Hayley is so kind, patient and friendly. I had to do a return and couldn't find my receipt. Despite the store being so busy, she was so patient with me and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience. Right after I did my return, I ended up buying three more things and Hayley helped me ring it up. Sandra was also very kind. Whoever hired them did a great job- super nice cast members. Thank you. Oh. And the store is always nice and clean and stocked with item I don't need, but want. . read more

Not much there. It's a shell of what the old Disney mall stores used to be. And why is it marked up? They had an eeyore plush for $40 when target sells it for like $33. Super strange. read more

If you like Disney products and want some decent deals, then this is the place for you. My youngest daughter was in a state of bliss while here and she couldn't stop looking at everything. Why do you have to be so far away from where I live?!? This is a great store. Everyone is friendly. They have great discount section and then lots of options of the regular stuff that's online as well. I haven't stepped into a Disney store in years! read more

The worst experience, Julie the "manager" decided to block us from buying pins in the quantity we wanted. Mind you. A week before, another manager allowed us to buy whatever we wanted and she even asked us to show her what pins we got from the Disney pins. Not only did we drive all the way from San Mateo, and it was a huge waste of gas, but we had called earlier to set pins aside and the people who answered said they'd be happy to hold them and they never mentioned a "2 limit" per customer. Julie is an awful manager and we will never visit any Disney store again! Pathetic leadership. If you can call it that! read more

I visited this store about two weeks ago with my 4- and 2-year-old sons. While we were there, my 4-year-old spotted some Star Wars action figures that he absolutely fell in love with. Ever since then, he's been talking about them nonstop -- they're literally the only thing he's told Santa he wants. This morning, I called to see if they were still in stock, and I was so happy to hear they were -- and that they were the last ones! The woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and even offered to put them on hold for me, which was amazing. I also mentioned that I'd be coming in with my 2-year-old and that having the items ready up front would really help keep the Christmas magic alive. When I arrived, they went above and beyond. The items were on hold, and she discreetly scanned them under the counter, completely out of my toddler's line of sight. She bagged them with tissue paper so nothing was visible, and the entire staff was genuinely happy to help make this a magical moment for our family. If the team is reading this -- thank you so much for your kindness and thoughtfulness. It truly meant more than you know read more

I was happy to find a Disney store/outlet in the Bay Area because they are all closed! This one isn't too far from Oakland where we are staying. I was a little disappointed with the pricing. More than half the store was regular Disney prices. The ears were $34.99. That's what you pay in the store and at the parks. the loungeflies they had they only had a few and they were 90 to 100. the pins were not on sale and they were $15 which is a medium price for in the parks. I did find some shirts in small but they also had extra smalls or 2X to 3X and everything else that I saw. The shirts were only $10 instead of 40. I was hoping to find some pins or some ears on clearance, but struck out. they probably had two or three spirit jerseys in total. They have a ton of kids stuff and mostly toys, but not on clearance. They are regular price. This is t really an outlet store! A true Disney outlet has every single thing marked down like 50-90 off. Also was pretty small. read more

One of the best stores at the Livermore outlets! The cast members were so welcoming and nice, when I asked for the price on an item they were very welcoming and gave me all the information I needed. The value was also really good, with most of the on sale items being less then 20$. Overall i would definitely recommend! read more

If you're in the area you may want to check it out, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Most prices aren't really much of a discount. Some items were even full price, same as the Park. Not much clothing here and most available sizes are XXXL. read more

