Review #1,058 Posted on 5.22.26…read more We came to Old Navy on Saturday May 16th when in the area to take my wife & daughter to the Livermore outlets to go shopping. They've got a good size store near one of the back side entrances to the shopping center. There's plenty of products to choose from here. Some really good deals too. They also had a ton of changing rooms to try clothes on, and plenty of staff to answer questions for you. My daughter was able to get 2 pairs of jeans, a shirt, and 2 swimsuit sets too. We had a good experience here.

We spent a significant amount of money, and despite how excited and happy our kids were to be there, the customer service we received was horrible. Before we went in there were two ladies outside talking about how rude the lady inside was but we still gave it a chance. Man we regret it. The employee we dealt with was extremely rude and had a noticeable attitude toward us. She seemed hesitant to help us and made the entire experience uncomfortable. It was especially disappointing because we had six other kids who were excited to come back and shop there as well. Unfortunately, because of the way we were treated, we will not be returning. We are more than happy to spend our money elsewhere. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially when you have children who are excited to visit and enjoy the experience.

I'm not some plant - I just had Vuori on my radar ever since it barely came out. Came across it online when searching for the best hoodie ever - and I found it and wore it till threadbare. I was just like some toddler dragging around some security blanket past its expiration date. Looking for a replacement ever since. Fabrics are first here. They are very nice to the touch and innovation is a priority. A brick store like this gives the opportunity to at least feel before you buy - something that can't be done online. Knit, woven - stretch - the variety here is shocking. Also shocking is the sharp contrast of this store to just about every other one in the outlet mall. Most are junked up, cluttered up - no room to squeeze past the next person in any given aisle. Not here. I feel as if I'm back in Manhatten beach at a fancy boutique steps from the ocean. Its clean and calm and a first rate shopping experience. One of a kind service. I can't give high enough praise to the people working here. I did all this emotional dumping of my favorite security blanket hoodie and they ran to the back and looked for more and told me of times when they get more inventory. It just doesn't get any better. Pricing is outstanding here. If you take into consideration inflation and value for quality Vuori pricing is not that bad. Now take that not - so - bad pricing and slash the sticker. That is what is like shopping here. Slashed prices but you don't have to shovel through piles of clothing on some Easter egg hunt like at Ross or some backstage room in the basement at Macys. What else can I say? This clothing is all about versatility and captures some of the west coast chill skateboarding and surfing vibe. They've canned in a jar the Pacific Ocean air and released it into this fine store. Running, going to the gym, wearing around the house, chase kids around- travel, yoga - they got you covered.

After class, I tried on a few things and decided to splurge on myself . I ended up buying an insulated Canyon jacket, half zip hoodie sweat shirt, camel gym bag, and a camel head band to match my gym bag. I loved everything that I bought. I really like the materials of the clothing at this store. It is nice and soft! I wore the jacket a few times already and it kept me very warm and I love it that it is lightweight. The hoodie half zip up sweat shirt is great too! Gym bag was great to stuff things I needed for an overnight stay for one night, I was able to fit everything that I needed inside the gym bag. Vuori will now be one of my go to store when I need to shop athletic wear and jackets. I will be back!

They even have makeup, perfume, and home diffusers. There weren't too many associates and they were helping customers, which is good overall. We did use the self check-out and that was pretty easy. The home decor merch was pretty well-priced. The blind boxes were as expected, ranging from around $10-30 depending on the brand.

Very Disappointing Experience - Rude and Unprofessional Cashier at MINISO Livermore Outlets…read more I am extremely disappointed and upset by the way my two daughters, ages 13 and 9, were treated at MINISO in Livermore Outlets today at approximately 2:30 PM. My daughters were excited to purchase a small toy costing just $5.20 using their own money. They handed the cashier a $20 bill, but instead of handling a simple transaction politely, the cashier rudely demanded that they provide exact change. She showed absolutely no patience, kindness, or basic customer service skills when dealing with two young children. The cashier, who was wearing glasses and had long, black, curly hair, displayed such an unpleasant and unprofessional attitude that both of my daughters were in tears when they left the store. As a parent, I find this completely unacceptable. My children were simply trying to make a small purchase with their own money. They deserved to be treated with respect and patience, not made to feel embarrassed or intimidated. I understand that stores may sometimes have limited change available, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating children so rudely. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. No child should leave a store crying simply because they tried to buy a $5.20 toy with a $20 bill. I sincerely hope MINISO management takes this complaint seriously, reviews the incident, and provides proper customer service training to its employees, especially when interacting with young customers. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope no other children have to go through something similar.
