Items Purchased: 1.Cozy Karma Twisted Neck Sweatshirt $108 I chose the Burgundy color in size XS per the website recommendation, but it was smaller than I had expected so had to go up a size to an S. It's a hassle to return so I would recommend trying it 1st before purchasing. But I love the soft fuzzy lining inside so I could wear this alone without a coat if I wanted to in the daytime. 2.Recharge Sweatshirt $79 a nice stretchy material in Cream that I could easily pair with a tank top. This can be dressed up or worn as a casual exercise top so I love the versatility in this sweatshirt. 3.Brooklyn Lined Pant $109 a lightly lined pair of pants that can be dressed up or worn casually $ matched with the Recharge Sweatshirt easily. Since I am 5'2" I needed to alter the length & it took about a week, free of charge. 4.Altitude Stash High Rise Polartec $119 I've been eyeing this for a while since the $119 was a deterrent, but it was on special for $69 so I bought an XS & it fit perfectly. I love that it's a warm fuzzy lined pair of leggings to wear during the winter season. My next purchase may be the Triumph Hoodie $108, but in the meantime I am happy with my purchases & the great experience I've had at The Lot's Athleta.

I can generally get through the checkout process quickly, which I can really appreciate after going to other locations that had lines wrapping around the store. My only gripe is the overall messiness of the store. Despite this, it's still my favorite location due to proximity and fast checkout.

Because I happened to walk in dressed casually and wasn't wearing makeup, I was treated like I didn't belong. I felt quietly judged, completely dismissed, and entirely invisible. No one helped me on the floor, and they did not even bother to greet me. The checkout process was the breaking point. I was waiting in line with my shampoo and conditioner, looking at the mini items, when an employee approached me with zero smile and bluntly demanded, "Cash or card?" When I said card, she ordered me to go pay with a different employee near the entrance. She didn't say please, didn't walk me over, and just cast me off. The employee at the entrance then took my payment with a completely cold response and zero smile. My ten years of loyalty apparently mean nothing if I don't dress up just to buy hair care. I want an answer from management as to why your staff feels entitled to judge and dismiss paying customers based entirely on their appearance.