The dude and I came here on 05/31/21 as we walked by and saw a Tiana doll on the display window. I got so excited and wanted to go in and check it out but wanted to get ice cream first xD anyways upon coming back staff was very friendly and complimented me on my Tiana gear which was very sweet and kind. We had a good talk about my love for Disney Princesses and proceeded into the store. The dude and I looked around and it looked like a limited addition of Tiana toddler like doll! It was only $20 which is not too bad and ended up getting it. I love the Disney store and they even had Disney Beach Towels for $10 which I wanted to get my nieces but the dude talked me out of it...the store was clean and organized, always have fun music playing while you shop. We probably spent about 45 minutes inside the store just browsing, having fun with the toys we found and browsing. I love the clothes that they have, Princess things, Disney classics and so much more. I highly recommend coming to the Disney store especially if you are a fan! We had a blast here and looking forward to expanding my likes on the Disney Princesses. My all time favorite Disney Princess is Mulan! Grew up with her and now Tiana is my favorite as well, finally Disney is stepping it up with Diversity! Overall, we had a great experience here. We haven't been to Disneyland since 2019, because sh*t hit the fan for the world in early 2020. This store is one of the few Disney store that's left, since Disney decided to close most of their retail stores. It's nice to come in to get a little fix of the happiest place on earth since we live 6 hours away. Can't wait to go back to Disneyland one day. read more

I used to be one those folks that frequently visited the Disney store in downtown SF and was sad when they closed. I love this outlet store! They have gems like Disney world merch! I also love their killer end of season sales as well where I've gotten adorable summer items and swim suits for a great deal. My favorite thing is searching through the housewares that come in once in awhile and there are some gems for real Disney fans for a great price! read more

Nice Disney Store outlet! One of the best ones I have been to! Has a very good selection of the high-end prices merchandise. It has been a really long time since I was at the Disney Store outlet. I didn't necessarily have expectations, but I will say overall, if you're visiting to buy pins for trading, then you're in the right place. That being said, the quality of the clothing items here just isn't great. I would highly doubt that any of it came from the parks, and is likely overflow from Shop Disney. The sweatshirts are thin, and most of the space holds children's costumes and toys. The cast member at the front was over the top friendly (definitely a CM) but the store wan't incredibly clean and really feels like what it is - an outlet. Most of the pins are lower priced than Shop Disney, so if you live locally I'd stop here first to save yourself shipping costs. All in all, it's not worth making a special trip for, but if you're in a nearby hotel it's not a bad stop if you're a pin trader. read more

I love coming here all the time to shop for Disney Park exclusive and other neat items but the most recent encounter left me with a sour taste in my mouth at this Disney Store. I'm not sure if she was the manager or supervisor but it was regarding the Disney Keys. I have bought one upon my arrival to the store (even though it was not free with purchase as it usually is). I was told that it was a limit of one which is fine. I asked if I brought my bf in then can I purchase another one? The answer was yes (yay!), so of course, I made him come in and as I was checking out and holding my other key in my other hand, the manager/supervisor looked confused and kept giving the basket, which the key was in behind the counter, and us a second take then she said that I already had one, okay so if I hide my key then I can buy 2 more? Okay I wasn't about that life.. can't you see there are 2 people? One per person right? So if I walked out and came back in I could probably get another one anyways... so why the question...I left feeling like I did not have a magical day....not to mention I had to go out, fetch my bf, and had to line up again just to get in. I could've just been dishonest.. Every other employee was wonderful. And guess what, the next week I came, there were still tons more of those keys. read more

You can always count on this Disney Outlet for some discounts and stellar customer service. They do have activities that the regular Disney stores do as well (like the in store Easter Egg Hunt). The store is always very organized and the cast members very attentive. I started coming here for releases and I can always count on there to be a short line. Some items to have limited quantity and sizes don't always work out in availability but it is what it is. When looking for goodies for my baby cousin, there's always discounted outfits (Halloween costumes as well!!) and items I can pick up for him - score for me being the best cousin ever and my wallet a little happier with discounts/clearance prices. For store openings, it is very enthusiastic and the kids there for it love the bubbles :) As embarrassing as I am, I would totally love to do a store opening for a little nostalgic fun but I was pleasantly surprised when a cast member gave me the little felt sorcerer hat after letting the kids behind me go. A+ for customer service in my book. Final Thoughts: I may not always like Disney prices but it's fun to browse here to see if there are any deals available! read more

