? And What happened "the customer is always right"? Pay attention to where you're putting merch and signs then, idiots! And what's the big damn deal?! Just Honor the price as posted! read more

Shout out to Y'MAIA for being on top of her game and giving stellar service every time I've visited. All of the other sales associates have been friendly and pleasant to deal with as well, but I frequently see Y'maia taking the time to assist both customers and coworkers without letting anyone fall by the wayside - seriously impressive. She's always helped me locate specific items in-store and processed returns/exchanges quickly. In addition to the service, I'm pleased with the selection and prices at this outlet. Displays and sales rotate frequently, and I find that this store is better-stocked than the regular Old Navy closest to me. Sometimes the area around the clearance section gets a little disorganized, but I think that's due more to the clientele than the staff. When it comes down to it, I'm just here to grab good quality basic clothes for around $5-10, and in all regards this store exceeds expectations. read more

Great deals! But not very fond of the employee who made my mom feel awful about her stature. I ended up finding out her name which was Mariah. When my mom asked her if they had any 3x or larger the employee responded with a very rude comment about how they don't carry clothes her size. There's always a right and wrong way to say that. I agree about the incorrect pricing on items. Please dont put a sign up for 30% off fleece over non-fleece items and tuen go to tell me the pricing is for a long sleeve collard shirt. ‍ Second of all the customer service has been lacking the last few times I've been in. Employees didnt seem very happy and more engaged in each others conversations than with customers. Please save customers the time to do a price adjustment with comparison to online prices. I was told that online and store prices vary and cannot get the adjustment by an employee. I left called the customer relations phone number and they said that they should have been able to make the adjustment in-store. I had to go back in, then I asked the same person that I called the 800 number and they told me he can do an adjustment, the employee took my receipt, made the adjustment, which was quick and easy, and not difficult by any means and by the end of the transaction no apology, sorry, or good bye have a nice day! I usually love shopping here, but if you could have done something without me having to call the 800 #, you can keep standing around folding shirts all day cause you know its slow especially right when you open! read more

Worst customer service ever from the cashier. For some reason she was very adamant about me signing up for an Old Navy card. She asked me 5 times, even though I said "no thank you" the first time. After she told me the total, she went on asking me again if I wanted to sign up. She even told me I would save $20 and "who doesn't like saving money?" In a very demanding tone.