Customer experience is amazing, every employee greeted us as we walked through the store. My daughter wore her birthday hat and two beautiful employees wished her a happy birthday and offered to sing for her. Unfortunately I did not get their names but I wanted to thank the Disney store for making her birthday extra special yesterday read more

This store is located in the San Francisco Premium Outlets. Don't be confused because this outlet mall is actually located in Livermore. The store is very bright, the employees are very bubbly. But, they are referred to as "Cast Members". I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed any assistance. I asked if they had any Alice in Wonderland products and she said she had a tea set in the back. Of course I am thinking it will be a little girls tea set. She brought it out and it is a full Fine China set. This is a Limited Addition set and only 3000 were made. It comes with a tea pot, four tea cups and four saucers. It comes in s beautiful sealed display box. When I went to Disneyland last year we saw it there for $200. I told my daughter that I couldn't afford it and I felt terrible. The Disney Outlet was selling it for $90 with 25% off due to Presidents' Day sale. She will turn 18 this year so now I have perfect present. read more

Superb shopping experience at this store always. We come here regularly to browse and purchase Disney merchandise. The display and deals are constantly changing so if you see something you like, it's better to get it just in case. Like Costco, next time you come, it might be gone. As for the employees, most are friendly and love kids. Many of them regularly interact with my toddler. As for those who claim the prices are not "outlet prices," this store never advertised itself as a Disney Store outlet. There are some stores here (such as Carter's) which happen to be located at the Outlets but don't have special pricing. If you compare pricing with the online web store (shopDisney.com), their 2 for $14 t-shirt deals are much better. (FYI: the shirts seem to run small in both kids & women's; you may need to size up). On my visit yesterday, I happen to leave a $20 bill at the register (intending to pay cash but ended up using credit). The employee helping me with my transaction, Thomas E, chases me as I leave the store to return my money. Stuff like this makes me want to continue shopping here! I'm grateful for the honest and good people working at this Disney store. read more

Review #178 - 2019 As much as I hate to admit that I've been trying to avoid Disney for their political nonsense, it's still very hard to completely boycott them. My daughter is an everything Disney fan! She loves Mickey & Minnie! She loves all the Disney Princesses & everything in between! She's already been to Disneyland about five times & she's only 3 years old. We even flew out to Disney Tokyo. Yes! I am also a die hard Disney fan so walking into a Disney Store without buying anything is very hard to do! Most of their stuffs are cute, but overpriced! I try to find some good deals at the clearance area, but that seldom happens. Employees are usually pretty nice & friendly. read more

Ruth was so nice and helpful! This location is awesome :) Thank you cant wait to come back for all Disney things.

This is a good Disney Store. Unlike most Disney stores I've been to they actually have clothes for adults, both men and women. Lots of reduced prices. Look closely at signs; for instance they had dolls for $10. But only if you buy two or more then it is $16. I only wanted one so, back on the shelf she went. My friend bought a cute swimsuit for her baby niece. We both bought reusable bags that are super cute! read more

I love going to the disney store and finding great bargains. This place is hit and miss. My only issue I have has been having to always go around the cast members. Throughout the year i have been coming to the store and I notice cast members stocking and they will not move out of your way. Today I was there and I notice some merch, but 3-4 cast members were standing and blocking my way. I tried to look over them at merchandise hoping they would get the hint and allow me to walk and look, but they continued with their conversation. I am not trying to be rude but cast members standing in a way to form a wall is not good for customers to easily walk through the store. Please cast members when you see customers ask us if we need help and please don't block and paths or merch. read more

I like this Disney Store as it is somehow quieter than any others. The far left corner is the bargain corner mainly for clothes and out of season mugs and bits and bobs - no toys though. However there are some great offers across the store that will make everyone very happy. The staff are super polite(highly trained) but do you know they deserved to be mentioned because even though everything is scripted , they genuinely are helpful and made my girls like they were the only customers. read more

I found out about this outlet store about a year ago. My husband and I have a friend who lives in Tracy and we always drive past the Outlets. One day we decided to go explore and check it out. We are hardcore Disney fans, and when we first visited it blew our minds. They have a good selection of merchandise compared to a normal Disney store. I LOVE the sales racks they have. You can get Disney Parks merch for affordable prices. I got some cool shirts and a dress. At the time I even got a Mickey graduation cap ( I graduated with my BA!) for $2! Currently due to Covid there is a long wait time. There usually is a line and they heavily enforce store capacity limits. The last time I visited there wasn't really anything that I personally was looking for. Best to call ahead and ask if they have any new shipments or items you are specifically looking for. read more

I've come to this location a couple times and each time has been good. The store is clean & the staff is helpful. However, today was a different story. I had found a jacket that I liked and asked an employee if all the sizes they had were out on the floor & she replied "yes". Ok, no biggie. Bummer, but oh well. As I was walking around the store with a jacket i wished was one size bigger another employee asked if I was finding everything ok. I mentioned how I wished this was in a size 4 and she said "I think we do, let me check that back". & guess what folks, there was a size 4 in the back! So either the other employee didn't know there was and the staff needs to know these things or she was just being lazy at that moment and didn't want to go check the back. ‍ I'll come back, because this was just one incident that really isn't that big of a deal but if you're an employee, just help the customer. If you are unsure if all the sizes are out, just go check in the back real fast. read more

Just wanted to thank the Store Staff for saving the day!!! My wife was shopping at the outlets and our toddler drop his "fuzzy" blanket. It was literally the one he came home from the hospital in and his favorite! We didn't realize it was missing until that night when we were putting him to bed. Apparently he dropped in the Disney store, it was turned into them and they kept it. I for sure thought it was gone since it was lost on one of the busiest shopping days but we called the next day and they had it. Disaster averted! Regardless if it was just store policy or maybe someone went the extra mile to save it, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! It's not worth much at all but it meant the world to him and us!!! read more

It's a nice store. It's on the end of the strip. Smaller than other Disney Stores. What they have is limited due to the size, but if you are close by it's worth a peek. It's not 100% outlet items. Part of the store are regular priced items. Some of those items are on sale. In the back and around the store you will find clearance items. These are great deals. $1 for a Tsum Tsum. It's the closest Disney store in the area so it's great for a local store. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. I think they should redo the store so everything is discount as it's very deceiving being located in an outlet and they still sell the majority of items for full price. Even 10% off would make everyone happy. read more

If I could I would give 0 stars, so we decided to go to the store with my 4 months old, it was around 630pm and sun was very bright, an older woman (Amber) was at the door and asked us to stay in line right at sun in our eyes, no one else was there in the line,I told her we will stay in the shadow then she can let us in, we waited few minutes and two people came and she let them in. My wife asked if she can let us in next since we've been waiting. She said No, we have to be in the line. I told her because of sun we don't want to stay in line and there is no line, then she went crazy on us that she cannot let us in unless if we stay in line right in front of the sun!!! I tried to go in and she didn't let me and v Blocked me with her hands!! I mean come on I have a 4months old kid with me and you are not the boarder patrol, I must say 12 dollars and hour and probably lots of psych med must gave ruined her mind!! We decided not to go in, but I promissed her she will hear from her higher up managers, possibly demoted or fired and I will ask them to watch the security camera, I won't let this case go unless if she formally apologize!!! read more

Awesome Disney Outlets in Livermore. I do really wish this store could carry more sale items than full price items. Just a heads up that during sales this store gets pretty busy and they sell out of a lot of discounted merchandise, so if you're looking for a specific item you saw for sale online, they might not have it. During the current times make sure to give yourself an extra 30 minutes to 1 hour for the line to get in, when inside other customers dont really do their best to stay 6 feet away, so thats pretty frustrating, but the way store is organized it does make sense since all the sale items are mostly in one area. If you and your family or friends are Disney Fans, i highly recommend coming here and seeing what you can find, i've purchased some really awesome items from here, and i hope theres more that comes to this store read more
